It was an absolute pleasure purchasing my first car at the Smiths Falls Kia. Right from the start it was exceptionally professional, and well organized. Brandon was amazing answering every question I had over the course of a week. Lastly, Peter helped top the experience off as he is a very kind man who’s only trying to get the best for you!

Smith Falls Kia made me consider moving to Smith Falls because of the incredible quality assistance I received (something you don't often find in bigger cities)! How kind, professional and caring their service department was when my engine blew this summer. It was heartwarming. I found the service department in this KIA dealership a refreshing change when compared with other service departments I have dealt with. The service department's top priority was to provide a good experience to their customers while doing exactly what was necessary to service the vehicle in question. Smith's Falls Kia will definitely be my go to dealership going forward.

What a phenomenal service, my car broke down on my way to Ottawa. Dropped off at Kia in Smith Falls and the level of service and communication was above exceptional, they kept me posted at all time on the status and progress of my car repair.
Thank you so much to the entire team and especially Devin and Dillon in the service department.

Absolutely excellent customer service and mechanical repairs. I'm from out of town and they had my car in and diagnosed within an hour and even got me a rental car so I could get home! Then the parts weren't supposed to be in until monday but they came early and the mechanic came in on his day off to make sure that my car was fixed before the holiday. They made what could have been a very stressful situation so easy and were very accommodating for myself and my 5 month old son. I can not recommend them highly enough!

My daughter received a phone call this week from their salesman who stated that a 2023 Kia carnival had just arrived but the party that ordered it had changed their minds and that because she was “next on their list”, she could purchase it. She was so excited that she packed up her 2 month old son, 4 and 6 year old daughters and immediately drove to the dealership. This being her first car negotiation, with a fussy baby in her arms and stressed about her youngsters, she agreed to $8,000 worth of extra warranties and protections but asked to have the draft quote emailed to her so she could review in peace at home. When she returned a few hours later to finalize the contract with her husband, he asked that the extras be removed, whereupon the manager became surly and agitated. As the dealership was about to close, they left with the clear understanding that my daughter would return at opening the next morning with a bank draft for the van and signing. When she called to confirm, the manager told her the car had been sold overnight! She was devastated and hung up. Her husband (a very calm individual) then called for an explanation and Mr Townsend hung up on him. Needless to say, my daughter feels exploited and betrayed.
We later learned from another dealership that because demand is exceptionally high, Kia Canada requires that for any vehicle coming into the country, confirmation from each dealership must be provided that the party that ordered it intends to purchase it. If not, the vehicle must be returned to Kia Canada for distribution or the errant dealership will be penalized. Hmmm… what to do…? !

I had the BEST experience with Mike and Peter. My drive from Ottawa was worth it as they are both down to earth, easy going and made my buying experience exceptional. You will legitimately not meet kinder folks who genuinely want to help you find a vehicle. They will go above and beyond to make your car buying dreams come true. You won't regret making the drive out there. Especially with the supply chain issues and vehicle shortages, the guys at Smiths Falls KIA are sympathetic and will do their best - I'm so happy with the service. Peter and the guys are topnotch.

Mike in sales is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Peter arranged the financing, licensing and was in contact with my insurance provider.
The new car was detailed and ready to pickup as promised. Overall it was a very seamless transaction. I would recommend this dealership if you are wanting great friendly and knowledgeable service.

A part on my car was recalled and began to malfunction before my scheduled maintenance. Called in to KIA SF, spoke with the staff, and they were fully booked. I was going to have to rent a car for a week and was really concerned about this.
About half an hour later I got a call from the service department, there had been a cancellation and they called me in. The car was taken care of within an hour and we were back on the road fully serviced. Really appreciate how they pivoted to help us save the cost of a rental, and fix our car at the same time. Would highly recommend

Mike and Peter were great to work with in acquiring a newer vehicle in a very short time period. As my own car had quit, and I lived out of town, every effort was made, at KIA, Smiths Falls, to get me into a newer vehicle and back on the road. I love my new vehicle, and appreciated their help and, of course, their great sense of humour.

My daughter bought her first car here. We drove over 4 hours to get it because there was NOTHING else available in Ontario in her price range. Mike and Peter are fantastic and Peter was very informative in telling my daughter about financing, offering suggestions and general information.
Staff followed COVID protocols which is important to us.
Thank you again Peter and Mike for making what was a stressful experience, very positive at the end.
It was a long drive home but her new car handled great

I wasn't told beforehand that I was expected to leave my vehicle all day. I live in Perth so what was I was supposed to do? I walked to Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc and return but that didn't take up the whole day. I sat in the waiting area for a while and fortunately I was finally offered a drive to Perth and pickup when the detailing was finished.

Other than that major problem (!) I was very satisfied with the detailing.

I just had a car accident with my car for the first time and recently widowed, Peter Towsend and Mike from sales helped me out so much with the insurance company and car buying, I am not one for words but I can't say enough about Peter and Mike thank you thank you.

I've bought my last 4 vehicles here with regular maintenance being done here. Staff are friendly, professional & attentive. I have never had an issue with any of my vehicles, trading each on my upgrades. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This KIA dealership has to be one if not the best I have been too. The service and parts department is amazing to deal with they are not out to get you they are honest and I hope they know how much I appreciate how they helped me with my car

Christmas 2018 i was ask by my mom to have her car looked at because it makes a funny noise when you turn the wheel.i took the car to Kia in Smiths Falls where she bought the car.they looked at it and said the frame is rusted through and there is no warranty that covers that.i took the car home like they said and never to drive it again.on further investigating, mom had bought the premium rust protection plan for her beloved car the day she bought it new.right in bold black and white it states this rust protection is good for as long as the original owner of the car. This was all working good but the A frame on the front of the car was rotted completely away.and her warranty said the frames and cross members and seams and all rust is covered.
The thing that breaks my heart is they came and picked up the car with a kid driving the car back to the Kia.they did not even tow it? If car was that bad why not tow it?
Kia stated that the people who make the electronic rust box, their warranty is only ten years. But the purchase contract says the life of the car with the original owner.
Kia said they will fix the car for about 2000.00 and they did.but the bill was 2500.00
But the bigger picture is that Kia is putting these same systems in their cars still to this day and they still do not say warranty only good for ten years.
This is Kia's fault for not reading their own contracts and owning up to the mistake. They should give my mother back her money they stole from her as if she was with out any warranty at all.
My Mom is over 80 years old lives on a fixed income and needs her car for Medical appointments and paying her bills and getting grocery's.
My Mom worked and lives in Smiths Falls for many years.
I spoke to a very nice woman manager at Kia the day after the car was inspected and told her my Mom needs her car as it is Christmas time. A show of human kindness would go a long way, to making my Mom feel good. But no, they stole her car and drove it away with out leaving a courtesy car to use while they found out a way to Scrooge my Mom out of 2500.00.for their lawyers mistake on the oversite on warranty they gave in writing and signed back 12 years ago.
My first car deal, the sales men said if it was not written down on paper it didn't happen.well it is written down on paper and signed and it still means nothing.
Kia, i hope your proud of your self for screwing another Senior citizen Woman Customer out of her hard earned cash.
Mom, i am so sorry i could not fix this problem for you before i had to fly back west for work.
You all ways could fix my problems sorry for letting you down.
I am hoping the Kia Dealership in Smiths Falls Ontario will do the right thing and give you your money back, stand by the original purchase contract warranty, and apologize for treating you like just another line on the Kia ledger / balance sheet. I hope they will see you as a human that needs compassion, not a $$$$$ value.

Brought in my car the other day for a maintenance check. The staff was friendly and patient with me and listened to any concerns I had about my car. They explained everything to me and to my surprise the fix was covered under warranty. Great service and Great Performance. 5 stars!

I was shopping for a new car, and when I went to Smiths Falls Kia, I knew I was in the right place. They have very affordable vehicles that run and look great. I found the staff was very helpful not at all pushy, like you find at some dealerships. The staff was also very knowledgeable about all of their inventory and able to answer any questions I had. Left with a new Kia that looks sleek, runs perfect at an affordable price!
