Love this place my daughter has been coming since age of two she’s now 7, staff are incredibly friendly there’s a tv above her to watch what she wants they provide change for prizes after in there machines. There’s even a play structure who new going to the dentist could be so much fun!

SmileSquad is a fantastic place with knowledgeable staff. We love the place. Everything is on time, dental hygienists and dentists are very well trained to work with little ones.

Had our first appointment for my two toddlers 21 months and 3.5 yrs old and it was great! The TV screens on the ceiling are a fantastic idea and distraction as well as all the little treats and goodies. The appointment was quick and efficient and has made it so easy to get my kids to be pro dentist visits.

Absolutely fabulous dentist for kids! Cannot recommend enough. TV on the ceiling for your kids while they get their cleaning. Welcome back sign on the chair when they arrive, play space, and toy machines with toys at the end of every visit!

Fantastic staff and so kid friendly! My son had a very bad experience with his last dentist and was scarred from the experience. The staff here are calm and patient and walk the child though each and every step, getting their buy-in and approval.
Add the ceiling mounted TVs, kid friendly choices of toothpaste, floss and gas, "gumball" machines filled with rubber balls, rings, and stickers.they cured my sons hatred for the dentist and he told me he never wants to go to another dentist.

My son enjoyed so much the 2 visits, all dentists and assistants are very professional and loving with the kids. Even the front desk crew are just loving and caring! I really recommend Smile Squad kids Dental to everyone!

I was in the middle of my work but I ran to come to office to find out they were behind schedule for 50 min.they should have let me know so I don’t have to skip my meeting only to come sit and wait… Other than that the service was great and the dentist is proficient. That is our place we go all the time for all pediatric dental needs.
Two stars down for the lateness. I understand they can sometimes be behind schedule, but I hope they can at least let me know a bit in advance so I can prepare accordingly.

My daughter had her first filing done today and it could not have been a better experience. Dr. Rubin and Grace were incredible. To make a scary and nerve-wracking experience FUN is a real feat. Also, shout out to the front desk staff who are just the nicest!

Great staff and experience for kids.
I think it is slightly more expensive than a regular dentist, but they seem to make the experience a great one.
We have gone here 4 times now- last time was this morning and the receptionist Sara, and hygienist Mercedes, worked to accommodate us even though we were almost 25min late due to traffic. I am very thankful and glad they were very polite and understanding. Honestly these days, it's harder and harder to find really good customer care, or businesses that understand patients and customers' circumstances. Thank you.

The staff at Smile Squad were extremely kind, patient, and addressed my 2.5 year old daughter directly - explaining what they needed to do and why. Her visit was a memorable one as she was showered with stickers, prizes, and a princess toothbrush that she got to pick herself! The office is bright and colourful.the personalized welcome sign was a nice touch:)

Great looking clinic and lovely team.
Took my 23 month old for her first dentist appointment and it went really well.

Only thing I would say was very annoying is that the appointment was delayed by about 30 mins which made me late for work. So don’t expect to be seen on time.

We had a wonderful experience at Smile Squad for my daughter’s first checkup. The staff members were amazing and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and excited about the visit every step of the way. She asked if she could go to the dentist again the following morning:) The prices were a little higher than we’re used to at the grown up dentist but we felt it was well worth it to have her enjoy the visit. We’ll definitely continue going there with our kids.

My kid loves everything about this office, the incredibly friendly and personable staff (and dentist!), the kid friendly decor, TVs for watching cartoons mounted properly for watching while lying down.all good!

Amazing experience. Clean office and they put cocomelon on for my 2 year old. Dr Nash and his assistant were very patient with my squirmy crying toddler!

I’ve discovered this place by passing by it every time we drove to North York and it’s actually such a great spot for kids dental clinic if you’re looking for one. Staff are always friendly and they have a cute waiting area for kids to play around where they can play and interact with our kids while waiting for their appointments but right now because of COVID-19 they’ve temporarily closed it which is understandable. I also like how the place has such a friendly environment for children. The hygienists are nice and knowledgeable. The dentist is very sweet and patient with kids which is important for me and for most parents I believe. They make sure that your child/ren gets the best course of treatment. So overall I highly recommend.

I had great anxiety coming to the dentist because my 3 week old was both tongue and lip tied, and we were referred by a paediatrician. Dr Lori was wonderful, gentle with my daughter and explained everything very well. Jenn the hygienist was lovely and so kind. I would certainly come back with my daughter as I felt safe there.

A wonderful place that makes kids comfortable and creates a fun experience. Both my girls always have a great time since the first visit. Love this place!

It was my 16m old baby boy's 1st ever dental appointment. And it was bliss! There was a little welcome note addressing to him. The doctor and the oral hygienist ensured not to freak out my bub. There was television positioned at the ceiling but we hadn't introduced such practices to my child so instead we had nursery rhymes played and a toy in his hands. Baby was let to touch the dental tools before they used it in order to keep him calm. It was a 0 tear experience and I highly recommend Smile Squad for all kids:)

Great experience. The team is very welcoming ad work efficiently. Could do dental cleaning for 2 and check up plus radiographic scanning. Everyone is great with kids.

I took my (almost) 2.5 year old daughter for her first visit at Smile Squad. From start to finish she was treated like she was their only patient and their best patient! Her hygienist walked me through everything she was doing and of course did the same with my daughter. Showing her each instrument and letting her touch and see what was going on. Having Coco Melon up on the TV was obviously a big plus too! They did a fantastic job and really know how to make the child feel comfortable and safe especially in such a different environment. At the end, my daughter got to pick a new toothbrush and a toy to take home from the little bin. She was so excited that in the car ride home she asked if she could go back again! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I was so thrilled with the whole process. The staff, Dentist, hygienist and crew were absolutely amazing! I also loved that you could text when you arrived and they would text you back when you could come in to limit the exposure to other kids. Huge plus! Thank you, Smile Squad! We'll see you in 6 months!

The staff were amazing. I believe one of the receptionist's name was Heidi. She was very welcoming and attentive. Great with my daughter.she made sure to update us on status/doctors timing etc.all smiles at smile squad!

This is an amazing pediatric dental clinic. My son is autistic and Dr Sabrina and Jennifer her assistant have always been incredible with him. Sweet, kind, never rushing or coercing, your kid will feel confortable and very well attended

I mean, what can I say apart from it being the best dental clinic for kids! Even now during COVID-19, they are very consistent with their service. The clinic is very clean and organized. My daughter loves going for her dental visits since we've had her first time back in June 2018. She gets easily scared with things she's not familiar with (dentist's tools, i.e. Scaler) and it's been a while since we've had her last check-up but today we showed up all prepped up and ready without a fuss. They make sure the kids know what's going on and explains things very nicely. My now 4-yr old loves everyone in here from the hygienists, receptionists and Dr. Lori. Plus, they get to have toys/stickers after their visit! Everyone in the team is very accommodating and friendly!

I have a 3 year old that struggles with Dr.and dentist appointments but the service we get here is AMAZING. We have been a few times now and I am impressed every single time. Thank you to an absolutely amazing team.

The whole staff is fantastic. Our hygienist (Mercedes) was lovely and very knowledgeable. Dr. Monica was amazing as well.
My 6 year old daughter wants to go back to dentist tomorrow morning!:)
