My daughter 10 cut her very long hair to a short almost bob. Needing some fixing we asked for a pixie style cut. Np they said the clippers were used for the entire cut and the scissors to even what little bangs she had left. My daughter walked out looking like a boy. I've never been angrier. She now gets teased at school and is mistaken as a boy all the time. Just great for her self esteem.

Often times due to the uniqueness of my hair "situation, " I avoid going to a hairstylist and instead ask my spouse to help me. I have been turned away by many hairstylists and some times even laughed at for my circumstances. However, Sarah without the blink of the eye took on styling my hair and treated me as if I were any other client with caring compassion and absolute professionalism. She made me feel trust in the industry and gave me a place to get my hair style in only ways I had previously imagined while giving me great advice on how to maintain it. I will be back again. Prices have increased a bit. Just a hair trim no wash, curl or blow dry (it's what i opt for) was $32. Always been able to get an appt no problem. Conveniently located inside Walmart.

Tried for a walk in at 525 and the shutter was closed already.hours posted show they are meant to be open till 6

I am very picky about who I choose to do my hair. I like my hair a certain style with texture and layers.many stylist at other shops have not followed my instructions as to how ""I like my hair styled"'. My first time going to Smart Style at wallmart Welland I was so impressed! I got the exact style i wanted.it is a long time I had been waiting for a cut due to the covid. My hair was overgorwn, and showed nothing of my prior style. Now I FEEL LIKE I AM BACK TO ME. FANTASTIC JOB, Sarah Wilde did an amazing job. And her co worker Britteny Jassic is also a very talented stylist. I know this because she also cut Sarah Wilde"s hair. What let me to the salon was the cut that Britteny the stylist had. I had known she of course couldnt cut the back of her hair in that style herself. She told me her associate Sarah does hers. I was so looking forward to finding a stylist as I had recently moved from out of town. Upon Sarah doing my hair I mentioned she has a very nice texturized cut. She said Brittany had done it. I to got my hair texturized, Sarah did a great job texturizing me.hair. I hgihy recommend both of the stylist at Smart Style Wallmart Primeway drive Welland.thank you Sarah:) Unfortunaley i do not have a phone at this time as my camera doesnt work>But take my word for it. Always quick and easy. Good prices. Blue haired girl (Brittany), orange haired girl (Sarah) and short haired girl (Sam) are all terrific. I always go here for my haircuts.

Not very impressive. Asked for a trim, I have very long hair women took half the length. I do not recommend this place.

I think the girls are great
They are very friendly and listen to what you want. I go to Brittney and she is fantastic.
I had been going yo the same hairstylist for 20 pls years and was scared to try someone new, but Britney made the difference.
