SmileCrafters Dental

The worst dental care I have ever experienced. I am 20 years old never had braces and have had may be 5 cavities my entire life. The only reason I booked an appointment for a cleaning and check up here was they could fit me in quick before I moved back to school. Boy was that a mistake.
I knew I might have one or two cavities as I had not been for a check up in just over a year. But I was not to concerned I don’t eat or drink take out or sugary candy or drinks due to allergies. I never had braces or even had my wisdom teeth removed since I had room for them.
However when the dentist came in to talk to me she said that she had “bad news” she said I had 19 cavities as a result of my wisdom teeth still being in. I sobbed in the office and they did not comfort me at all if anything they made me feel so bad about it. I could not believe it you would think if I had that many cavities I would have sensitivity or other symptoms.
I told my mom and she couldn’t believe it. They wanted me to book fillings right away and that I shouldn’t wait. I explained I would have to get back to them another day 1. I was so embarrassed and emotional from finding this out and 2. I was moving away to school the next week I didn’t know when I would be back in town next. Weeks on end they texted me to book an appointment until I blocked their number.
They did this same thing to my brother except she got him to come in for his 10 fillings all done the same day. They froze the wrong side of his mouth down his neck to the point where he couldn’t even talk or advocate for himself that the work they were doing was seriously hurting him.
I got my old office to request my X-rays and everything transferred over to them from smile crafters to see if they also agreed that I had 19 cavities.
I just got back from my check up with the other office I have one cavity. ONE CAVITY! Are you serious and they said my wisdom teeth did not need to come out nor did they cause my one cavity. I was in shock. How do you miss diagnose 18 cavities. You don’t unless you want to mentally, emotionally and physically torture your patients for good insurance money.
No wonder why they have so many openings. No one deserves this type of treatment.

I saw Dr Rami the other day and man was I impressed. Not only is he professional, he personalizes every experience so that every patient feels cared for and valued. It doesn’t stop there however, I’ve seen other dentists as well here and they’re all so lovely. If you’re looking for a dental office, please consider coming here because you won’t be disappointed.

Despite my distaste for dental work in general, the dental hygienist Sarah made it possible for me to get my teeth cleaned. The dentist Dr Marc made me feel confident in the long term health of my teeth.

Great experience here. I had a dental emergency and after calling several dental clinics they were the only one humane enough to take me in at short notice. The service personnel were phenomenal. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were willing to help, had empathy. Dr Rami was so great and I will recommend them over and over again. Thanks team!

They are very kind and gentle, Can't wait to start the very much needed work to my teeth that are in horrible shape. There is no OW coverage and incompetent owner. Clearly, it doesn't accept all patients if you don't accept their insurance.

Due to childhood neglect, a decade of smoking, and a fear of the dentist, when I first walked into the office, my teeth were regrettably, in a horrible condition. After the inital visit and with weekly visits seeing dr hassan, in only a couple months my teeth have been completley restored! You wouldnt even be able to tell I had any prior issues.

Dr hassan was not only very professional, but thorough, each and every vist. He always ensured I was comfortable, and pain free. I couldn't be happier with my results. After now receiving a second chance, will be sure to take good care of my teeth going forwards.

If your looking for a good dentist, I wouldnt recommend anyone else.

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming! I was very nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed but everyone was so supportive and reassuring. It was overall a great experience and such a positive environment!

If I could give more stars, I would! I’ve only ever had great experiences with Dr. Hassan and the entire team. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and great with answering any questions you may have. They walk you through the procedures beforehand and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. It’s very evident that they care about their patients. 11/10, would highly recommend!

I have been taking my child her for almost a year now and my oldest has received Ortho care as well. Staff has always been patient, kind and friendly. Doctors take their time with my children and with explaining any issues to me. Wonderful clinic!

Never have I ever got a chance to get cleaning from the actual dentist, It's always been with the assistant until I tried this clinic. It was an excellent experience from the receptionist, the assistant and especially the dentist despite this whole pandemic situation. They made sure that I have my own comfort zone and gave all the services that I need and some that I might consider if want my teeth to be better. I'm new here in this area and luckily I found a perfect clinic to intrust my teeth with.

I am new to Brantford and needed a new dentist. A friend recommended SmileCrafters Dental. I honestly have never had such a great experience at the dentist. I am usually quite nervous to visit the dentist, but definitely won't be anymore now that I'm a patient of SmileCrafters. The staff are amazing - very personable, kind, and thoroughly explained everything. I also really appreciated the appointment reminders. I highly recommend SmileCrafters!

I would highly recommend Dr. Rami and the team at SmileCrafters Dental. I went in for a cleaning a few weeks ago and Dr Rami noticed a loose filling. I asked to get in as soon as there was a cancellation and they were on top of it. Good thing too because the filling was coming out. I couldn't believe how quickly Dr Rami replaced the old filling and not discomfort or pain! Great dental office, thank you for taking such great care!

They are really great there for dental work I generally have anxiety with dentists but not here they are so friendly and make sure your okay every step of the way

I’ve had a lot of negative dental experiences in the past and as a result lots of anxiety and stress around visiting the dentist. However, since I’ve been coming to the office here I am feeling it less and less. Everyone has been kind and understanding, they do great work while doing what they can to make you feel comfortable. Making appointments has been much less stress inducing and showing up has become easier with each visit. For these reasons and more I am happy to give them 5 stars. I did not believe it was possible to feel better about dental visits and now I do.

Dr. Hassan and his staff are absolutely phenomenal! Very kind and caring, and also funny which is great if you have to get work done that takes a while. They actually take their time with you and it's clearly evident they care about the wellbeing of their patients and want onlywhat is best for them. Dr. Hassan is very patient and thorough. I regret not coming here sooner and going elsewhere first, but I am so so thankful to have found this place and dentist now and would recommend SmileCrafters to anybody! Definitely not going anywhere else now!

They're professional, courteous and kind. I went in grumpy, with a icky smile and in a considerable amount of pain. When I came out my smile looked a hundred times better, than before and I was no longer in as much pain. Thank you Dr. Hassan and Jess! You are both awesome ️!

I had an appointment for about an hour and a half. Had a cleaning and 3 fillings done and had no pain at all.

I was a bit apprehensive going to the dentist during this uncertain time of Covid, but was quickly put at easy knowing the extra steps the practice have to go through, and how knowledgeable and curtious the receptionist was, she dealt with my insurance company in a very professional manner.

Upon seeing the dental physician I was impressed how much time he took to listen and find out exactly what I needed and was happy with the service I received.

I would recommend there services to anyone and will in the future.

As always, Dr. Rami did a wonderful job with my fillings. Booked at this location because the Ancaster one didn't have any spots left but both locations have great staff who are kind and knowledgeable. Wouldn't even think about going to a different dentist!
