Visitor from our of town, the power socket on our laptop had died. Snappy Tech offered to have a look and see if they had the part. 15 minutes later the issue had been diagnosed. They didn't have the part so refused to charge me. Really wonderful person to chat with.

I've had an excellent time receiving their help! When my laptop hindge needed replacement they were clear and punctual about my repairs. They kept clear communication with me and had my laptop ready when promised. Even when my SD card in my phone was acting up I was able to sit down personally with them to figure out the issue. If I have any more tech troubles I will be returning here.

My cat spilt about a liter of water directly onto my 2022 MacBook pro.apple told me $1600 to fix it (the price of a new computer). Another shop told me ~$1200.snappy techs fixed it for less than $800.everything works great and all my data was restored.great costumer service too! I went to this place to get my screen replaced on the 6th of February. The technician looked at my screen and told me that I needed to replace it to fix the crack. He told me that the price would be 700$ for that service and I agreed to give them my computer. I picked up my computer on the 11th of February and was satisfied with the service. However, on the morning of the 14th, I opened my computer, 3 days after it was "supposed to be fixed" and.there was a crack on a different spot (the far left side of my screen was completely black). Being told that I had a warranty on my computer, the technician just completely blame the crack on me and said they couldn't do anything to fix it. After coming out of the store clearly angry, the owner called to try to fix it by telling me I had to pay an extra 400.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!

I took my gaming laptop in for a cleaning as it was over heating and running slow. Charles cleaned it out and showed the before and after photos. The machine is running great now. 100% would return for the prompt and effevtive service.

HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE.

Cracked screen - after the "repairs" the screen was still cracked and even worse than before, at a different spot, taking up more screen surface. Called to get more information and was told that it was impossible that it was their fault because they've been in business for so long and would not make such a mistake. To make matters worse, was told that despite paying 700$ initially, which included a $200 six-month warranty, they offered no solution other than suggesting they replace the screen again for an additional $400.

Just to repeat: this company is trying to charge $1,100 for a faulty screen, which they are trying to blame on the client. This is almost equivalent to the price of a new MacBook. Incredibly disappointed in this service.

Repaired a complicated issue with my motherboard with a free diagnosis and at about 30% cheaper than competitors. Another company wanted to charge me the same just to back up my data without fixing my computer. Now my computer can probably serve for another year or two before I upgrade. They were skilled enough to replace individual components of my motherboard to save me a lot of money.

Previously, we received great service from a gentleman who we believe to be the owner. We had our computer repaired by him and were so pleased with his service we intended to go back for all our repairs! However we went in today and received very different service. The young man working would barely touch our phone, saying that merely handling the phone to give us a quote would cost us 60$. We made it clear that we did not want him to fix anything for free, but that we did not even know exactly why our phone was not working, and that we would need assistance with understanding what exactly was wrong with the phone, before we could ask him to fix it. We asked when the manager would be in so that maybe he could help us instead, but he wouldn't give us a clear answer for that either. If you need a repair done to your phone, you can go to probably any other repair shop, for example The Mobile Klinik at Saint Laurent Centre, and have it assessed for free. In some cases, in a minute! So unfortunately, maybe try there instead:)

I had a problem with the keyboard of my laptop. They fixed it pretty much quickly and the cost was reasonable. I definitely recommend them and for sure, if I have any tech problem I'll return to see them. Very friendly staff!
