One week ago I had a big bridge on two molars removed by dr Adam Szymczak with his assistant. What a good job it was, no bleeding, no swelling and no need for pain pills so far! Excellent!
Had I found their office earlier, my my teeth would have been in much better condition now. Big THANK YOU to the whole team!

After my hometown dentist closed down, I came to Smile Care through a referral from a friend who has been here since they were little, and I could not be more thankful for the recommendation.

I’ve seen a fair amount of the dental hygienists (Chas, Fran, etc) and can say that they are all gentle, kind and effective in their cleanings and support of dental procedures. Front desk staff is also friendly and efficient!

Though, I think what sets this dental office apart is their commitment to client comfort and education. The dentists always make the effort to explain what’s going on, which has helped me improve my dental care at home. They also went out of their way to accommodate a root canal for me, which was a HUGE relief.

I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Amazing hygienists and dentist and reception staff! Make you feel as comfortable as possible. They are very kind and reassuring and respectful, as well as knowledgeable and good at what they do. You won’t regret going here.

Beware of this dental office. They are not transparent with their pricing.

A strong recommendation to this office would be to be transparent with what you are going to charge patients before their appointment, and stop being wishy washy with your response to any pricing related inquiries.

I have been a patients at Smile Dental Care for over 25yrs. They are a family oriented clinic and all the staff is incredibly friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Shout out to our favorite hygienist FRAN! She is absolutely amazing and my kids (me too) adore her. I’ve been coming to Smile Care Dental for over a decade and they’ve consistently done a great job at cleaning my teeth. I also just had my wisdom teeth removed with them and they took very good care of me starting from my first appointment and all the way to the follow-up. I would highly recommend this dental office!

Had a bad dental experience years ago (elsewhere) that left me traumatized. This place is changing my opinion of dentists. They take the time to educate their patients in self-care and to explain their dental processes. I love this place, truly.

I’m taking this opportunity to be being able to do a review on not only the place I come to for all my dental work but my place of employment. I am lucky enough to be part of the team at Smile Care Dental. My workplace has become like a second home to me. I thoroughly love all the girls and gentleman that I get to work with on a daily basis. This office has definitely become the definition of a “team”. Everyone genuinely cares for one another and is always there to lend a helping hand. Many offices will search far and beyond to build the team that Smile Care Dental already has. Not only do they all work with a team environment attitude but the patient care is beyond superb. Every last person in the office is the definition of 5 star service. You will always be kindly greeted and taken care of by Robin and Tina. They are constantly building great relationships with patients and taking care of any financial and booking arrangements with patients. The hygienists Fran, Prachi and Lucy are the most dedicated hygienists I’ve ever been able to work with. They always care and put the patients best interest first. All 3 are highly skilled. Fran has been cleaning my teeth for years and I always feel like I’m well taken care of and at some offices staff get missed or not valued as high but all our hygienists care for you just like a patient should be taken care of. And I consistently feel that way in Frans chair. The assistants are the olive branch to the doctors. They engage closely with the patients and the care and empathy that Chas, Leslie, Marissa and Melissa give to the patients I have not seen at another office. They truly value the importance of their roles and I have experienced it first hand sitting in the chair for my own procedure. The associates Dr. Batth and Dr. Sadia are kind and take the time to explain procedures to patients and the chair side manner leaves not only me but anyone else comfortable. As for Dr. Adam and Dr. Joanne they have created a place that reflects them and it shows. Their patients care is something I have never seen or heard of in any other office. They truly and I mean that honestly, care about the patient. They will only do what is required. Never once have they pushed treatment on me. They always make sure what I need is in the best interest of my dental care. They make me, and I’m sure others have experienced the same, feel like a family member is taking care of you. That is something that is not every common anymore in the dental field. This is why day and day out I will always choose Smile Care Dental. Not just for a place to work but for my dental care because I know and have experienced that I will not receive it like this anywhere else. This office has mastered the true meaning of top patient care and the meaning of why dentistry was created, to care and help others.

I have been attending Smile Care Dental for several years. Their hygienists are good and very nice. They do have nitrous oxide if needed (if you are a chicken like me). The five stars go to Dr. Adam and his assistant, Chas, who are both not only fantastic at what they do but are two of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. I am still a chicken but with the two of them, I am better than I've ever been with dental work in my life. If you need a good place to go for your dental needs, Smile Care Dental is the place to go. It is convenient to get to at Pinebush and Franklin, Cambridge.

The staff at Smile Care Dental are excellent. I was just recently there for a cleaning and it was the best one I have had by far. I will continue to come here for all of my dental treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joanne Baldos for more than 15 years. Dr. Joanne is very detail oriented, knowledgeable and she makes me feel relaxed and comfortable in my visits. She is by far the best dentist I ever had. Also the front desk staff and hygienist are always friendly and very professional, I never had any issues. I would highly recommend Smile care dental to anyone, always a pleasant experience with this team.

We have been patients at Smile Care Dental since Joanne and Adam started their practice. Fran has been our hygienist since the beginning as well. The assistants Kelly, Chastity are terrific. Neither my husband or I would ever think of going anywhere else. A great team.

Brought in our 5 weeks old Great Niece who had a neonatal tooth that was very loose and causing her pain. Dr Adam was very informative and gave us all of the available options and his recommendations. The removal procedure was done in under 2 minutes and baby fell fast sleep right after. Awesome experience with Dr Adam and his staff as always!

I was always so scared to go to the dentist. I had so many difficult experiences growing up. I now live 45 minutes away from this location and I am happy to drive because they are all so amazing and treat everyone so gently. My kids have never had any fear of going to the dentist like I had and I owe it all to the family that they are at Smile Care Dental. I recommend them to everyone.

Had a root canal last week and I was prepared for the worst. Never felt a thing, no pain or discomfort during or after. I didn't even feel like my mouth had been worked in, not even the day after! Dr. Adam and his assistant make a fabulous team, I would highly recommend this office.

Had a root canal done today. Adam did a fabulous job, very happy. Took the time to explain the procedure, showed me details with the xray, and made sure was ok before he even started. Never felt any pain during the procedure, nor afterwards. Took his time too make extra sure bite was good and tooth was solid and smooth. Assistant very friendly and also attentive. Front reception always friendly and welcoming. This is why I keep going back to Smile Care Dental.

Never have unsatisfied with their service. Over the years they have never failed to dissapoint, and with covid they have been flexable.

I am 75 years of age and have never changed dentists since childhood! Whenever my current dentist retired, he/she passed the client list to a trusted colleague and I have never been disappointed. Smile Care Dental carries on the tradition of friendly, excellent service that I have come to expect and I highly recommend them.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled with them a few years ago. The receptionist was really kind and understanding. The dentist seemed okay too. I have had really bad experiences with dentist in the past and they were really understanding and accommodating. Their prices were a bit high for me so I never ended up returning. I remember paying around $600 total for an emergency check up and a wisdom tooth removal. I asked for a copy of my receipt about a year after having work done for tax purposes and they gave me a copy that said all the work was done for only $226 loll. I remember pretty clearly how much I paid but who really knows. I didnt pay enough attention because I was really focused on the well being of my tooth but I recommend everyone keeps copies and a close eye on their bills.

A truly excellent dental office! I’ve had various treatments over the years from the two main dentists. I can say with all honesty they are the best I’ve ever gone to.

I Personally cant thank Dr Adam and his Team at smile care dental enough! I was so nervous to put my son that is 2 years old under General Anesthesia but Dr Adam made my Anxiety about the whole appointment go away they did such an amazing job! Not only i was upset and nervous following up to this day as when we went for a consult his treatment that needed to be done was a lot for a two year old, Dr Adam explained to me that unfortunately he was going to lose his four front teeth, at this point i was so upset but as long as my son wasn´t in pain i went with the flow.i trusted Dr Adam. The day of his appointment we waited patiently in the car as i got a phone call from the nurse saying Dr Adam is able to save his four front teeth but had to take one of his back molars out as it was infected i not only was beyond happy that he saved his four front teeth but he got rid of the problem that was hurting my son. Thank you once again for such an amazing job you have done on my sons teeth My husband and Myself are beyond happy with the results.if anyone is ever is looking for a Dental office i would´nt think twice in referring anyone to this office.

Highly recommend this place! Every single person i have seen here so far has done an amazing job. I was the person who hated going to the dentist, and they changed it. Incredibly friendly, awesome at what they do, and help you achieve perfect and healthy teeth and gum.

I can not say enough good things about about smile dental care. Going to the dentist is one of my worst fears. They were patient with me, made sure I was always comfortable with what was happening. Never felt rushed and did a great job on my problem tooth. Smile dental with be where my family goes going forward!

Had a terrific cleaning by Fran. She understood my issues I was experiencing and ensured she didn't aggravate them. Fran is also so pleasant and friendly it makes my dental visits enjoyable

In your clinic looked like the main goal for doctor was to take all your insurance and do maximum even if it is not necessary.
I found better clinic with better service and people who care about patients not just about clinic's profit.

In for a root canal procedure today. Dr. Adam was amazing, gentle, through, soft spoken. It was a great experience. Very appreciative of his kind and gentle assistant that helped chat away the nerves of it all.

Today I had a filling done with Dr. Adam and Chasity. I was extremely nervous going into the appointment. Thankfully they both made me feel very comfortable and took their time with me. With some good freezing skills and great work ethic they were able to get my filling done. I would highly recommend going here if you are nervous about getting teeth work done. They are very gentle. Thanks again for the great experience!

I had to have some dental work done on an old filling and part of a tooth that fell out. This is very stressful for me after some very bad experiences in the past. Smile Dental Care took such amazing care of me with laughing gas on top of freezing, constant monitoring of how I was doing and reassurances and explanations of steps being taken. This made the procedure manageable and pretty stress free! Thank you so much to my dental team!

I got two cavities filled by Adam and Chasity and they were great! Procedure was smooth, and they took lots of time to ensure I was comfortable. Definitely recommend if you tend to get nervous with fillings etc. Thanks again Smile Care!

Simply the best; 5+! Many thanks to Dr. Adam, Dr. Joanne and their very competent and caring staff. As an adult who has struggled with immense anxiety and fear of visiting the dentist I’ve avoided regular dental care. Not surprisingly I found myself in need of emergency dental treatment. Smile Care saw me immediately. In twenty years I have never visited a more accommodating, concerned, and understanding dental office. Most evident was Dr. Adam’s sincere and reassuring nature. Dr. Adam took his time to explain each step clearly paying attention to any need for breaks I needed during treatment; he asked questions to understand how to make me feel most comfortable during treatment. This was by far the most exceptional dental care I have ever received. I would highly recommend this office to everyone, especially those with a fear of visiting the dentist! Thank you.

Had a tooth extraction done. I was nervous but the procedure was pain free and Dr. Adam was very patient and understanding. Even hours after the freezing wore off, the extraction site was not sore. Just a little tender. Would definitely recommend Smile Care Dental.

* Dr. Adam graciously came to my aid by phone when I was suffering from a severely infected molar during very first stages of Covid lockdown (was new in town and many other area dental offices were only answering to their established clientele's emergencies)

* they found more time for me shortly thereafter, for an emergency exam and root canal in order to save another infected tooth (my teeth were in dire need of restoration after prolonged personal illness and subsequent neglect) - although very anxious and embarrassed, I was treated by all with the utmost care, compassion and professionalism

* all following work since then has been of equal quality, including further restoration, extractions and cleaning, despite challenges of reopening a busy office

* associate staff also all top notch including Chas, hygienist Fran, Kacey, Kelly, Melissa (and those I haven't met yet - all great!)

* love that Smile Care Dental is a family business (I grew up in one) - they offer personal, communicative (very important), cost-effective service and seem to genuinely love what they do - and now more than ever, it's especially important to support smaller businesses

Had to have emergency root canals on two teeth this week. The team at Smile Care Dental worked quickly and effectively to get the treatment I needed, all while following very strict COVID-19 protocols. Procedure was completely pain free. If you have to go to a dentist, go here! They truly care about making their patient’s health care needs their top priority.

Initially was disappointed with the wait time to have my 5 year old's work done, but the clinic reached out and scheduled an appointment. Procedure went very smoothly and the work ended up even costing less than expected. The medical team was great - Very friendly and the sedation process was very smooth. Dr. Adam did a wonderful job with the work, even able to avoid some other major processes. They clearly value their customers and were able to work to make a frustrating process work out in the end.

Just had a crown done over two appointments. Dr. Joanne is fabulous! She explains every step of the way all the way through even when its going to taste bad. It was actually a very pleasant experience given it was dental work being done.

I have been using smile care dental for a little over a year and a half and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care needs. I moved up here from Mississauga a few years ago and had a dentist there that I had used for 15 years, but the commute was too much. I was referred to this practise from family that have been coming for a few years. The office is very clean and welcoming when you arrive. Staff are extremely pleasant and very accommodating, especially in cases of an emergency. I have seen all 3 of the dentist's and am happy seeing anyone! If your looking for a dentist in Cambridge, then Smile CareDental is the practice for you!

I had dental surgery yesterday for an implant and it went extremely well. Dr. Szynczak and his assistant worked so smoothly and competently that I became very confident and relaxed during the whole procedure. There was almost no pain and that continues a day later. My dominant impression was that of commitment to professional excellence that made me glad that I had gone to them for care!

I visited clinic for family dentistry needs.this place is great.doctor Adam and all nurses very polite and helpful. I did rout canal and some filling all my family feel very comfortable and done their works in high end of quality work. I highly recommend this clinic for anything dental needs.

Went in for a wisdom teeth extraction, and a root canal. I can honestly say I was beyond anxious before booking the appointment. Dr. Adam and his amazing Assistant Chastity (sorry if it's spelled wrong) were both extremely understanding. They took their time, explained everything to me. The teeth probably took less time coming out than it took to freeze my mouth. The root canal was done on a prior visit and again very professional. No complication for either procedures. Great experience for someone who has avoided the dentist for at least 10 years. Thanks to Dr. Adam, Dr. Joanne, and their staff. Great job all around.

I had two of my wisdom teeth pulled and everything went so smooth and before I knew it one tooth was out. “That was it” was my comment to Dr. Adam and Chastidy. They were both so great at walking me through the whole procedure. I get very anxious when I have to get a tooth pulled and these two made it a walk in the park! Best dentist I have been to friendly receptionist doctor Jeff and staff were great.only thing I didn't like was specfic area exam & diag.charge of $50.didnt expect that charge.didn't mind the X-ray charge of $28.note: I would give 5 stars*****.
If I received the $50.back.that.would be nice, why do X-ray.and be charged.for diagnosis on top of that
