My visit to Smile Dentistry At Herons Hill was a new experience in relaxation and comfort. I am a new client at Smile Dentistry At Herons Hill. The receptionists are warm and welcoming. Dr. Patel is a very good dentist. I had four cavities filled and the procedure was virtually painless. It’s apparent she cares about the comfort of her patients. She is very genuine and takes time during the appointment to get to know you. The dental assistants are just as wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Vishal (V) handled my dental procedure and I must say that he is a gentle dentist. He ensures that his patient is comfortable and relaxed. He has a friendly attitude which really helps to reduce anxiety in the procedure room. The hygienist was also very nice and caring. Diane at the reception is also very professional. She explained the insurance coverages and helped me with booking appointments. Dr. V and his staff are amazing. Highly recommend them for dental needs.

I had a visit yesterday with Dr. V and Natalie was the assistant. Literally the best experience I've had at a dentist. Dr. V was so kind and explained everything he was doing. Offered to stop whenever I needed and emphasized that we can take lots of breaks if I need to. Dr. V and his assistant worked so well together and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I had a cleaning done the week before but I don't know the tech's name, she was also amazing. Was gentle and did everything the way I would expect. I will definitely be coming back and I would recommend if you haven't tried here to give it a shot.

Dr. Vishal and Diane have been amazing, parking is a bit hard so I just parked at Tim Hortons and walked.
