My experience was good. The doctors were nice and friendly. The appoint was quick and on time.

We have taken my son to this dentist a couple times and they were very conservative in their recommendations. We appreciated their concise communication and their attention to detail. We recommend this dentist.

Have been going to Dr Sophie for years, she’s so wonderful and has amazing bedside manner. Mobina, the dental hygienist is also a delight! Highly recommend.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and aggressive receptionist. Anything I asked was answered with attitude, and was unclear. When I would ask for clarification about benefits she would just continuously raise her voice, I actually took a step back. She really seemed interested in creating conflict rather than helping a customer. After waiting 45 mins for my appointment that I was early to, I just left and called another dentist. Despite being a customer for years, I won't be back.

This is a great place to take care of your family smile. My entire family goes to this clinic and we do everything from regular checkups, cleaning, root treatment and wisdom teeth removal.
The entire staff is very polite, kind, and professional. They are also very great with the appointments as they call you to confirm and when you arrive to get care, they are always on time.
Their prices are reasonable and it is very easy to use your insurance with them.
Another great thing is they don’t try to rip you off. They are always very transparent about any costs or anything that may be optional. This is great because our family built a strong trust with them and we feel that we are treated with honesty and professionalism.

Dr. Yeganeh “fixed” my wire when it came loose but glued it incorrectly causing a gap in my teeth. She then refused correct this mistake claiming it wasn’t her fault. There is clinical photo evidence of my teeth together before this and their own documentation, but they take no responsibility even though I came back two weeks later to show them what happened. I would not trust this office.

I do Not Go There Anymore Due to the Fact that Summer Dental Doesn’t Except The Smile Program for my Daughter!

My tooth composite fell of and I went there to get fix, thats a basic thing a doctor can do, so she fixed it and it chipped another day so I went there again and she is like she is doing me favour to not charging me! And 2 months later it chipped again, the charge for half of the composite around 300 so now i have to pay to fix it again,

Coming from a dentistry family, I will believe that I can make a wise judgments. The Summer hill team is so lovely and friendly. The service is five starts without a doubt. Dr. Zaid is amazing. He is the one I would trust to fix my dental issues after my mom and dad retired. This person has a magic hand. I highly recommend summer hill dentistry.

I moved to Toronto and stayed as a client at Smiles. Recently, I transferred to a dental clinic near me and ended up returning to Smiles. They really care about their clients and they have the best customer service experience ever! If you are looking, for friendly easy going dental care, call them up. Dr Zaid hires the best!

My seven year old was a less than willing patient when we visited the clinic this week. I was so stressed when she wouldn’t open her mouth for the appointment, but the hygienist was absolutely magical, going waaaaay beyond the call of duty to make my daughter feel comfortable. The kindness and patience they showed us was just wonderful and I can’t thank them enough. I would recommend Smiles at Summerhill to anyone, especially those will kids!

My 2 boys age 4 and 2 see the dentist and hygienist here! They are amazing! So good with kids that they love going back for regular cleanings. A couple fillings for my oldest they make him feel so comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Smiles at Summerhill Dental for a few years now and I have nothing but positive words for this clinic. They have always been extremely accommodating with me, especially because I do not have benefits. Dr. Zaid has always helped me out and I appreciate it so much. I would highly recommended visiting this office for any dental needs. One of the main reasons I love coming here is because of Mobina; the dental hygienist I’ve had for a few years while being a patient here. She’s always made the overall experience very easy going and relaxed. She’s very thorough and straight to the point. No issues whatsoever with her! I have had two very different experiences here, the first was good no complaints. I came back for a cleaning/oral exam done and a filling I was sent several texts before my appointment confirming everything, my boyfriend also his appointment for the same date and time to have a cleaning and oral exam done. My cleaning was extremely painful when it was finished I was ask to go sit back in the waiting room. I waiting for over 40 minutes in a cold waiting room listening to both my boyfriend and whoever was in the room with him flirt and carry on. I was actually extremely upset at both of there behaviour and the fact I had to sit there and listen to it for 40 minutes I was so up I got up and tried to reschedule for another date but nothing was available for me so I just left. I never got filling or oral exam and my boyfriend is going back this Thursday night for a filling must be nice. To top it off I was overcharged from what I was told cost would be by the manager Melissa. I’m not sure what type of scam is going on here but this extremely unprofessional! I would like to suggest the staff takes some classes in customer service this is supposed to be a place of business not a bar.

I scheduled a root canal with Dr. Zaid Baraz yesterday,
This was my first root canal and Dr. Zaid executed the procedure expertly. He is empathetic, professional and Explained every step, at all times making sure I was comfortable.
My husband and I been patients of Drs. Baraz and Bashi for several years at both office locations and we have had only exceptional visits.
The frontline support staff is second to none!
They are professional, congenial, kind and always very accommodating.
The clinic space is pleasantly appointed, very clean and there are TVs in the procedure rooms to provide entertainment during treatment.
Let’s face it going to the dentist is never anyone’s favourite thing to do but these folks know their business and make a sincere effort to make visits as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
We highly recommend Smiles at Summerhill and White Cedar Dental Clinics.

Everyone was SO nice! And the doctor who did my teeth was empathetic and friendly. I also felt absolutely NO pain during the procedure. Literally my dental dream come true I highly recommend!

Extremely aggressive phone and text follow up. Very unprofessional and off-putting. I went in earlier this year for a consultation and they will not stop calling or texting for follow-up appointments. Huge red flag.

Summerhill Dental is not your average dentist. After only a few visits I have developed personal relationships with nearly everyone in the building. This dental office is a place where you get treated like family, with incredible support and amazing work provided by Dr. Yeganeh.

Great dentist! I had a good experience with Cassandra, a hygienist, and they always put me with her, awesome! They cater to your needs and wants and they are very honest. They let you control the TV as well:) very nice place

The awful clinic! They said that x-ray is free, but as a result asked money! Treatment was awful! I had to find another dental clinic to correct their work! Very expensive for this kind of unprofessional work!
I don’t recommend this clinic.

Great experience for the most part, clean and nice people. The reason I rate it so low is I think we were mislead regarding the effectiveness of Invisalign. They claimed they could fix my wife's issues with it but weren't honest about the timeline, it would take multiple years longer than expected if not just not fixable by Invisalign. We ended up spending another 5k on braces. Outside this circumstance they were great but the right solution for us was to go to an orthodontist.

They lack of communication with insurance cose a problem for me and my insurance. They told me everything is covered and insurance will pay but they over charge the insurance and after 1year send me a bill

Absolutely the best Dentistry Office around. I have been a patient for four years now and would not go anywhere else. Last year, I had a very painful cracked tooth and thanks to Dr. Z - it got fixed and is now perfect. Stephanie is the best, best Hygienist ever. All of the Staff are warm and welcoming.

Been a client since they opened way back. Slowly watched the service decline as the quality staff filtered off over the years to the point I was very angry last two visits. Dental agent cleaning teeth made me feel embarrassed about my mouth by comments that to me deemed un-acceptable! Asking me if I smoke drugs cause my teeth are stained, asking repeatedly to be careful as I have sensitive mouth only to jump 3 ft out of chair several times causing mouth pain for days after! Did not apply the usual "numbing agent" to help with sensitive teeth and overall just disappointed with service and people. I will be as well removing my 9 friends I have suggested that currently do business with them as a result.

I was very impressed upon visiting this dental clinic for the very first time this past month. Oby, the hygienist, was extremely professional, efficient and less painful than my previous experience. Everyone was so helpful from the front desk, to meeting the dentist and all treated me with great respect and very welcoming. I'm glad I chose this clinic which is also very close to my home and I will return here. I am also grateful because they care about people who no longer have benefits like myself, (and soon becoming a senior citizen), which is exactly what I was looking for.

Great staff! My kids get excited to go to the dentist with all the wonderful staff at smiles at Summerhill. My 3 year old is always a little hesitant once he sees the chair and these ladies go above and beyond to make him comfortable and get a great cleaning.

The staff is friendly and our appointments are always on time. The best part is the fact that our 3 kids are totally fine with getting their teeth checked out and cleaned here!

What a fantastic first experience at a new Dentist's office for me! For a lot of people, the Dentist can be a scary place! The Staff was kind, knowledgeable and patient in explaining each aspect of the process. I've never felt so in charge of my own care plan before!

I was sick and tired of my current Dentist at the time (was a patient there for 12 years) and I wanted to try a new dental office so I decided to try out Summerhill Dental in Newmarket, not too far from where I live in Richmond Hill. They had a new patient deal that was extremely affordable and easy on my wallet as I did not have any benefits at the time. The whole sign up process was easy and the girls at the front desk were extremely nice as well. I was given Mobina to be my dental hygienist. I could not have been more happy with her work and her kindness. She built rapport with me right away as we were able to speak about things all while she cleaned my teeth perfectly. I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s considering going to Summerhill or who is currently a patient there. She broke down any issues and questions I had for her and was kind enough to tell me where I needed improvement. My teeth and smile are very important to me as I put a large focus on them due to them being one of the first things someone might look at. I would highly recommended to anyone who lives in Richmond Hill, Aurora or Newmarket to check out Summerhill Dental, ask for Mobina too! She made the experience great and I will definitely be going back for my next cleaning and check up with the Dentist there as I only did a cleaning for my first time. 5 out of 5 rating, give them a try.

Smiles at Summerhill and their staff proved superior service. They are so friendly, punctual and always accommodating to my schedule. My daughter went for her first visit at 2 and naturally wouldn’t let them clean or look at her teeth, the dentist provided some tips we can do at home as play. They were patient and completely understood. Now at 3 we re-visited and am so happy to say they cleaned Chloe’s teeth and a Cassandra was so sweet, she knew her audience and talked about princesses and counted all her teeth. She was so happy she even got a surprise at the end and is excited about her next visit. I highly recommend for so many reasons, from cleanliness, to friendly staff, affordable prices, knowledable dentist, tv’s with any show you’d like to watch, flexible with a busy schedule, great accessible hours and family friendly!
