Smithfield Park

Decent skatepark, it's too bad the surface wasn't concrete, the asphalt has eroded or chipped away at the bottoms of the ramps causing a bump or opportunity for new skaters to get hung up on. Otherwise it's a nice park. The mini ramp is awesome, made of steel, which is nice and smooth, giving you a nice ride.

Nice to see kids around. Would advice parents to teach technique to catch a ball before making them practice a lot for the same. Refreshed a bit after a long long time. Can’t wait to come back with my daughter once she come here eventually.

On hot nights during the summer, Smithfield Pool has been known to also offer midnight swims.

Great place to spend time with your friends and play different sports. It has Cricket ground, Baseball ground, Basketball court and also Skateboard and Cycling area.

It is a great place for kids to play and also a nice comfy place for senior citizens to sit n enjoy.

Very nice park it has basketball grounds, sketching and cricket ground and kids playing park big and clean park. Walking tracks for parent while their kids playing in park. No water and restroom facilities. Boundaries covered by main road so kids are safe.

I’m reviewing the skatepark. It just got renovated which is great because the obstacles are much easier for beginner skaters. It was pretty dirty when I arrived there was glass around some of the ramps. I personally went around picked up some of the trash because it was pretty rough. There is trash and recycling bins right beside the park.

Overall it’s a dope little skatepark and definitely worth visiting if you are getting into skating! It’s made out of a type of sheet metal (I thought it was a type of wood, lol) There is a mini ramp that is good for beginners as well!

Edit: don’t go to the park around 12pm on weekdays, that’s when the school has recess and the skatepark will be filled with about 30 kids running in front of you as you skate.good luck if you do, lol.

Been the same for a couple of years I think they could change it a bit and add new stuff, still very funny for the kids

It's got great facilities and could be a very good park, but it's pretty dirty. Alot of bottles and cigarette buds, it needs a little TLC. Otherwise it's not bad

Lovely place to go for walks and playing sports. Basketball court and ground for cricket is available. #lovelynaturalviews whether its winter or summer you will love the view.

Decent sized park and with all the new additions that are being built like the new skateboard park, fitness area, ball hockey court, basketball court, seating area, paths, etc only good things can be expected. The only thing it lacks are more waste bins on the sides of the park and lights along the main pathway
