Would highly recommend for any of your children's dental needs, The front staff were amazing and were so helpful at answering all my questions and putting me at ease. Wish there was a Smile Town Guelph when I was a kid!

Do not use this dental office if you are covered under healthy smiles. They have no idea what they are doing and will make sure you pay over and above based on their regular private insurance rates even though they aren't supposed to charge you extra under healthy smiles.and they'll insult you while they're at it. We were on the same page during the consultation and then BAM! After the work was done everything changed. A shame because the dentist does good work.

They changed their name to Smile Town only to deliver the same bad service. Please don't come here, they will rip you off. It's okay to drive somewhere else or outside of Guelph. It doesn't take a lot of time to get trustworthy people.

My son had to have a second dental surgery due to a failed dental surgery the first time, I called smile town and they managed to get him in the next day for surgery! The staff and the dentist Derek is amazing! I can’t even put into words how great they are here! The atmosphere is so comforting. Everything was Explained step by step before the surgery after the surgery, was told to call if any concerns any question, there is no silly question. I would 100% recommend smile town for your children. This was the Guelph location!:)

There are nice teams, doctor and nurses. I am verey happy for my children because they got a lot of attention and got rid of their toothache.

Dr Derek and his team are great and very professional. My 4 year old had his treatment under deep sedation. I was very nervous anout the whole procedure but Dr Derek explained it all very well and followed up in the evening.

This was the best experience that my child had at a dental office! He had major dental anxiety but when we took him here the staff were so good with him. They let him feel the tools so he knew they weren't scary at all! I would take your children here!

We had nothing but problems with management and front desk. The front desk pressured me into a conscious sedation because I would have to pay for a missed visit if my child wasn't able to continue through the work. Then after agreeing, I was told Healthy Smiles doesn't cover anesthesia so I would be charged. Now dealing with my other child being referred to their "Sister Office" I'm told Healthy Smiles does cover anesthesia. I call Smile Town and learn they used a different code that Healthy Smiles doesn't cover and the manager says it was my responsibility to look into all my options. It should be their responsibility to inform parents anesthesia is covered by Healthy Smiles but they use different options that aren't covered. Overall the dentist was great with my child and explaining the best options for my son and have nothing but excellent things to say with their work. Unfortunately, due to poor management and lack of regard to helping parents with financial restrictions, I would not recommend Smile Town to anyone who is unable to pay the extra fees they tack on to your bill without proper consultation.

Dr. Johnathan Campbell feels threatened by empowered women and he did not take any of my concerns into consideration, he was working on his agenda only and rather than providing options for the patient he said it was his way or the highway and would not help my 2 year old son if I didn't agree to doing everything the way he wanted it done. He bullied me into his beliefs despite my sons medical conditions preventing him not being a suitable canidate for the specific procedures the doctor demanded I went through. That being said I took my money elsewhere where they provided proper treatment for my sons medical conditions and were treated very kindly with respect at Bolton Kids Dental. Also, Smile town is not child friendly in the least, they made me feel as if I was a unfit parent unable to tame a rabid animal.

Friendly staff, well organized, and ready to answer all your inquiries. Dr. Derek answered all our questions, and my son had a lovely conversation with him and the nurse.
I appreciate having this place here in Guelph.
Highly recommended.

Staff here are super friendly and were very on top of keeping us updated with everything happening.my son's teeth were hurting for a week or so and they were able to get us in super fast and take great care of him

Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Derek for doing awesome dental work and taking amazing care of our daughter. The whole team was very kind and patient especially with us the parents who had a lot of concerns; they made us feel very comfortable and were very transparent with the whole process.

I have been to them three times now and every time I go they are great dr derek knows what he is doing and has amazing bedside manners and he also follows up later in the day and the nurses are amazing too and same with the secretary
