Smoke's Poutinerie Oshawa

The poutine was disgusting: (the quanitiy was too low and it was 18 for veg poutine not even chicken I had to go to another place to eat smth afterwards even I finished my food here

I definitely spent some late nights in Oshawa ending up here. Always great service despite the time and great poutines.

The fries are okay when well done, gravy could be better. Thankfully, it's cheese curds.tiny location, difficult to get-into with a stroller, so I'd imagine a wheelchair as well. Staff are nice, prices are a little high for a small-naked fries. $7? It's a potato.

Food tasted horrible. Seems like they gave old food sitting outside. The popcorn chicken had gone bad.

Customer Service (girl cashier) was great, but I did see two guys just standing and talking in the back. May have been the owner/franchisee. Either way, they could have taken the time to help the girl out with the till so that the customers didn't have to wait as long - from a customer's perspective, it's always frustrating to be waiting while seeing people available in the kitchen. Gravy was good, but the fries themselves were soggy and the toppings were ok at best.

I gotta say a poutine shouldn't cost $26. On top of that, the box leaked out in my friends brand new Cadillac. I will say the food was good but I won't be going back there again. $26 bucks people.

Good over the top poutines. Wonderfully over the top portion sizes (be sure to confirm sizes before ordering. Look for local only poutines only available at this location (any with “Shwa” in the name)

I try the regular poutine to know if they nail it like in Québec. Well it's a big YES! They taste exactly the same! Sooo delish! Perfect recipe of sauce and incredible fries. Next time I want to try tater tots!

I have been to this establishment 4 times now. First time a girl served us. Very polite and friendly. Next 3 times we were there, it was a larger man behind the counter. Rolling his eyes while taking our order. Very cold and rude attitude. Friday October 14th 2022 is the last day ordering from this establishment! Good luck!

Went in tonight and there was a guy with some tatts and a bit of a taller fella, really good at making these boxes of poutine and it was super tasty! Could drink this gravy.seriously on another level

If I knew the cheese would be chunky and not melted I wouldn't have came.

Picked up with lukewarm gravy. Drove 10min to hotel and had to heat it up again. Fries didn't taste fresh.

No napkins provided! Just the poutine and one fork. Try eating that on the go.

No! Disgusting salty slop instead of gravy! Mushy fries! Yuck it was stupid expensive too! New York Fries is way way better

Worst experience lastnight, I will NEVER be returning. I used to love this place. It was the only place I knew that I could get a poutine since I'm vegetarian and don't eat beef gravy. Lastnight I ordered a traditional veggie and it came with a decent sized piece of bacon in it. Completely unacceptable in my mind. Thanks for making me sick Smoke's

Great choices of different poutines, big servings, fast friendly service. Love how they now deliver and service is very fast for delivery also. Highly recommended

Excellent poutine. Large selection of flavors not just your standard gravy. Very well mannered staff and a large selection of toppings.

My wife got fresh fries for her poutine only because the kid behind the counter put the wrong gravy on her poutine, while I got the old stale cold fries. When I questioned him about it he assured me the fries were "still fresh". What a disappointment, when your whole menu revolves around french fries you would think all orders are made fresh. Shouldn't expect anything less from an Oshawa business.

Delivery was prompt, food is delicious as always, and the portions are filling. I even got a handwritten note about my order. Thank you!
