I LOVE the Strawberry Waffles! And the black sesame Bingsoo with the rice cake it brings me back to when I was a kid I go here with my Husband and ever since our friend told me that the Strawberry Waffles was good, it became my favourite ever since I tried it! The owner and staffs are quite kind and friendly that I felt welcome all the time.

This place has a hidden 15 minute last call policy, no more orders 15 min prior to closing, not advertised. Why would you have an operation hours set when you follow different operation hrs? It takes around 5 min to make a dessert here.

Called to place an order at 11: 12PM on Sunday (18 min prior to close), staff deliberately do not pick up the phone and has the audacity to tell me their last order is 15 min in advance and refused order when we stepped in at 11: 18pm. This is poor business practice and bad customer experience.

Learn to treat your customer right.

It's been quite a while since I've been to Snow Time and enjoyed their delicious frozen bingsoo treats so I couldn't say no when a friend suggested meeting there after work.

I had the Mixed Fruits Bingsoo and she had the Black Sesame Bingsoo. Both looked deliciously great but the fruits were more than just a pop of colour. This was a really good treat!

Takes 20mins to make one small size shaved ice? If u are not expect to wait more than 30mins for ur food, don’t come here!

I’m not sure Id return here again. It wasn’t very welcoming and I’m not sure if it was a race thing? I walked in and they left the cash area for a while. Eventually they came back and I politely asked for something and with a very dull tone and expression they said they sold out, didn’t offer any suggestions or anything. We left but I always wondered if she just didn’t want to serve us. Either way if there had been better service she wouldn’t be leaving customers uncomfortable and doubtful.

The service I received was bad. The waiter seems doesn't want to serve us. No next time.

Ordered a small cup size injeolmi bingsu to go. I would’ve loved to dine in but the store had a strong foul odour as soon as I stepped in. Injeolmi was tasty but sparing as there was definitely a lot more red bean in comparison.

Came here for the first time with some friends, wanted to try out most of their menu but sadly they didn't have half of their menu instock.

So I opt for some of these deliciousness on their menu.a strawberry mango bingsu and sesame flavoured bingsu.

It is quite pricey. I ordered the blueberry soda and my friend ordered the mango soda. Both were delicious. The service was great. Next time, I will go during their tea time hours to pay a reasonable price.

Came here after dinner with a couple of friends, unfortunately their card machine wasn't working so they were only taking cash.

Though, it seemed like they did not have enough change in the register as one of my friends who had ordered first told us that the cashier had to use their own wallet to give them change. For the rest of us, our totals were each about $10.15 and when we tried paying with $15, they asked if we had exact change and ended up only charging $10. When we didn't have exact change the lady who was working at the time audibly sighed and seemed upset.

Overall, this is your typical Korean bingsoo/dessert café, prices are about the same as most other places in the area, though I think the bingsoos were a bit pricey compared to the portion size (in my opinion) but they still tasted good.

I have been to this place before with friends/family so I know the service is typically better, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 3.

Good quality was excellent and fair price.
Highly recommended if you’re in need of dessert in the area

Wow, I can say it is the best shaved ice dessert that I’ve ever tried in Toronto! Try mango and strawberry bingsoo!

The decor is sooooo cute! The waitress is sooooo nice! We asked if we could sit together with separate tables, she helped us so quickly and she was wearing her smile all the time. Service here is fast. Definitely will come back to enjoy their bingsoos! BTW, their strawberry soda drink is perfect for hot summer!

A friend recommended this place to me so I came and tried. One of the best bingsoos I’ve had with great service. Will definitely come back more often

Refuse to serve person with service animal. Violate the Ontario human right code and the law. Will never go again

Dessert is good but the customer service is very very rude. This was my fav place to go but not anymore. The girl taking our order was very rude. Not going back here again

Got Macha Red Bean shaved ice and the "large" size was disappointing as it was around $13 after tax. I wish there were more toppings, but the food and the place was nicely decorated. The service was also fast and furious like my Toyota Camry!

One thing I was disappointed by serving bowl. In korea normally it is served by a big pretty bowl in order to mix ingredients together. It was too messy.with the small container.it was yum needed little more more condensed milk inside but pretty okay

Great little hidden gem with a cute interior. The injeulmi bingsu was amazing - not overly sweet and just the right amount of soy powder to make it nutty and delicious. The service was speedy, and very friendly. Will return here to try more of their foods and desserts!

Nice staff and yummy deserts. The environment is nice but they just didn’t have water for some reason, neither to buy nor to get.

Ignore her customer, when we get in about 5mins, no one order for us, bad service ever. Never go there again.

The owner was extremely rude to us when we came in and did not know anything about customer service. She yells at us and other customers when we try to ask for help and she doesn’t seem to have the patience to assist her customers.

Great desert place. We ordered Bingsoos and we are amazed by the taste and the texture. Taste better and more interesting than icecream.

This is my go to place for Bingsu (shaved ice) the options are amazing but I always go for the mango they are amazing! The place is very cute, it's also clean, customer service is amazing. My only advise is if you are g we tting one with fruit, ask them before hand if it's sweet such as the mango, unless a slightly sour one is okay with you ️

We always get the Mango bingsu here. Love it! We tried the same in Markham too, but nothing tastes like the one Snow Time Scarborough sells

Mango bingsu was a bit sour for me (im weak with sour) but the shaved ice was great! Korean dessert place run by chinese

Even one star is too much here.
We asked extra cup for sharing.
Answer is no. When I asked even a Coffee cup,
Cashier said they have to charge for that and disappeared on site.
"Terrible" that's is what I can say.
Do not waste your money here people.

Poor service attitude, I understand it was late (15 minutes before close time), but why the cashier was so angry and aggressive. Plus, the sparkling juice was way too sweet to drink, I had to add more water when I got home so I can tolerated it. Won’t go there again.

We bought the lemon orange soda. There was probably about a quarter cup of soda and the rest was a huge wedge of lemon and a cup full of ice. Within 4 gulps, it was basically gone. On top of that it took 10 mins to prepare what tastes like regular lemonade soda. Definitely NOT recommended for this price. Probably only worth about $2.

So I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but honestly the customer service here is just terrible. If you want to see the face of a person that says I hate my life then you've found the right place. That aside it is tasty and they do make good bingsu so if you can look past the poor service then I suggest you give it a try.

They make a variety of delicious Bingsu. We’ve been here several times and have tried a few different ones and have never left disappointed!

Omgosh delicious every time! High key had the shaved ice here so many times I can't even keep count. I like their toppings and serving sizes. I also like that they layer the toppings between the ice and not just place it on top. The shaved ice is also super light, creamy, and smooth! Highly recommend! I also enjoy their pineapple soda, sweet and a bit tangy! So refreshing!

I just walked by and decided to try Snow Time. Didn’t realize they have bingsu here. I could have gotten that instead.
The menu on the wall doesn’t show up lots of options and I got the impression that they’re selling cake mostly.
However, drink is good. Bravo for such a smart cap for cheese foam. I’ll come back to try more

Bingsu here is actually pretty good. There's a young girl at the counter who seems to really hate her life. Speaks with attitude to all customers every single time. Not sure why she has a job in customer service but I find it a bit amusing so snow time has a repeat customer in me! Atrocious customer service = less stars but entertainment is priceless.hence the extra stars from me!

Ordered a mango bingsoo which was good and tasty but the customer service was really poor, the lady working was rude, didn’t even greet.

I always love this place. We live on the west side and travel just to get bingsoo. But today was different I ask my daughter to grab 6 bingsoo of few different flavors in large size to share with family and drop off to my sister. According to my daughter there is only one guy working so the preparation is a bit longer and to my surprise when we get home I saw our large order are only 3/4 on the cup which is unusual. We always have them full plus the toppings. I called my sister where we drop off for them and she said the same thing. I wish this did not rush the order and try to divide the ice ready available into 6. This is so disappointing and even the toppings is very small portion. I wish we got a picture but only until I saw mine and ask them about it.

Loved the bingsu got the chocolate banana so yummy and tried the mango just as good I made the mistake of trying the other place across the parking lot no where near as good and the lady tried to bash snow time I didn’t think that was very classy.if you love bingsu snow times the place for you.

If you’re looking for an ice cream don’t go here. It’s full of snow ice with syrup flavored. Pictures don’t tell the truth it’s only water ice with fruit at top of that. No ice cream inside that.

LOVE LOVE LOVE their fruit bingsoo. I would recommend strawberry and/or mango depending on the season. Lily is the best server and always so friendly and welcoming!

Really great ice cream/ shaved ice treats. The decor looks very appealing and is open concept. The ice cream was very good.
