I cannot speak highly enough about their service. Honestly, from the doctor to the reception, they were amazing. They were very polite when receiving us. Doctor had an amazing ability to explain the problem easily and concisely. He was even willing to go past their working hours to make sure our procedure was done which shows personality and care for their profession. I absolutely love this place. I have been here a couple of times for my son and myself. The staff here are great! Very caring towards my 9 yr old son who has ADHD. The team at SmileCrafters was great. Very friendly and extremely knowledgable. I can't say enough about the Dr. Rami as well. I was in pain for several months and my previous dental visits at another clinic could not find any cause for my pain chalking it up to grinding alone. I got into this office and Dr. Rami knew right away that there was something wrong with my tooth and eventually found a large crack. A little history about me. I am absolutely terrified of dentists. I've had several horrible experiences. I am so scared, I needed a sedative just to call and make the appointment for an initial consult. Then full dental sedation with my husband present in the room for ANY procedure.

Then my daughter recently attended and recommended Smilecrafters Toronto. And I trust her 100%. I knew I had to go. I knew all my remaining teeth would likely need to be removed and dentures needed due to a medical condition and genetics.

My first experience was with the girls I met in the office. Alexis and Nour (who did all my xrays). Incredibly welcoming, professional yet with a genuine compassion. They treat you as they do with each patient, like you are part of a family and you feel safe.

I was in pain and lucky for me they had a an IV sedation day 2 days later where I got 6 teeth removed. Anthony was so funny, comforting, and made me feel completely relaxed before I even got the sedation medication injected. He is definetly going to get a huge hug from me the next time I see him!

Dr. Rami is a master of his craft. He is friendly, non-judgemental, informative, respectful with any decision you make, encouraging and compassionate. I recovered very quickly and 2 weeks later was back for my impressions and post op check.

More encouragement from Dr. Rami and a full plan was put in place with everything explained in full and dates as to what will be done when I saw Dr. Rami for the post op check.

Then he left me in Dena's most capable hands for my impressions to be done. I felt so comfortable after seeing her on surgery day that to my surprise I needed NO dental sedation AND.this is HUGE. I sent my husband shopping and attended this appointment alone! THAT'S how comfortable and safe I felt with Dena. We talked and shared stories and before I knew it the impressions were done.

My next appointment is a week from this one and I never thought in a million years that I would EVER say this about any dentist or dental office, but, I cannot wait until my next appointment to do a wax bite thing I believe and then another appointment for the surgery/immediate dentures!

I cannot recommend this dental office highly enough. If you are scared as I was, you won't be here. You will get any and all the help you need to give you back your beautiful smile!

Dr. Rami is absolutely amazing. He is patient, kind, caring, understanding and accommodating. The work that he does is above and beyond my expectations.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming, especially Nour and Dana who are highly experienced at what they do, kind, caring and very knowledgeable.

You know that wen your on a FaceTime call and your partner asks “did you get your teeth cleaned? ” it’s definitely a noticeable difference! My issue is that I have microscopic groves in my enamel that allows stain to build up easily. Add the luv of espresso coffees daily and it’s impossible for me to keep my teeth white in-spite of my good home dental personal routine. Alana is a star! She’s gentle but effective! When I asked to take a pic she was very accommodating. THANK YOU!
