Nasty, absolutely NASTY. The worst cleaning I’ve ever experienced and with such an arrogant dentist they likely think they are amazing. I specifically asked for a female dentist when booking and instead got this jerk guy who was rushed, preoccupied, heavy handed and inappropriate. Ironically this is one of the few places that accept ODSP insurance while being incapable of providing care for vulnerable persons. Disgusting. I woke up the next day with a migraine and nausea and still feel horrible two days later. I have never had such a bad experience with dental care in my life.

Called at 10: 30am for wisdom tooth emergency extraction. They took us at Noon & removed tooth in 15minutes. They were very communicative, gentle & professional. The reception staff were all very pleasant & accommodating. Felt a little faint & they gave a yogurt drink to help & offered to lay down for a bit before leaving. Very happy & reasonable price. Thanks for accommodating us today.

Amazing service. Highly recommended. Not expensive at all. Dr Anil and Juliet are fantastic, extremely nice and very professional. Maria and her colleague will you great you at the reception. The place is very busy but wait time is not that long. It's very clean and welcoming place. If I can give 10 stars I would give to them. I'm so happy with work on my teeth. Definitely I'll be going there again.

I was very impressed. Nice friendly staff and efficient. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend Smile City for all dental issues. Dr. Sushma nalluri is one of the best dentists I have ever witnessed. I appreciate the care she takes regarding her patients. She is always on time for appointment.
Overall it’s an amazing experience for me to visit this place. Went with extreme pain and returned with extreme relief and happiness.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
I had a tooth extraction done here and the dentist felt to informed me that he had left part of my tooth inside. I now have an infection and have to another expensive procedure done somewhere else.

I spoke to Daisy, very unprofessional, rude and empathetic advice me to go search for Dr. Anto my self because he was self employed in their facility and they will not take responsibility for him.

I have the X-ray and conversations to prove it.

PLEASE DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH! Go to a professional and get the care that you deserve!

If you're disabled, elderly, or whatever might have your human rights violated this place will do it. First of all, if you have a physical disability, it's up at a flight of the stairs and a half with no elevator options, so I would choose to go anywhere else. For that personal reason I am 50% of the time physically I guess. Ailed however, I do suffer many mental DSM-5 categorized and I was refused after already being seated and my dog service animal laying down on my left as the door is on my right. Anyways, was denied service by said doctors at clinic and argued with the whole way out by them. Indirect violation of access to disability act

I had an appointment booked 2 weeks prior, for today at 2pm for a quick cleaning, the dentist was running behind and they told me for this I have to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours, they were really cold they could’t even apologize or smile. If you don’t have hours to waste go somewhere else.

I wish I could give them no stars at all. The care at this office is absolutely horrible. They refused care to me because I lost my insurance coverage during the covid lockdown in 2020 even though I was a patient of there's, I was told they dont provide service for free-which is not what I was looking for at all. I had a tooth that basically shattered, that I was told did not have a cavity in, and I was in pain, but again because I could not pay upfront I was left to suffer in pain. Both times I had work done it got infected.once in 2013 and again in 2019. There is a very high staff rollover at this office so it is rare that you will have the same dentist twice. They try to dodge responsibility with dental work that is their fault, and they are illegally billing Great West Life Insurance for people on ODSB with non emergency dental care. (which is all they are covered for over age 17) I also had a dentist here tell me I had cavities in my teeth that I found out recently Did not exist at all, so they would have been drilling my mouth for absolutely no reason at all. Avoid this place at all cost.it's better to ensure Adequate care at a more established clinic.

This is the worst dental clinic I have ever been. Here is my experience. I had appointment for dental cleaning on 17 Wednesday at 1pm. After filling the paperwork at the front desk, I was escorted to a dentist assistant. The dentist assistant asked me my problems and Offered an x ray. I told her I only came for routine dental cleaning and don’t have any issues with my teeth before. She did the x ray and asked me to wait for the dentist who will read the report and do the cleaning. After waiting almost 30 mins, I asked the receptionist for when I would see the dentist. She said I need to wait another 45mins as the dentist has another patient. She said I could also reschedule if I can’t wait that long. I agreed to reschedule for Saturday 20th @ 4 pm. When I went back on my appointment, the front desk again asked me to fill and sign a blank form.after signing, i asked to read the forms and the forms say … services are rendered and that the claim is made in accordance with the terms and conditions…. One form is for Medavie another form is for accerta provincial/ municipal social services dental plan. I then asked the receptionist why they ask me to sign on a form declaring that I have received services before I receive any service. The front desk told me that I’m here for a filling and this is a normal procedure to claim insurance. I said I didn’t come for a filling but I’m here for dental cleaning. I insisted that the forms have to be filled out after I see the dentist and receive the services and should not be asked to sign on a blank form declaring service received. They told me to keep the forms and escorted me to the dentist assistant. The dentist assistant (very pleasant lady) prepares me for the dentist. The dentist without even examining me said he has to do filling first and then will clean my teeth. I told him but I don’t need filling and I never had issues. I asked him if he had seen the x ray report. I asked him how do you know I need filling without even reading the report or examining me? He told me to open my mouse and said…. Ooo you need lots of filling. He then told me “insurance doesn’t cover dental cleaning. The only way to help me is if he does filling first and he will do the cleanup for free”. I was shocked that this comes from a medical professional as this is an outright robbery. Why would dentist do a procedure although it’s covered by insurance if it’s not required? I said to him I don’t need filling and just because insurance covers it. Why would I have that when I don’t need it? Then he told me to pay 160$ if I want just cleaning and not filling. I told him I will report this to whoever is responsible but I won’t do any medical procedures just because insurance covers it. I took all the forms and left.receptionist denied to give me even the x ray report coz I refused to give them the signed forms. I know now why they ask to sign a form declaring services received before services are provided. They do that without even writing patients name so they can easily send and get reimbursed for the services they didn’t provide. I’m sharing this publicly to help other clients and make sure you are aware of what you are signing. Medical fraud and unethical practices are there.
Btw the dentist name is Dr. Karin Asgari
