I was wait for 10 mins and that became 20, and hence left, 10 chairs and one staff, why so unprofessional and why aren’t you communicating if you are running behind schedule

My mother and Fiancé made an appointment over 2 weeks before my brothers wedding. The plan was to have my mom go in the morning at 9: 45am followed by my Fiancé at 11: 30. This was made directly with the hair stylist so there would be no miscommunication as time is critical the day of a wedding. So the stylist is 15 minutes late for the first appointment, not a big deal. But when my Fiancé arrived to the salon the stylist says she is going to color someone else is hair first because my Fiancé hair is going to take a while. The stylist delayed the appointment for over 45 minutes so she could squeeze in an extra customer by delaying some she knows has no other options but to wait. This is not how a business based almost 100% on customer service needs to be operating.
