The insurance reps I dealt with at this office are great. I normally connected to Takudzwa when I called and if he's not able to fulfill my requests, he was fast to refer me to the right team member. Taku is very pleasant to deal with. He is always very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. I was able to get my questions answered promptly and completely satisfied with his assistances every time I talked to him. He is definitely an excellent employee to have in the team.
