This location is not the best to go to. The service is not good at all. The staff are not really helpful and they don't care about what you're looking for and they don't try to help you.
Also, for some reason, they are never able to find me in their system, but other locations are able to find me with my phone number.
Even though this location is the closest to me, I always prefer to go to the Burlingron one if I can.

Went to check out strollers and got amazing customer service from Deandra! She was so kind and explained everything in simple ways that as new parents was great! She went above and beyond and even showed us how to put the car seat in the car! Thank you, Deandra

Heather was very friendly and patient at answering all our queries about the travel system and baby crib. Overall our experience at Milton store was good and would recommend anyone looking for baby products.

Went in to return an item and pick up something else. Emily was super helpful showing me different products and helping me test them out. She was also great with expediting a request given the circumstances and I was out of there, return complete, product purchased, within the hour

Deandra from Snuggle Bugz helped us out so much today with finding a convertible car seat. She was candid with her feedback on each seat, and left us feeling really confident with our top pick.

Hoping I got her name right, just based on her name tag.but Neelam was a GEM! Super helpful, very knowledgeable and educated about the brands they carry. You can tell she was very passionate about her job. Neelam really sold me on a few products, she was amazing!

Had it not been for employee 886 (that's on our bill of sale/shipping invoice and don't remember her name unfortunately) I would have taken my business elsewhere.
We walked into the store past the registers and none of the 3 employees at the registers greeted us. We made our way to the back to see travel strollers and while clearly wanting to try them out still no one approached. I even walked up to the counter and not one of the 2 women now at the registers even looked up.
Employee 886 came out from the back room and was amazingly helpful. She showed us how to collapse the strollers more than once, had guidance on which would fit in overhead compartments on an Air Canada flight etc
I would have gone straight to buybuybaby if not for this employee. The service there is always great.

Horrible experience with a recent purchase of a car seat. Our first order was never delivered and had to be returned just to be reshipped. Received the car seat and unpacked it just to see that the car seat was manufactured in 2020 and expires in 2026. Realistically only allowing us 3 years of usage. Emailed customer service to be offered a refund of $65. Our purchase with car seat and stroller was over $1200, and we were offered $65? !? ! This is unacceptable and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never purchase another item from here ever again. What a disappointment in what’s supposed to be an exciting time.
