Neha and the front desk (forgot to get the name) are awesome. They did not rush my appointment although I was the last patient. Neha explained the process well during the consultation. The intake consultation was free and I also got freebies. I can’t wait to get my aligners and get my teeth fixed.
They were extremely nice. I was able to get my appointment moved up by an hour with short notice. I just went in for my scan and the process was quick and easy.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had an appointment at 12 pm. When I got there, they were customers lined up outside. Apparently, there was a 2+ hour wait. I don't understand why they are taking all these appointments if they can't handle the number of customers they are getting. The RUDE associate didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Basically, he just told me that each person who was inside the office would take at least half an hour per person, and then he just closed and locked the door and walked away. I guess they figure people have time and money to waste. I ended up leaving. Thankfully, when I called SDC, they were able to get me an appointment at another location all the way in scarborough. That's where I experienced great customer service. I will never go back to the North York location. For other customers, please think twice before going there!

Came in for a consultation for aligners. Dollar was the one who assisted me. Took about 40 minutes. The session went smoothly and I believe it was effective. He was informative and helpful.

Didn’t even bother to call back after I called their customer support that ive been standing behind the door! I drove 30 minutes to get there and to come back! Ill take my money somewhere that actually respects me and my time.
Melissa is the best! She was so friendly and welcoming. It’s obvious she truly does love her job. I had arrived late due to heavy traffic and construction, yet she was able to squeeze me in and get me started. I explained to her I have university graduation coming up in October & just wanted to see some results in my smile before it came around. She was completely understanding & took me in. She seriously is the best & made my whole day! Give her a raise or something, because she truly deserves it with the service she provides her clients. The smile direct club "life time guarantee" doesn't work. I've tried calling them in December after my treatment for a touch up and sent in my new impressions in January. No follow up since they had received the package in January and now it's July. I've called several times and they said a supervisor is going to call me back but had never got a call back. It's best to go to an orthodontics cause the follow up is terrible for this company. Will never go back again.
Smile Direct Club is nothing but false promises and horrible, horrible customer service. The frustration has been going on for 10 months and 2 treatments in with little to no results. Sunlife and Canada Life does NOT recognize SC as an accredited group in dentistry.patient will never be seen by an actual orthodontist and the orthodontist assigned to you is unreachable even when SDC is asked for doctors information. Our insurance companies cross referenced the information on the invoice and the address provided lead to no such doctor on site nor could Dr. Walter Heidary be reached by our insurance companies after numerous attempts. A representative, Max and Yonge at location assured us our insurance would accept SDC and we were flat out denied after purchasing the treatment plan of $2750.00 The aligners break, crack and cut into the gum line which cause bleeding. My Son continued to follow treatment with uploaded photos upon request. The first treatment provided little to no change - SDC completely exaggerated the prognosis of his treatment. My son was once again asked to rescan and was given another set of aligners for 5 weeks - this time around there is absolutely no change from the last scan. I contacted SC numerous times ultimately being promised a resolution of a refund and til date they continue to give me the run around with broken timeframes. I am at my wits end with this company- they are FRAUDULENT! Pushy salespeople to get you on board and pay then totally unreachable I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will seek legal counsel. I implore anyone thinking of SDC to please not do it - save yourself the time and utter frustration of dealing with an incompetent company. 10 months in all false promises and lies with no one being held accountable. Smile Direct Club you should be ashamed of robbing people of their money and false promises.
Update: It’s been 3 weeks since I reached out to Smile Direct Club customer care and social media accounts and once again, all broken timeline and still no refund nor has anyone reached out to me after numerous times being told someone would get back to me.

Fatima was very thorough and professional with her explanation of the smile direct process. Go to this location, you won't be dissappointed! Having teeth that you are not happy with can be a touchy subject. I waited over 40 years to take this step. I'm really excited about not having to hide my teeth when I smile. Unfortunately I had to have a tooth removed yesterday after my scan had already been done last week. I called the customer service line to let then know. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the order could be put on hold and another scan done on my teeth free of charge! Please keep employing kind people. The customer services representatives I spoke with were very knowledgable and caring. I had the same experience in the office. Keep it up! You have a company that has what many lack today. Employees who care and listen.

Scammers! $399+$99=$498× 100,000customer/ mth = $49,800,000 free money for a month. Imagine collecting $49,800,000 million of 100k customer's money for free. They do this for 30 days while you have no product. They breach the agreement when the 7-14 days passes. They further use delay tactics by send fake accessories and then tell you they will re order which will take another 7-14 days but by that time they already have $399 and the first pmt will be charged to your credit card but you will not have the product (Aligners).
The scam is: $50 Million of free money no Tax, no interest and no product. The 600 thousand smile face represents 1% to keep the scam successful. Hope in time when they have stolen enough of the free money they will use that money to build up a lie to deliver on their promises and product on time
The consultation and scan was free. They were really nice. I got some lip balm but never got the teeth whitener that was promised to me in my email. When I said I’d think about getting the smile box, the guy automatically said that he doesn’t have any of the teeth whitener available. I think it was just an excuse to not give it to me. I was just disappointed but yeah.
If your aligner brakes or scratch, GOOD LUCK! After watching the add, I pushed my friend Mary to sign for this and I really regret it. Her first aligner brakes and when she use it, her lips bleed. She requests new and She has been waiting for her aligner for a month but they continue taking her money? I DO NOT recommend this company at all, it's all about money and talk not action!

I had the free consultation with Smile Direct Club on 15th August 2019. Initially i got little confused with the elevators LOL. Anyways, I had a warm welcome by Adam. He explained me initially how it works and he was wearing a one of the retainers as well. The way he directing the sales was amazing. I went there with zero knowledge about this invisible bracers. Fatima who then took my 3D scan was extremely friendly and she provided 5 out of 5 stars customer caring. She answered all of my questions in a professional but friendly way with proper reasoning. I still have to do my own research and check all the reviews before to make a decision to go with Smile Direct Club. However i would rate the consultation and customer services at its top. And thanks for the free whitening kit which is nice. Fatima and Adam are absolutely great at customer services.
The smile direct club as whole was a fantastic experience. From greeting us at the door and making us feel comfortable all the way. I highly recommend them. Very friendly staff too.
The consolation was quick and easy (I recommend this over the at home kit). I'm also not one for small talk but the conversation with Fatima wasn't dry or forced at all.
The office was very nice and all the staff Is very friendly. Ebad helped through the whole process, everything was clear and he answered my every questions! Got me many presents as well. Highly recommend.
Amanda was so personable and warm. Everyone I met made me comfortable throughout the entire experience. It was like chatting with a group of friends. They won’t let you leave without being excited about being a member of the club! And here I was thinking customer service was dead. I’d buy anything they’re selling!
