Shockingly terrible customer service. I mailed an expensive item back with a gift receipt - they are telling me they can’t find it in their warehouse and that I am out of luck. How is this possible? What a joke of a company. The rest of my registry will be completed at Indigo.

Compared to all other Snuggle Bugz locations this one is the best one. They were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and are very friendly. Manager and staff were amazing.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Snuggle Bugz. Most of my registry was with them and I was able to make exchanges super easily. They also honoured lower pricing when an item I bought went on sale a day after I purchased it. Most recently, I visited their store to look at convertible car seats and Joelle was super helpful with taking us through options and dry fitting a couple in our car. Highly recommend buying baby gear here!

I visited Snuggle Bugz North York to purchase a travel stroller for an upcoming trip. I was also interested in a car seat and discussed the various options with Joelle and Ulzhan and was provided with very helpful information. Another positive shopping experience at Snuggle Bugz. I look forward to returning to purchase the car seat.

I came into the store to buy a slim car seat. The salesperson Joelle was very knowledgeable and patient. She tried three car seats in my car and gave me the positives and negative to their fit. I did not know that there was so many issues to think about. Thank you Joelle.

I came in looking for a stroller and car seat combo and am very pleased with my experience. I was confused and had no idea what to get, but the associate Iqrah made me feel very comfortable and guided me through everything. She was super helpful and friendly, I’ll definitely be coming back for more info on baby products because I’ll need it for sure.

I am very impressed with snugglebugz. Every time i have contacted customer service i get a response within 24 hours. The reps are usually quite enthusiastic and very helpful. The shipping is phenomenal i have gotten my last 2 orders within 2 days of placing the order, which has been so important as we had to prepare for a last minute trip to Alberta with our twins. Will forever shop at snugglebugz. Keep up the great work!

Long overdue: PS: This is my experience. But If you're thinking of working here. Don't. Youre paid too little for too much work, the managers are overbearring, there’s no structure so things are always all over the place, there's lots of drama, the customers are very entitled and there's really no support for employees.

Terrible in-store customer service, my worst experience yet. I think they think we are stupid and don't know what good customer service is supposed to be like. Head office customer service was just as bad! They switched up on me and told me "good luck", I have it recorded so I will definitely be getting into contact with the better business bureau.

Terrible experience. Restocking fees of 50% deducted from my full priced purchase. Myself as a customer was not made aware until the return was processed. Would never come back to any location from this experience.

Had a great experience at snugglebugz today! Amazing customer service. Joelle showed us the yoyo2, the bugaboo butterfly, and the Nuna trvl. She gave us all the pros and cons of each and also showed us the clek and Pipa lite infant car seat. It was sooooo helpful!

Wouldn't let me return brand new item. My relative lost the gift receipt, but the website states that they will take back item with lowest sale price in the last 6 months for store credit sooooo? Pretty disappointed. Hard to get around these days at 9 months pregnant. I didn't argue, returns should be easy. Wish they honoured their own policy. My family has purchased from this store a lot, will be telling them to go elsewhere.

Just went there to buy a stroller and a baby car seat. Sales agent Bianca helped a lot today. She showed us different strollers to choose from. And even sampled how to install in my vehicle. Thank you so much Bianca. I hope you continue to help more customers. Good job.

I drove almost an hour here to return a stroller I ordered online.

The lady at the counter told me the item is final sale. This was news to me because it was never stated on the website when I bought it. Apparently my wife and I must have both missed it - that's what the employee said.

Ok I walked out because they were about to close and called the head office customer service to verify and they told me categorically there was no final sale on this item. I can 100% return it.

So I'm guessing they didn't want to get stuck with a discontinuing model?

Either way, my one and only experience with this store was deeply unpleasant.

Excellent customer experience. I was clueless about the car seats, and they explained to us the pros and cons of different car seats. They are not trying to sell expensive stuff, but, stuff that you need and will use.

Had the best experience today at this location. We went in store to get a new convertible car seat and the staff answered all questions we had, explained all the different seats they had in store and after we narrowed it down to 2 options the sales associate offered to dry fit the seats to make sure we were choosing the best one that fits in our car. We left the the store purchasing a seat. The overall experience was great the whole team was friendly and helpful and made a stressful experience calming and made us feel great about the choice we made when it comes to our child’s safety. Will definitely be back and recommend to other friends.

My wife and I when to the north york location to pick up a car seat we wanted. We also decided to look at baby carriers since we were already there. For us being soon to be first time parents, we were looking for help putting them on and so on. We had other questions for different items like bottle cleaners, and more. Sheba was extremely helpful, patient and a great person to have as an employee. Thank you for the great experience.

Sales representative insulted my wife, told her she needs to learn how to be a mother!
After contacting the customer service, they just protected their worker and not willing to compensate for their behavior!

I needed a nose frida for my sick toddler and the level of customer service I received was fantastic! The employee went above and beyond her job to help me out and it was the best experience I’ve had at a snuggle bugz. I will be highly recommending this location to family and friends.

I’m not entirely sure the product I got came from this location or a warehouse but I made an online purchase and it was shipped the same day- it arrived at my door the following day. After having a terrible experience with different local shop and had to get my refund, I quickly inquired at Snugglebugz and got the item I wanted, placed the order, and it was the fastest shipping I’ve experienced for such a large purchase. Thank you! Their online customer service was also very helpful in answering some questions about other products as well.

I've had great service at this store. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This is the only company that knew what I had to purchase adapter wise for Valco Twin stroller to fit two car seats. I've been to several WestCoast locations with no one in the store knowing anything about the products they are selling. Myself and others I know that shop for baby items are in agreement that if SnuggleBugz carries what we are looking for, it will be our place of purchase over WestCoastKids.

Horrible and rude customer service. First they sell defective products and won’t take back for an exchange or store credit. What are we suppose to do then? The two employees (Maddy and Jenin) are super rude and have no customer service skills. Will be complaining to their head office as one of them were not even wearing their mask full time and had it under their chin the entire time.

Will never purchase from here again.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
I went there today (July 21 at approx. 3pm) with my family being excited as this was going to be our first time at snuggle bugs shopping for my baby. Upon our arrival we saw the store door half closed so we were wondering what’s going on. I stick my head in to the store and asked if we could come in. The associate (who unfortunately I did not get any names for) came to the door, stick her head out and with an extremely rude voice said that there is someone in the store and we are not allowed to come In. Then she shut the door hard on our faces. What kind of a customer service is this? I never went in the store after, will never return and will never recommend this store to any friends or family.

Took some time off work to pick up stuff we had on hold we called earlier about, and get a few more things, but the store is closed. No signs, no notice, no one answering the phone since arriving. Head office doesn't answer either. Email, fb, instagram customer service responses unsatisfactory. Drove a long way with my pregnant wife, now we both have to work late to make up all this wasted time. Congratulations, you got me to write my first negative review.

Jeannine and Maddy were extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They spent a lot of time to help inform us about all the kinds of strollers and really helped us make an informed decision. It was really a great experience! We would like to start our registry there thanks to this experience.

This store had a horrible vibe. The experience was not personable at all. All of the workers looked very miserable. Not one smile. The products they carry ARE nice but im all about customer service which was terrible. The assistance seemed to be very choosy where the employees only looked like they were willing to help specific customers. I ended up leaving and not buying anything just because I didnt feel comfortable at all. Should really consider hiring more friendly/customer centric staff

Had a only good experience here. Having a new born and not knowing what types of strollers, car seats, other products are available to choose from is stressful. Stopped by this store and the friendly staff took the time to quickly help us narrow down what we needed. They are informative and friendly. Great customer service!

I bought items online during covid 19- they totaled to $570 Plus paying extra for priority shipping. There was a defect in the item and they wouldn’t answer calls, check my items and have a very bad customer care service, whether their competitors Wes coast kids were amazing. Don’t shop with them.
