The customer service is great the staffs are very friendly and nice but there are some that It feels like they do not know what they are doing. I had my braces done here, I was satisfied when it was finished and I saw a big improvement on my teeth. However, after my braces was done they didn’t give me the teeth guard which is suppose to be part of the treatment. I paid a hefty amount of money and they said its not part of the treatment and charging me $500 dollars for that. I ask some of my friends which chad braces done and they told me it supposed to be included. And mind you, they paid less than what I paid for. And now after a year, my teeth getting crooked again. Don’t ever do your braces here they will just charge you a huge amount of money!

Dr. Simron is an absolute delight every time I visit, very experienced with her work and great attention to detail. Additionally very easy to talk to, would 100% recommend her and the place!

Thanks to all the staff and doctors for such a good experience and for being so kind and caring! I had to do my treatment really quick for personal reasons and I finished everything in really short time and ahead of deadline! Would definitely recommend this clinic.

I went in for a cleaning session today at Erin Mills Smiles Dentistry and must say it was the worst service I’ve ever had at a dental office. I came in expecting a full cleaning done (upper and lower jaw) and was sent home with only my upper jaw cleaned because they “ran out of time”. I’ve never been told that I need to return to do the second half of my mouth. They also spent half of my appointment fidgeting with malfunctioning x-ray equipment, which could’ve been used towards cleaning. I should mention that I was charged more than $300 for an incomplete job. I will not be returning to this office.

Very good and friendly service. I called at 4pm on a Saturday with what I thought was an emergency, and they booked me in for 430. Everyone I encountered at the office was very friendly. The hygienist was very kind and pleasant. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist was very friendly and she gave me a thorough exam of my problem area, followed by advice, which I implemented immediately. I highly recommend Erin Mills Smiles Dentistry.

Fantastic experience, Simran was very professional and very informative on how to maintain my teeth and did a superb job on cleaning my teeth! Had my fillings done here all in one shot and the staff did an amazing job.

I had my 2nd cleaning appointment today with my hygienist Ms. Simran. She was very kind, patient, informative, and helpful to me. She gave me inputs about my dental condition and requisite to maintain better oral hygiene. Looking forward to seeing her again in 6 months!

Amazing dentist services for cleaning, wisdom teeth removal, root canal, fillings, and everything in between. Ask for Simran when you come get your cleaning, her attention to detail is impeccable.

Everything is perfect from the staffs and the treatment itself. The front desk is very helpful and kind, the doctors and dental staffs are excellent, detailed, and did a great job. The place is clean and cozy. Will definitely recommend this dental clinic to everyone!

I want to start off by saying a special shout-out to Doctor Nadine and Hayder the dynamic dentist duo. Because of them my fear of dentists are completely gone. I really appreciate everything they have done for me and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. They were fantastic every single time I came in. All the staff are amazing and kind. Special shout-out to the wonderful lady at the front on January 21st 2023 I believe her name is Mira. (I’m so sorry I forgot your name I think it was the anesthesia). Everything is always so clean, modern, and professional. From the bottom of my heart thank you very much Erin mills Smiles Dentistry for always making me smile ️.

Highly recommend you never visit this place if you care about your money, they will scam you and do things you dont want, their smiles are as fake as their name.

I had to take my mom to this clinic for emergency tooth extraction. God Bless Dr. Rasha, she was so amazing dentist. My Mom was feeling so nervous but Dr. Rasha so comforting and managed to calm down my mom. Next day Receptionist called me to find out how my mom was doing. Overall everyone was very friendly, patient, and professional and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others!

Not good experience. I took my spouse for emergency treatment. Assistance took her X-ray without the consultation of Dr. Later after the examination they took panoramic x-ray. So they charged me for extra X-ray procedure. They recommended to do Root canal. Next day we started the procedure but couldn't finish it because the Dr.cant reach her nerves. He recommended to go for the specialist. The receptionist said that she will call me with details but never called back. I tried to call them several times.left the message and spoke with the receptionist about the specialist appointment.she said she will call back in 2 minutes but gain ignored us.i blown up 375 $ so far with out any solution. She is in a lot of pain and i have to look for some other Dental office myself due to their non cooperative attitude

Very poor bedside manner. Dr. Hameed Marwan made my tooth pain worse than it was and i had swelling in my jaw for the next 10 days. Because of this experience i am having a hard time trusting any new dentist. Spare yourself and refuse care from him.

From start to finish the experience was amazing. Had 2 wisdom teeth pulled out today and the staff was very professional, polite and curtious. The Dentist explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and continuously asked if I was ok. Thank you very much to all the staff at Erin Mills Smiles Dentistry.

I literally just finished my appointment and I could not wait to write a review on my horrid experience.
-The receptionist is the rudest person I have met, its literally like walking in to "mean girls"
- these people ask too many questions about your insurance, they in fact tried to look up my fiances insurance and tried to claim money through it before even asking me if im covered under his
- i feel like they charge you more if you have insurance so that is why they were acting very fishy
- I have never witnessed this in my life, please save yourself the trouble

Due to last bad experience with this clinic, I don;t like to go there any more, so I went there to get my X-rays records, but you know what, this clinic is different from all other ones, because they said they just sent them through my email instead of printing them for me just like other clinic does, when I asked them why, they said they want to save the toner and some printing papers.

OMG, they are so hungry of money, that is totally out of my expectation, they just treat them old patients like this.

I would definitely recommend this dental office. The staff is very professional and friendly, and most importantly the dentists really know what they are doing.

Amazing service, very professional staff, the receptionist was so nice and welcoming and the dentist is really great, i was really nervous when I first came to the clinic but the dentist was so comforting and managed to calm me down and she was really patient with me and explained everything about my case and answered all my questions and for the first time in my life I didn’t feel any pain, this is by far the best experience i had with a dentist.

I recommended this clinic to my sister, she didn’t go yet, but now I have to tell her don’t go there.

Yesterday I had an appointment, I got there on time, when I checked in at the front desk, it was that woman again. I hate to see her cold and hostile face. I asked her some questions but she said, I should be aware of this, I should know that, it’s my responsibility to do this, it’s my mistake I didn’t do that.every time when I met her, everything seems going wrong with me, it’s always my fault, it’s always that they are right.

I was so upset, at the meantime, the other woman who sat beside her was looking at me in a very impatient and hostile way, it seems like she was saying I should say it’s all my fault, I am wasting their time, the receptionist and this hostile woman even said the technician was waiting for me, my appointment time is not at 3: 40 but 3: 15. And the technician was on heavy makeup which is not professional.

Finally I cancelled my appointment, I will cancel all mine and my son’s. I hate to be unhappy with those people whose interest is only focusing on collecting money from you.

Kindly don't visit this clinic, i caught them filling 4 false claims on my insurance and even the services were not even performed.luckly, i saw the claims history on my claim secure account and then i called them to ask what happened.i confronted them and they said it was mistakenly happened lol please make sure that every one check the history and the claims they are filling on your behalf to insurance.dated 18 october 2019 Time 5: 25pm Very Bad receptionist on the phone, i think she needs mental treatment that how to speak to the customers. She was very rude and doesn't know how to speak.

I had a checkup and cleaning done here. I had called before to request a male dentist, that never happened. Before going here the same checkup and cleaning was priced at $200~ by another dental office. They charged over $400! I will not be returning here even if I have insurance coverage.

I can not say enough how thankful I am for all the staff here. Each one of them were so friendly, caring and incredibly thorough and detailed during my checkup and cleaning. A very comfortable, stress-free experience. This is the place to go to if looking for a dental office.

I've changed my review rating. I haven't felt confident in my dental care by this office since last review. The hygienist is wonderful! However, since dentist "fixed" a filling, and filling another, my teeth have hurt since. It was never that way before my lifelong dentist retired. Its been nerve wracking.
