I have been going to Smiles Dentistry for years and always have a great experience with Basem and Crystal (she’s the best in the building when it comes to cleanings!). Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new dentistry.

Excellent service! Daneeka is the best at Smile Dentistry, always friendly and professional. I used to hate going to the dentist office, but now I enjoy it. Besides, I get tooth pastes and brushes.

Be careful. Once this place finds out you have insurance they’ll milk the living daylight out of you.

Nice people but I lost one tooth at this place and almost lost another one. Then I went to another dentist and thank goodness he saved my tooth. So I am not recommending this place.

Smiles dentistry is by far the best family dentistry I’ve been to. The staff is super friendly and the hygienists are caring and accommodate to the patients comfort.

Absolutely horrible. My appointment was for 4: 30 at 10 minutes after 5 they said that it was just going to be another half hour. What are appointments for? They unprofessional staff couldn't communicate properly with me. Complete disaster.

Dr. Basem Ghadban is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He has removed two of my wisdom teeth, filled two cavities and fixed my broken tooth twice over the past two years. He and his team are kind and ensure everything is painless and quick. A top tier practise that I will be recommending to friends and family. I will be a patient here for as long as I live in Toronto!

It's my first visit to this Dentistry. Very well-comed by the staff. I didn't have to wait at all, exactly when my appointment with the hygiene, which she is excellent, listened patiently to my concern, and she did great job.
Then my consultation with Dr. Bassam, very efficient, took his time to listen to my concerns about my teeth.

Ive been going to this dental office when they were at the old location by Christie station since i was a kid. I live in Thornhill and my family wanted to go to a dentist office closer to home.that was the worst mistake i could have ever made.smiles is the only place for me, I love smiles and the way they take care of me! I would recommend to anyone!

Plus i still get my free ice-cream when i don't have any cavities. Even though i'm 27:)

Can't describe this clinic! Dr. Basem is such a great doctor he has Golden hands! I had 4 wisdom tooth extraction, didn't feel nothing. Love this clinic and the service is great from when you enter till you leave. Definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a good dentistry with good service and quality!

Deneeka, my dental hygienist was awesome! She took time to get to know me, used my insurance budget to meet my needs and offered me special add ons. While completing one procedure, I was booked for the other two so that I didn’t have to call in to make another appointment.

Dr. Basem Ghadban has been nothing but wonderful! He's helped me with everything.

He takes him time to look at the problem, gives you multiple options on how to deal with it rather then just giving you the quickest and easiest way of dealing with it.
