Called several times no answer. Website shows they are open till 8 pm. They have their hours posted at 3 pm closing time in store.

Never going back here lady cut my hair rushed cutting my hair used shaver hurt me twice complained it wad my shape head spent too long talking to people coming waited 10 minutes to get back to my hair she was rude
Poor telephone manners as she was on the phone

When we entered for my sons haircut the stylist was complaining about her previous person phone call - awkward start. I’m not going to re-tell the entire misunderstanding but a “fade” is not a buzz cut. She buzzed the top of his hair! Yes, buzz the sides but not the top! It was too late before I realized she had grabbed the buzzer for the top instead of the scissors. She spent only 5-10 minutes tops on his hair…when we go anywhere else it’s a half hour. If your looking for a good 7 min.buzz cut this is the place to go.

Betina is just too hot for this place! Thinks she doesn't have to listen to you and trying to get you out the chair in 5 min. It appears she believes she deserves $300/h for bad haircuts. Don't bother trying to get an appointment, they are never on time.

Found out I had a bald spot but no one made fun. Kelly 2 is number 1
