The ladies at the furniture store of this location have been so amazing in helping my husband and I find the right pieces we needed for our nursery. They were also incredibly accommodating and generous trying to get us the best deals! Highly recommend this team.

Came in to look at strollers. They had all the top quality brands and models I had read in “top stroller” blog posts stocked for hands-on assessment. Sales reps are beyond knowledgeable, patient, and proactive without being pushy. We left feeling confident in our preferred stroller to place on our registry.

In addition, store is well stocked with beautifully curated items. Many on the pricey side but it was great inspiration. We ended up walking home with a stuffed animal we know our little one will love.

Excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure I got the items I needed quickly.

Placed an order online for a crib and mattress only to be informed that the crib was out of stock and would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. As I needed the items urgently, I asked for the order to be canceled and expected that to be the end of it. Instead, customer service reps Marian and Aidan investigated which similar cribs were in stock, helped me place a fresh order, and ensured that the order was tagged to be processed immediately so I could pick up the items the following day. Could not ask for better assistance.

Usually shop online but I needed adapters for my older uppa baby asap so my husband came in to grab them. Horrible customer service from the ladies working. Acted like it was an inconvenience to help him with what one was needed and even checking out she sighed the whole time. I am purchasing a new uppa system this fall and will not be coming back to this store. Sad that customer service is so poor here. Not a cheap place to shop.

Ive recently had my first experience with a snuggle bugz baby registry (or snuggle bugz in general). I had gone to the Milton location twice and had really poor service - just terrible customer service, lack of care and assistance. I was ready to just get the rest of my items elsewhere, but figured Id try a different location first. I called Burlington and already felt the experience was better just over the phone. I went in today around 4: 30pm and had SUCH a great experience. I wanted to make sure I wrote a good review. I dont love writing bad reviews but I try to write good ones where they are due. I failed to get everyones name but I know I chatted with Olga the most who was amazingggggg, and truly everyone that was working there today was so friendly and helpful as well!

Thank you everyone at this location - Olga and the whole team. Yall were so kind to my and my mom. Thank you for guiding me and answering my millions of questions. Thank you for the exception customer service. I hope this team gets recognized by upper management - it's deserved! I'll definitely be back here!

Be warned when searching the Snuggle Bugz website - in stock items are shown by product only and not delineated by colour/ important features!

I went to the Billy Bishop location in Toronto today seeking a specific item in a specific colour (which I had selected on the website which, in turn, showed that this location had 3 in stock). When I arrived, I was told that, while the store did in fact have 3 of the product in stock, they were in random colours, none of which was the colour I had selected online. The salesperson who was assisting me shared that the management has been advised of this issue with the website, but nothing has been done in response. Now, yes, I would have been wise to call and double check before going to store, but I also expect that a store of this nature would catalog their stock more carefully.

Furthermore, I was the only customer in the store, with two salespeople free to serve customers at the time and another on the phone, yet no one seemed to care to assist with finding the specific item and colour at another location. I was basically told that I'd have to call around to ensure availability at another location. So, I turned around and took my $ elsewhere, purchasing the exact item I was looking for from another company.

Snuggle Bugz you need to improve! Especially in a large city like Toronto, where there are multiple specialty baby shops which are more than happy to serve customers, both online and in store, with care!

It’s been almost 2 complete weeks since I ordered and the order haven’t been ship yet. I’ve call after a week, they told me the order was packed and should ship soon and 4 business days later they haven’t ship. Also they sell pacifiers and “glow pale” at a higher price then other stores. I am still waiting…

This past weekend, my wife and I went to Snuggle Bugz - Burlington to order baby furniture and close out our registry. The team there was just terrific! They were all helpful but the team members we dealt with the most were Brooke, Olga, Cindy and Marion. These four are super knowledgeable and so supportive. Special shout out to Cindy - she really did go above and beyond helping us. Thank you!

Snuggle bugz is an amazing store for baby shopping. Excellent selection of great quality products. The employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things baby! I went in for one thing and came out with 5, I would definitely recommend this store for new parents or new grandparents!

There should be an option for zero stars.
Purchased two defective sleepers that were made for a doll not a baby. I have a medically Ill child that is small and I could not get his arms through the sleeves. They refused to return/exchange because I had removed the tags which I could not have put the baby in because they were bulky tags and the sleeper was very small. I don’t know anyone who tries baby clothes on. When it says size 6-9 you assume they are made properly and fit that age group. Terrible customer service and I will never shop with them again! Purchased the Diono 3RXT Luxe carseat last week. Asked for details regarding tracking my order and was given a lot of help via email customer service care. I was met with quick detailed responses. My product was going to be shipped once the new carseats stock was organized it would be shipped, they said.
Received product in perfect condition. Exactly 5 days from purchase. Very, very happy with this companies help and quick shipping.
My 8 month old is very comfortable as well in his brand new carseat. It's nice to get seating that fits his length well, as well as supports his head and neck when he does fall asleep.
Negative: the rear facing takes up almost all of the front seat passengers space. It was unfortunate. We did not however choose to order the angle adjustor pad that can help with this problem.

I’m about to have a new born in my house so my sister in law placed an order for pick up as a gift for me and paid for it online. She lives far away so she told me to go pick it up and I went today for pickup. When I showed them the id for pickup, they told me I cannot pick it up for her and that she has to come to the store to pick it up. They even went to the extent of saying that I’m committing a scam at which point I asked for the manager. The person told me she is the manager and I tried my best to explain the situation but she was not willing to listen to me at all. I’m the owner of several businesses myself and I was astonished the way a manager of such a huge store dealt with such a simple situation. Couple of my friends are about to have their first born soon but I will never recommend this store to anyone because of the terrible customer service I received today that also by the manager herself.
Hopefully they’ll make things better so that no one else has to go through an experience like I did today.

I made an online order and received the wrong product, I received a product similar to the one I ordered but one that's at a lower price point. I got charged the higher price and they gave me the lower price item. Not sure what their issue is if it's a packaging error or their website has the wrong item advertised but they are not responding back and correcting their mistake. They said they would get back to me shortly, a day has passed and no correction for their error.

I was searching for the BabyZen Yoyo2 stroller online (sold out almost everywhere) and fell on SnuggleBugz website. I live in Montreal and have never heard of this company. I decided to speak to a chat representative on the website to make sure that I would receive my package within 10 business days, even with free shipping. Not only was Sabine on the chat extremely polite and helpful, but I ended up receiving my package within 2 days! I will definitely shop on their website again, and visit their store next time I'm in Ontario. Highly recommend this company!

I have been to this location a few times and have called for product knowledge and the staff has always been incredibly helpful, honest and kind. The staff thoroughly explained the difference between the options for car seats and strollers. We went to browse through the cribs just to get an idea of what was out there and ended up choosing a crib, mattress and mattress protectors. The staff was passionate about their products and honest about what might not be a good fit based on our needs. Highly recommend if you’re looking to put together a baby registry or just have a positive shopping experience with exceptional customer service.

We went to Snuggle Bugz to look at creating our baby registry and we were so happy we did! The staff here are absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful when it comes to questions about their baby products.

We felt welcomed like family from the moment I stepped in. Unlike other baby stores that we had previously been to, the staff at Snuggle Bugz / Nestled went above and beyond. They took the time to answer all of our questions and jumped right in to show us all of the stroller options to help us pick the best fit for our growing family. They even took apart the stroller we were looking at just so we could see how all of the features work and what it would be like to add the car seat to it and how it folded up!

If you are a first time mom and nervous about what to buy and what might work best for you, I would highly recommend coming here. They definitely helped make me feel comfortable with my choices and I look forward to shopping here for years to come!

Total waste of time. Went there to buy a stroller. The price on the floor model did not match the online retail price. Then I picked out the model and color I wanted and the sales associate confirmed the price and that they had several in stock at their warehouse. After price matching and believing they had the best price I went back to purchase the stroller, brought my carseat with me, confirmed my carseat would fit with the universal adapter and again the sales associate confirmed the price, color and that they had 5 in stock at their warehouse and shipping would be 2-3 days. Went to actually pay and purchase the stroller and all of a sudden they don't have that one in stock but the same model and color you wanted is now and extra $170 plus tax. Complete waste or my time. Will purchased my stroller elsewhere and have removed all items from Snuggle Bugz from my baby registry.

We’ve been to this location a few times and this is the best Snuggle Bugz location we have ever been to. The staff are all friendly and very helpful and this includes Nestled, the baby furniture at the back of the store. We would highly recommend this location and they also price match if you find a better price.

Visited Snuggle Bugz Burlington today with my husband in hopes to get some last minute items before baby comes. I was greeted as if I was family the moment I walked in the door. After a few moments of shopping around we were asked if we needed any help by a staff member by the name of Alicia, she was joyful and so kind. Before she proceeded to help us in the strollers she had asked us if we would like her to put on a mask while helping us due to the new no masking rules, I thought that was a very kind and thoughtful thing of her to ask making us her number 1 priority at the time. Our experience at the store today was above and beyond. We cannot wait to bring our new bundle of joy into the store in the future. We are very thankful for the service we received today. Thank you

I visited the store last week and was “helped” by a girl who stated she was an assistant manager who looked like she just rolled out of bed, didn’t brush her hair or even plan out her outfit. She had long ratty blondish hair.and looked very unprofessional for a staff member. Not only did she not look professional for a job, her attitude was nasty.one question I asked she jokingly said “I don’t get paid enough to know that”. She didn’t have any care for what my needs were. I had lots of questions about my purchase and she didn’t care to answer them, as she just kept saying “okay”. Eventually I told her I was just going to look around. I then was approached by another friendly staff member who spent the time to explain details of the strollers and do some demos with me. I ended up purchasing the Vista after the lengthy explanation from your other friendly staff.

The fact that there is still discrimination happening at stores is absolutely disgusting! Regardless if it's happening at store level or the bosses above it shouldn't happen and I will not give my money to stores that don't treat people as human beings. Exemptions are real & true and definately should be recognized, whether you see it that way or not it's discrimination and no one should be okay with it - and it's not good enough to shift blame to the bosses, as employees you can do something about it. Anyways very very disappointing that segregation & discrimination is happening, but I will not be supporting a store that treats people like this, nor will I tell people to shop there either. Take your business elsewhere!

This is a very nice store! A 'shoporpium' for new grandma's. Lol. No really, the products are lovely, but tend to be pricey. Shopped a few times at Snuggle Bugz Sherway & Burlington. Burlington location is far better! It's bigger, with a greater selection of wonderful new baby items and the staff were super friendly each time I've been in. My only wish is that snuggle bugz had better sales!

My wife and I were conflicted in regards to a stroller we had purchased. Kate the manager walked us through the process and helped us pick out a stroller that fit our needs based on our lifestyle. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable on the products being offered. I look forward to shopping at snuggle bugz in the near future!

I had a wonderful experience at Snuggle Bugz in Burlington. Lindsay went above and beyond to assist me in locating a special item on the mom-to-be's wish list. It needed to come from the warehouse and she did everything she could to make sure I could purchase it before the baby shower. I learned she is the manager. Lindsay was so friendly and followed through on calling me with updates. The item came in one day before the shower so Thank you so much!

We witnessed and dangerous precedent that Snuggle Bugs today! The Store staff surrounded and threatened a person that chose not to wear the mask that the store insisted this pregnant woman wear, but she chose to wear her own. This was a very threatening display to this customer and was a violent display of the TRUE colours of this store! The Police were calby the customer! She should take SB to court!

I went to Snugglebugz on the weekend and had such an awesome experience. I was looking for a stroller and carseat. I had the privilege of receiving help from Catrina who was very knowledgeable when it came to all the models and makes. She was patient as we talked about hypothetical situations, and helped to guide us to picking out our own stroller!

I am a first time mom to be with zero knowledge on this stuff. It was such a positive experience and I was so happy when we left.

I received a Bob All-Terrain Pro stroller that was purchased from Snuggle Bugz online.

Upon opening the package, one of the rear wheels had a defective inner tube and would not inflate. I contacted Snuggle Bugz for help and was referred to contact Britax directly. Two weeks later I received the wrong replacement piece from Britax so I contacted Snuggle Bugz again for help as the stroller was not functional without the tire. Snuggle Bugz still would not provide support stating that claims had to go through Britax.

I find this incredibly frustrating and ridiculous. A simple solution would be for Snuggle Bugz to provide a new tire from either a floor model or from their rep to help their customer be able to use a product they sold. This stroller has never been used but was outside of the return policy as it had been purchased well in advance of me receiving it as a gift.

After a few weeks of trying to find a remedy through Britax/Snuggle Bugz we took the tire to a bicycle repair shop and paid out-of-pocket to have a new inner tube installed. It was inexpensive and easy to fix.

I am incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service provided on such an expensive product. I tried to use Snuggle Bugz for my entire registry as they are a Canadian small business but I will no longer support a company that does not support their consumers.

Worst e-commerce experience ever! Had to refill my shopping cart and retry checkout process 5 times to complete online order. Registry items were supposed to be shipped to registrant but instead shipped to my house. This retailer needs to invest in their online platform.

Great service! I went in to start gathering some information about what I'm going to need and I ended up buying a chair. Aiden (I think that was her name) helped me and she was lovely. She took me through the items I will need, showed me multiple versions, and why it was better to spend more on some and less on others. I felt like I had my own personal baby products tutor.

I have my list and I'm going to make my purchases through this location. I really wish that Aiden was on commission.

Management of staffing must have changed for the better because the older reviews do not reflect my experience at all. Shopping for a glider/rocker for my nursery without ever seeing/sitting in it is not an easy task, but Cindy made the virtual shopping experience a pleasure. Very happy with our experience there. We dealt with a wonderful young lady named Cindy who was a pleasure to deal with. She was very knowledgeable about all off the products and guided us through our purchase of the right crib and stroller for our needs. When we went back in she remembered us by name, which with the amount of people in and out of this store was a huge suprise. As such its a chain store with a mom and pop vibe. Highly recommend.

I was looking to purchase car seat online.
I searched and found all companies offering same price as Amazon, so I decided to support local businesses and ordered through Snugglebugz.
I contacted customer service and sales department after 10 business days to follow up with the status of order, they told me your package is with Fedex.
I followed up with Fedex they told me hour package is with shipper. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this back and forth follow ups, I contacted again yo cancel the order they told me it is car seat and final sale. Since I have not received the product I dont understand why it is final sale.
It would be my last time ordering something online with Snugglebugz. I prefer to order from Amazon and receive it next day.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is mostly based on how unpleasant my service was the last time I was there. I unfortunately had showed up a half hour before close due to work schedules and living in a different city but figured it was fine as all I needed was a quick refund as customer service had told me to go to the nearest retail store for it. The girls at the cashier desk were unwelcoming and rude making me feel extremely uncomfortable in the MINUTES I was there. If this happens again as I need to go back I will make sure to get names and report back to higher authority this time around. As a retail worker myself there are definitely customers who may get on your nerves but me being a customer I can assure you I am polite and would never treat someone disrespectfully nor make them feel uncomfortable as they did to me. There are many first time moms coming in and I’m sure would never be back as they’ve probably had bad experiences themselves.learn how to treat your customers respectfully ladies or find another job you may actually be happy at!

We've used snugle bugz a lot in the past as know the service is normally excellent and as this is our first baby we really appreciate the advice and knowledge of the staff. However today we went into this store for the first time to buy a new car seat. We had pretty much made up our minds which one we wanted and just wanted some more information before buying it. The service we received was terrible. The person who came to speak to us was disinterested and it seemed like she only approached because she had to. We left without purchasing anything and definitly won't be going back to this store.

Just went in this store to make a huge purchase. Staff were extremely rude and intimidating. I was holding my baby in my hands and they tried to force me to sanitize my hands like a bunch of dictating communists. I explained i sanitized my hands in my car and they insisted it is store policy to sanitize my hands with THEIR sanitizer and refused to let me do my shopping. Absolutely digusting! What now are they going to force me to show proof of vaccination before I can buy anything there? No thanks! I will take my business elsewhere!

No customer care, not professional, bought from them an Uppa stroller, not because they are cheaper because i thought support our local stores, I had to wait more than two weeks for it with lots of headaches and trips back and forth canceling personal plans and in this time nothing they could done, computers are down they keep saying as this is my problem they couldn't even give me my money back basically I was stuck with them and no one cared, it was the worst purchase the headache it gave me NEVER again
I don't recommended (They will say what ever to you so you can buy even false promises)

For such expensive items you think the customer service would be better. We had a very unpleasant lady assist us with a stroller. She was very short and expected us to know everything. I apologized to her as it is our first baby. Very awkward.

I was excited to come here cause I kept seeing Instagram hype but upon coming here I found the people who worked here were very snobby. I also realized the stuff is super expensive, 25.00 for a bowl lol, 50$ for a towel I found both items exactly the same at indigo kids down the street for less than 40$ they were both on sale. This store has such a small selection is honestly was boring to come there. I drove about 40 minutes and nothing is special. Don’t waste your time unless your bored and rich and have money to wipe yourself with.

I am so disappointed at the lack of customer service I have received from Snuggle Bugz - Canada's Baby Store. I purchased an Owlet smart monitor and after setting it up we were beyond disappointed with this product. The app crashes, you need to keep the app open on your phone at all times and it drains your battery very quickly. The audio is terrible and the video drops constantly. Ultimately this is not sufficient for our needs, particularly for a $500 product.

We asked to return this product for a refund, but were told we could not as Snugglebugz will not refund/exchange electronics. I was advised to go directly to Owlet. I took issue with this as well because I purchased from Snugglebugz, not Owlet, and as such Snugglebugz should be who I deal with to rectify any issues. Nonetheless, since they would not help, I went to Owlet and was told that since it had been over 45 days from purchase they would not help either. A 45 day "guarantee" on a baby product is ridiculous as most parents purchase well in advance of their baby's arrival. I went back to Snugglebugz and was told that they couldn't help as "they were only the third party seller". WHAT? ! If this is the case, what is the value of shopping at Snugglebugz vs the manufacturer directly? I had assumed it was for the customer service aspect, clearly I was wrong. I have asked to speak to a supervisor 3 separate times now, and have yet to receive a call back. I have also attempted to contact the president of the company, with no response. It has been over a month now. To boot, we had our registry with Snugglebugz, not to mention all of our nursery furniture was purchased there as well. If this how Snugglebugz treats their customers, I will never spend another cent in this store. These days, customers have a vast array of options of where and how to buy- customer service is what differentiates retailers. Huge fail here.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this location! The staff are amazing and so helpful. My husband and I started coming to Snuggle Bugz in Burlington when we were looking for furniture for the baby room. Cindy always treated us as if we were family. She was SO patient with us as we went several times as we wanted to make sure we picked the perfect chair and a crib set for our needs. We were even able to contact her via email if we had any questions and she was super quick to reply! We did our baby registry there as well and unlike other stores we had a staff walk around with us and really help us with our needs. I really enjoy coming to this location. We are from Milton and drive out of the way to shop here as it is a great experience!

The staff was friendly and so helpful. I had taken my stroller out of my to go to Costco yesterday and only had my babe in his car seat. Clearly, I was still going to shop still. One of the staff offered for me to borrow a stroller for the time I was in the store. That was so kind. That staff member also helped answer all of our questions about car seats. She was very kind and patient with us.

We've been helped by Ashley multiple times in this location and she is wonderful. Has made our experiences at SB very enjoyable and informative.

Consultative approach that is human and not in your face sales.

She has shown us that making the best decisions for us is what matters and has helped us pick the right products for what we need.

The product line is definitely on the better end vs.a traditional store - take a visit and walk around to really get a feel for what they have as well as what you want / need.
