0/5 this company is a JOKE. I have sent numerous emails regarding damage charges on a trailer I rented from them. The charges are based on their driver dropping off the trailer and smashing in to my loading dock. Again accidents do happen, and the driver made an error. But for upper management to see the surveillance video and pictures and to dismiss it.laughable. This type of mismanagement from Laura and Collin comes down from the top. Ownership must be a joke as this is who they get to represent them.

Filially spoke to someone and they acknowledged the damages were not my fault.and said they would refund the credit card.

Its been 3 months with reminders and they still have not refunded my card. I guess they are hoping I will forget. Plan B is to apply a chargeback from the invoice.
