Just recently my family dentist retired and I’ve been looking for a new one. The other day I had a filling come out, which sped up my search. This place is close to home, so I did a walk-in. The receptionist, Michelle, was very helpful in getting me signed in and set up with Dr. Mark, who was informative and professional. Michelle looked after the claim and submitted it to my insurer. All done, out the door in an hour! Great place, friendly people and prompt service!

Very Lovely and kind staff also doctor Hassan is one of the best doctors I’ve ever went to definitely recommend it!

I recently had a fantastic experience at SmileCrafters, and I highly recommend Dr. Rabee Hassan. He went above and beyond in explaining my dental issues, using X-Rays to illustrate the situation clearly. His expertise was evident as he addressed a filling that had been causing me extreme sensitivity from another dental office. I'm already feeling much better, and I trust him to handle all my future dental needs. The rest of the staff (hygienist, office administrators) were very welcoming and happy to help me. A well-deserved 5-star rating!

I had a great experience at SmileCrafters. The office is clean with all the newest equipment and technologies. The front desk staff are kind and welcoming as well as very accommodating when having to change appointment times.

The hygienist I had was very friendly and skilled. She was aware that I didn’t have any dental coverage and explained the cost of X-Rays and offered different options to keep the cost as low as possible while still having the necessary work completed.

Finally, Dr. Rami is extremely knowledgeable and professional but also has a calm and caring nature. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and you can tell he is truly passionate about his work.

Smilecrafters always does a great job keeping the facility clean and clients happy. All their staff is consistently welcoming and friendly, and I've only ever had pleasant visits, even if getting less than ideal news regarding my teeth.

Highly recommend. I have been going here for over about a year and the staff has always been friendly, thorough and professional. Recently my daughter had her first filing and I was expecting it to be difficult and hard. Dr. Rana and staff were absolutely incredible with her. This office is alway very accommodating for my entire family. Shalin is wonderful with sensitive patients. I always request to have my cleanings done with her because I’m anxious at the dentist, but she makes it easy for me. Dr. Rami is excellent, and I highly recommend his practice to anyone who is considering a change.

I wanted to post an update to my last review. It's been about a year since I have been to SmileCrafters, Ancaster location, and I am again so pleased to say that nothing has changed! Every member of the team here are incredibly lovely to interact with, show kindness and clearly care about their patients. Dr. Hassan is a pleasure. He is friendly, kind and compassionate, and is consistently amazing.particularly with freezing. He takes great care, checking in throughout the process to make sure you are comfortable. I have never felt pressure to have anything done; everything is clearly explained and Dr. Hassan will show you as well. I am frequently attending medical appointments and I'll be honest, SmileCrafters is a place that I actually feel comfortable and confident I will get the care I need. I highly recommend SmileCrafters and would encourage anyone who does not like the dentist, to come here. It is an entirely different experience, and I am so grateful to everyone at SmileCrafters for their genuine care and beautiful energy. You make every visit enjoyable, and I truly value that.

I am so pleased to write this review. I have been to SmileCrafters Dental twice now. My first visit was for a cleaning and exam, and my second visit was for two fillings and a night guard impression. I have to say, what I experienced was beyond what my expectation was going in. COVID-19 procedures, to begin with, are stringent. When you have an appointment, you message upon arrival and wait in (in the comfort of) your vehicle until your room is ready. This means you do not encounter exposure to other patients. It also means when you come in, you go right to your room for your appointment (after your temperature is checked, and you've filled out the COVID-19 screening form). Staff are all well masked, gloved, and are also equipped with face shields. Staff maintain their distance until it is time to get down to the work. The office is impeccably clean, and there is a genuine positivity to the environment itself, which is created by all Staff Members. Truly, the team is lovely: friendly and welcoming, fun and joyful, something we don't always see now, but is so valuable. In terms of skill, my hygienist was amazing. It's been two weeks and my teeth still feel clean. When my hygienist measured my gums (this is the third time for me) it was so fast, not at all painful, but accurate. I was so happy, that usually hurts and takes forever! But aside from the efficiency and quality of work, my hygienist was so much fun. My exam, likewise, was not what I expected.it was thorough. What was showing on the x-rays, Dr. Hassan explained in detail, and outlined on the screen what was happening with my teeth, so when I left, I was clear with no doubts or questions on what I needed, and how that was going to be done. Dr. Hassan was kind, with a great sense of humor. I left with an appointment for 2 fillings, feeling valued and feeling confident that I was in good hands.

My second appointment with Dr. Hassan was every bit as amazing. I did not feel the needle for the freezing - on either side. This was a first for me. There was no pain when drilling, no pain at all. Dr. Hassan and the Dental Assistant checked in to make sure I was doing alright throughout the work, and I got to watch/listen to Netflix. This is great for adults, but even better for kids. The work went so well, and I honestly had fun. I cannot stress enough the skill of every member of this team. Nor can I stress enough the positivity of every member of this team, and the wonderful, welcoming environment that is created and sustained by them.
I whole heartedly recommend SmileCrafters Dental - and every member of this team.

My 10 year old daughter was referred by our dentist as they didn’t have time, and SmileCrafters took her the same day. My daughter has super high anxiety about the dentist but they eased her concerns and had her laughing in the chair. This means so much to a Mom sitting in the waiting room anticipating an epic meltdown.

I found this practice to have very pleasant friendly staff. Alana made me extremely comfortable during my first check-up at this practice. I do not like dentist visits but was very relaxed with Alana and how she did my cleaning.

I wasn’t able to see the dentist at this appointment and Alan explained this with her apologies before she began her work; however a follow-up appoint was arranged right away.

Our family recently changed our dental services provider to this office and so far all of us have felt we made the right decision. I certainly would recommend SmileCrafters Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Procedural sedation makes the appointment a whole lot easier.

They’re friendly, quick, and take the time to explain procedures and what’s happening with my teeth. Dr. Rana is super upbeat and makes appointments with her almost fun (as far as dentist appts can be:). Their hours and scheduling system are great since they offer more flexibility than standard office hours. A big thing I noticed when I started going to Smile Crafters is that they use newer technology compared to my previous dentist, which gave me a better service.

Alana was my hygienist she was incredibly kind and very gentle, explained everything with great confidence. I had Dr. Rami who is truly a highly skilled professional, remarkably kind and knowledgeable. This is by far the best dental office I’ve been to and will most definitely recommend them to everyone!

We had our second visit and couldn’t be happier with my daughters experience. She is three and was very nervous her first time however Alana the dental hygienist made her feel so comfortable and happy. We booked to have her again this time and my daughter was happy to see a friendly face. She watched Peppa pig the entire experience, was thrilled to wear the purple kids glasses and pumped with her new Barbie toothbrush.

I would like to say thank you to Dr. El Sebai for providing excellent service for me, I am healthcare provider and I have seen that SmileCrafters Dental staff especially Dr. El Sebai are externally professional and very friendly, environment is very clean. Dr. El Sebai is very knowledgeable and using updated skills and tools. I have done my crown for one of my tooth in about 2 hours same day! That is really amazing, before I used to go 2-3 times in 2weeks to get the same job done with other dentists. I definitely will continue get rest of my teeth done and I highly recommend this dental clinic especially Dr. El Sebai to all my friends and family. I have never seen any dentist warranty their job, but Dr. El Sebai is so confident about his work that he does. I recommend if you need any dental job done on your teeth get SmileCrafters service.

This review requires telling a story, to really understand the contrast between our experience with SmileCrafters and another place.

My husband had been suffering in complete agony with an acute toothache for several days when we discovered SmileCrafters. Our regular dentist couldn't deal with it and had sent him to an orgal surgeon, who did not inspire confidence at all. That surgeon was prepared to go ahead even though he was unsure which tooth was creating the problem!

Dr. El Sebai immediatly said he would need to take new films to confirm the situation because the quality of the original xray was very poor. He had the up-to-date equipment to take the new xrays and proceed with confidence. He inspired confidence in us as well.

The staff was also friendly and competent. We are in the process of choosing a new dentist, and Dr. El Sebai is really giving us pause - his location is a little bit far for us, but we might make the jump anyway. We really had an excellent experience there in a difficult time.

Just finishing up my Invisalign treatment. I couldn’t be happier with the progress and the look of my smile! Dentist is fantastic and monitors your care during your entire treatment process. They also do DIRECT BILLING!
Staff are lovely and appointments on their new communication IT system is amazing - this helps when prioritizing for the entire family.

Everyone working at this establishment has an amazing personality and is super welcoming. I am someone who is terrified of dentists but all of that went away since I have started coming here.
