Smile Direct Club

I loved the service of the club. I think this is the easiest and affordable way to straighten your teeth without wearing braces. I am super excited and can’t wait for my aligners to arrive!

Shampavi was awesome and guided me through the initial process while explaining how the aligners work and the amazing 3D scan technology they have. After 2 weeks I got a 3D impression of my current smile and the new smile. Excellent customer service!

I went in today not knowing what to expect and Kaylah made everything so simple! She explained everything in great detail and was super helpful! I would highly recommend!

My experience with Anirudh was awesome. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is due to the price for invisiligns, it is way too much. I have got offer from other clinics for only 1200$ comparing to their price of a whopping 2700$ for the same service for mild case like mine. I wish they had different prices depending on the case complexity instead of same price for everyone.

Definitely do not go with SDC they do not address any issues you have after treatment even though they push their Smile Guarantee jargon. The aligner created an additional space in my teeth and after I called multiple times and took multiple pictures, they still have not gotten back to me. I’ve been on my last aligner for 3 weeks with no solution and they keep pushing me to purchase retainers when my teeth are not yet completely where they should be. Save your time and go with Invisalign or traditional braces.

Horrible aligners it broke my tooth and awful customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND #SMILEDIRECTCLUB AT ALL, I canceled my order within 30 days because they sent my package with chemical oil all over it and the second time the aligner cracked my tooth so please take my advice and invest your money on a proper dentist not these cheap quality places.it’s been over a year that I’m still trying to fix my broken tooth but also I have to constantly contact them about the money they took from me for their own benefits without giving me any product or services! Not to mention how creepy and unorganized all the staff are and they don’t even have a dentist to check up on your progress in person it’s virtual which is my biggest mistake to not see that as a red flag but it’s a lesson learned!

I wasn’t to sold on the idea of smile direct until I met some of the staff at this office.
They answered all my questions and I walked out convinced. The only issue I have, I haven’t really got any updates since I’ve been there. It would be nice to know when I should I be expecting them to come.

Amazing! Nate was awesome and I would absolutely recommend. I was just curious going into this appointment but I felt great at the end. I’m confident in the program and I certainly learned a lot! I wish I’d tried this sooner!

Would definitely recommend. I usually get really scared when it comes to going to the dentist and in general having someone stick their hands in my mouth. But everyone was super friendly and gentle. This is honestly too good to be true. The staff really is amazing and they answer all question you need.

Had my consultation Feb 7th with Nate and received amazing service. He was very friendly, and polite and made sure all my questions were answered with care before I made the decision to get my aligners. He was very thorough and walked me through every step making sure I understood everything and was comfortable. He made the process very simple, easy and fun. I have had such a horrible experience with customer service, not to mention, I needed a touch up about 3 times (still need another) and it was the longest, and most annoying process to request the touch-ups and actually get them. At one point, I had to return to one of the locations 4x because my scans somehow got 'lost or damaged' - 3 times! This happened at the scarborough location (toronto, ON) so finally I went to the location in North York and that seemed to be ok for the rescan. I am now in the process of asking for another touch up as the last round left a gap in my upper teeth, between the 1st and 2nd tooth on both my left and right side. I have been trying to get in touch with them since Feb 5th - it is not Feb 28 and still nothing. I have email a bunch of times, and they email back saying that they will have someone connect with me in 72 hrs, and they never do, I called and the wait was half hour, left my phone number to have it called back, and they never did - this is twice now, today, that this happened! Sick and tired of this!

It’s a good company alhamdulilah. On top of that Nate has amazing customer care skills and was very wise and well spoken. He makes sure you understand everything before you leave & is willing to help with any questions you may have in a efficient way!

Had a great experience here today! Otavio and Nate were very friendly and informative when answering all my questions thoroughly and in general conversation with them. They made sure I knew what was going on with my care. I felt comfortable the whole time and even got 2 gift bags with a lip balm and teeth whitener from Nate! Thanks for the 10/10 service guys! It has been 3 weeks and service from the customer service is so bad, I was told I was emailed a consent form 4 times and have had to call 4 times.

Brought in my 14 yr son who really wanted help with his teeth. Durning our consultation we were told they would be able to help him. He was obviously happy they had a solution for him. Got an email the day after that they could not help him. Why say one thing and then do another. Really disappointed and would not recommend them at all.

I only went there because I want to fix my cross bite and they promised me that it will be fixed. When I saw the 3D treatment plan, only anterior teeth were moving so I asked them why I can’t see how my posterior teeth will look like. They answered me that I need an orthodontics for that. But why they didn’t mention this when I went for the appointment? They were trying to scam me by texting me every day to buy the aligners! DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE NOT BEING HONEST WITH THE PATIENT.

Nathaniel was incredible at making me feel comfortable and explaining everything to me. If I had more in-person visits, I would love to come back because of the amazing service.

Had my 3D image done today at the Scarborough location, and I could be happier with the service that I received. Both Otavio and Kaylah were so friendly and I could tell that they were genuinely happy to have me join the club. I’m so excited for my new smile.

I normally never write reviews but I felt this was super necessary. Nate and Kaylah were incredible. Both were super nice and welcoming and I felt extremely comfortable. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles from Kaylah and she was extremely helpful with setting my account up. When I was introduced to Nate we chopped it up for a bit and it was like we have been friends for years. Two really incredible people who create a really positive space. Idk if the CEO or som reads this but shiii if you do, please give them employees of the year

The Scarborough Smile Direct location is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, they followed all Covid related cleaning protocol and walked me through each step of the process. They were on time, I was in and out within 20 minutes!

Highly recommend this location, extremely welcoming service and extremely clean and sanitized and felt really comfortable getting my scan completed. Godwin took his time answering all my questions and concerns and I did not feel rushed at all, great service and great people!

I’ve always wanted to get my teeth straightened but things didn’t work out with my former dentist/orthodontist because he was always away on vacation in Florida and appointment wait time to see him was long. Then I’m left with a different cosmetic dentist in training, which I was uncomfortable with. I had minor crowding and my dentist charges so much for his visit and service that I didn’t feel it was worth my money. After I paid so much fees for consultation, examinations, and x rays just to have a profile and still no teeth straightened. I was happy to discover Smile Direrect on Instagram over Christmas and today was my 3D scan appointment. My appointment today was very pleasant. The staff was very professional and delightful. The staff greeted me with a smile and was very informative about the product and service. Kim did my 3D scan and she was very professional and pleasant. Kim did such a great job explaining the product and service to me and answered all my questions. The convenience of this products works for my case; you get the kit and everything is digital (communication) and it saves you time and money compared to expensive dentist visits. I’m excited to view my video of how my teeth will look after the treatment and I’m excited to start the process of getting my teeth straightened with Smile Direct! I’m finally getting my teeth straightened. Thank you Kim! You’re awesome!

My visit was amazing. The staff were very friendly and open to chatting. I felt welcomed the moment I arrived. I had just eaten at Jack Astors before arriving and they gave me a disposable tooth brush to clean my teeth. I completed my form on an iPad with my address, when I was done they offered a water. The talk, photo's and then the scan was pretty easy and straight forward. Overall the staff were professional, friendly and informative. I felt good and confident leaving. I look forward to having my kit and getting started.

I had a great experience at the Smile Direct Club in Toronto. Angela was super nice and explained everything very clearly. Loved the technology involved in the process, it’s actually pretty awesome to see all your teeth on the screen. I also loved the “smile bag” with the whitening kit, and I’m definitely hoping for their product to work and give me a new smile!
