The staff here is very helpful! I came in looking for a stroller and car seat and Kelsey was amazing - answered all my questions and gave great advice and recommendations.

I came to this location to finalize my online registry. I received so much information and support from the entire staff, including a handwritten comparison breakdown of the strollers that I was considering from Kelsey who is incredible! The staff made me feel comfortable and excited after a rough first trimester and their knowledge was to be admired. I appreciated that a lot of the staff were mothers who gave honest reviews and opinions and helped me make the correct choices. I left the store feeling confident, excited and informed. Thank you ladies and a special thank you to Kelsey! I appreciate you!

I am really impressed by the level of service at Sunggle Bugz, the staff are fantastic and are patient with questions. They also were very nice to show and demonstrate the features of strollers and car seats. I bought a stroller for twins, with bassinets, stroller seats, car seats and more, they were helpful in every step of the way.
Last Saturday I went to the store for further assistance, and the store manager was extremely kind and helped me with a smile on her face. I think this explains why I love this store, manager and staff are all on the same level of customer satisfaction, not one employee has been less than amazing. Thank you all!

I don't know if these stores are franchises, but the service online and at the store is terrible. My wife and I purchased a car seat during their Black Friday sale online. Our order initially went through and then we were sent a cancellation email with no reason attached to it. I assumed they had no stock, so I went back online to check if there was stock in another colour or at one of their stores. There was stock showing at their Etobicoke store, so I ordered online for store pick up. The order went through and was cancelled again. My wife called the store and explained the situation. She was put on hold for 10 minutes just to be hung up on. We tried calling back and at this point, the phone went straight to an automated response saying the number isn't accepting calls anymore or something to those lines.

It's one thing to not have your site updated when you get busy, but everything comes down to customer service and communication. We ended up finding the car seat at Macklem. They even had an issue with the initial online order saying they ran out of the colour we ordered, but had another colour at their warehouse. It was an inconvenience when we went to pick it up, but at least they were honest with the mix up, and gave us options to either pick the new colour, wait for the next shipment or give us a full refund.
