Always a great experience at Dr Blacks. Everyone is extremely professional and kind, and very focussed on ensuring patients are comfortable and informed. Most recently I had one of my permanent retainer brackets/wire pop off - 3 days before I was due to give birth! The team was so understanding and squeezed me in so I could get it fixed in short order. They went above and beyond and I am very appreciative.

I have nothing but great things to say about the clinic and would highly recommend to anyone considering orthodontic work!

Note: my original permanent retainer that broke was from 20 years ago, not from Smile Solutions.

The Orthodontists and staff at Smile Solutions not only gave my son a beautiful smile, they made the whole process from the initial retainer to braces and even various head gear a much easier experience than we would have ever thought. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to refer friends and family!

Amazing results. I had an underbite and misalignment with upper/lower jaw. Dr Black and staff did an awesome job correcting it, and everything looks amazing now.

Great place, I wish I went to this orthodontist when I was little, really love how they informed you each visit how my child teeth are. The first appointment are really professional they informed you on everything. Very good friendly staff and very clean place as well.

I was recommended the permanent retainer which was good at first, but then the bond came loose. Went in to get it fixed and not too long after had to go in again. Now I might have to go in again because it still does not feel secure. 3 visits in a year for a retainer that is supposed to last years.

Edit after one year: my teens just finished their treatment at Dr. Eckler's office. From first visit up to the end service was excellent. All doctors are experienced and you can feel you are in good hands. The staff is very friendly and helpful with accommodating visits according to school and work schedule. Great communication, awesome atmosphere. This is the place I always recommend to others. Thank you for taking care of my boys.

My daughter got Invisalign at Smile solutions. Dr. Black was kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Also, his staff were so helpful and friendly! My daughter was so happy, and she has an amazing smile to show it! We had to drive quite a distance to see him and we would do it again, totally worth the drive. Thanks Dr. Black and the Smile Team.

I had been good so far until I had bad experience with one of the staff who changed my wire. She was so rude, unprofessional and rushing. Personally, I don’t like the way she services or does her job.
Don’t know her name but she is white in her 40s.

I had braces here done a few years ago, and had to come in all the time because of breakage. Not only did they take off my braces before my overbite was fixed, but since taking them off I had to fix my permanent retainer so many times that after coming in during covid, I just gave up and get my dentist to glue it back down to my tooth when I go to my clinic. Now I'm looking at other orthodontists to fix my teeth and jaw alignment as an adult. Why would you let a child walk just because they didn't wear their elastics enough? I didn't have jaw pain before your service.
OH, they also left me with TMJ which is so severe that i get head aches. (Due to tension on one side of my jaw and clicking/locking.)

The staff are so professional and friendly. Dr. Black and Prachi explained the teeth situation very clearly and detailed. I highly recommend them.

I came in to see Dr. Black to get an honest opinion on how to move forward with a couple of issues I have with my teeth. That is exactly what he gave me and felt he told me what I needed to do and I felt like I was talking to somebody who totally cared about the health of my teeth. Highly recommend.
