I brought my bike in for a gear tune-up, Steve was very Friendly and knowledgeable about bicycles. We traced down the problem that my bike had the wrong derailleur on it. Went home ordered a derailleur and installed + aligned It myself, and Steve didn’t charge me for his work! Definitely coming back for any bike related problem

In previous years, I have been a customer at bicycle shops from Burlington to St. Catharines, but never found one I was inclined to return to. I found Smithville Cycle online and decided to make the trip from Grimsby to Smithville to get my bike in a reliable state. I was happy to find small town friendly atmosphere along with professional affordable repair.
In two days I had my mountain bike back with a new crank bearing set installed, tuned up and performing like a new bike.
