They made no attempt to open on time on Saturday, so we took pur business elsewhere.

Manger at the Owen Sound location is very rude and has no customer service abilities. Will not be going to this location ever again, and will be telling my friends and family about my experience.

Not impressed with this locarions manager. She does not know how to deal with customers, she is very rude. No professionalism or customer service abilities.

Robin was and is amazing. I am always so happy and relaxed after a trip to see her. She is warm and easy to talk to. A true asset to the salon's team!
