Dr Safa did my veneers 3 years ago and it’s the best thing I ever did for myself! I get compliments all the time on my smile and I recommend her to everyone. She is patient, kind and pays attention to details. I had 0 pain. The clinic is super nice and clean and the service is amazing

I have been to this place 4 times in total now and every visit is anything but pleasant. Everybody is friendly, kind, and they do not treat you like another number. They will get to know you and takes them no time to remember who you are. Mariana who works the front is super helpful and patient. Never complained at all about all the questions I have had to ask. I would mention others as well but I'm terrible with names.

Simply put, if you need any dentistry, come to this place. You won't regret it.

I have been with the same Dentist for 25 years and was unsure about making the change to be closer to home but I am so very glad I did. From the first phone call to my appointment last night Mariana was wonderful and accommodating and helpful with making the changes. My entire family had an amazing experience with the whole staff. They made us feel welcome and happy. They were all professional and welcoming, kind and funny. I will not be dreading future dental appointments! Thank you to all the staff for making the change so seamless and wonderful. I will be recommending the Stoney creek office to my family and friends!

The staff here are so warm, welcoming and accommodating to the point that it makes you forget you're here for a dentist appointment. The receptionist gets you checked in and comfortable in the waiting area. Dianna, the hygienist, was awesome! She made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning, checking in numerous times throughout the appointment.but she honestly didn't need to because she was so gentle. She was so friendly, and is passionate about easing patient anxiety; you're in good hands with her. There's also a TV in the room for you to watch while you're getting your cleaning! She even offered to change the channel which I think is so funny and sweet.

I let the staff know 1.5 hours into the appointment that I was running late for a dinner, and they were so understanding and said they didn't need much more of my time. They sped up, keeping it efficient but not sacrificing quality of service. The X-ray technician was lovely! She was exacting but kind in telling you how and where to position your mouth during the X-rays. The dentist was also super quick but efficient with my exam; she asks you how your dental health is and how you would like it to change before she starts the exam to tailor your treatment. Luckily I was all clear on cavities and such, and she escorted me back to the front once we were done.

Overall I loved my experience here, and I will be definitely back for cleanings even though I don't live in the area. I would recommend anyone wanting to improve their smile to come here! Thanks!

You know how it feels going into a car dealership where they have overly aggressive sales people. This was my first impression of this dental office. Not sure how is the dentist but the gentleman who runs the operations of this office I am sure used to sell cars at one point. He is greedy, impolite, unprofessional, and quiet frankly not a nice human being. To add more to that they charged me over $800 in one appointment. I have flagged it with my insurance provider, but I warn you folks. This gentleman will go over your coverages as you walk in, to butcher out as many parts of it he can to make the maximum dollars. Never going back there. Check your claim history people and you will be in for a surprise.

The dental office so clean and has a warm environment. We love the hygienist, Jessica. She is so gentle with my children's teeth and makes sure you understand everything that she is doing. We will be regulars at this office because of her.

Great staff! And pleasant dental office. Midia was very informative and helpful at figuring how solve all my dental needs. Michelle did a great job at preparing me for the procedure and made sure I was very comfortable throughout the whole appointment.

Dr Safa hands down is the best dentist I have been to. I have always been insecure about my smile until now thanks to Dr Safa. Tonight we did composite veneers on my teeth and I literally had tears of joy on my drive home. The office is bright, the staff is amazing and a dentist who takes pride in her work and pays very close attention to detail. She is good at what she does and I’m happy to have found my forever dental office.
