I recently ordered a wagon from this store, but it never arrived. Upon contacting them, I discovered they didn't have the item in stock when they charged me for purchase. The only option for a refund was to return to the store, which was inconvenient. I won't be shopping here again. Notably, the store did not make any effort to rectify the situation or offer alternative solutions, further adding to the disappointment in the overall customer experience.

Just had a great customer service experience with Lina & Eva. They were so patient with us & our 100 questions. Impressed by the team going the extra mile for us. Genuinely feel that they want us to be happy with our decision in stroller / car seat combo. A no pressure environment.

Went me and my husband shopping for a stroller for our first baby there was 3 girls at the front no body greets you the didn't even care there was customers inside they where busy laughing and chatting until we went and asked for help one of the girls was like someone will be with you shortly, we ended up choosing the Uppababy stroller and car seat we found the stroller available in store but the car seat wasn't so they suggested to order it online and it will be shipped to my address they said it will take 4-5 business they placed the order for us in store after, a week I called to check on our order the one who answered said that usually online order takes 2 weeks and we have to wait, after 2 weeks We called again the customer service and that's when we found out that the order wasn't placed properly and we are not getting anything so the options we have are to get a refund in store since the order was made and payed for it in store and it can't be refunded back as they don't have my credit card information or order it again and will take another 2 weeks,
I chose to get a refund because I don't want to deal with them anymore, when I went to get my refund the girl at the cashier was very sure that I will be refunded automatically and I explained the whole situation and that customer service told me to come here again we had to go through a long argument until she decided to do her job properly and double check and I was right that's when I got my Refund

Seriously you need to work on customers service teach the employees how to do their job and be professional with clients.

If you want to save energy and time shop somewhere else you don't want to argue with these people when you are pregnant or waiting for something urgent like a car seat

Purchased a play pen online. Indicated that it was available in store in Etobicoke.

First order was cancelled for whatever the reason was and was not notified for a couple of days thereafter

The inventory count still indicates that there was inventory in store. So purchased again and waited for notification to pick up in store

3-4 days go by and only get to notified that they do not have it in stock. 1 week spent trying to order the same item only because their customer service is poor and didn’t relay the message earlier.

This was a gift for a baby shower and now I will have not have the time to find and have shipped from elsewhere.

Wouldn’t want to deal with this company again. I would rather purchase from other companies in Montreal that offers reliable shipping for no fees for the same cost.

We came yesterday to the store we were greeted and helped by their store manager. She was very knowledgeable and professional and she helped us and guided us every step of the way to find the right items that my sister has on her registry. I've known Lina for 6 years, she is the assistant manager at sSnuggle Bugz, she has an awesome personality. She is very knowledgeable about the products in the store and is always very willing to help with any questions. Because of her Snuggle Bugz has been the second home for us and our kids.

Horrible customer service. Went in to buy a travel stroller. 3 associates including manger stood behind cash talking. I could barely get help they acted as I was inconveniencing them. Even though this place is a 5 minute drive from my house I left drive 35 minutes to west coast kids where I got the BEST service and bought my stroller. I will never go back to snuggle bugz. I have worked in retail for over 20 years. This is a disappointment and they seriously need new management and complete re training on customer service.

Love love love the service I received from this store. They assisted me with items that were seeming hard to find as they were for an older stroller. They went above and beyond to help me acquire the items, where none of the other stores even attempted to. Thank you so much for caring and making the effort to help solve my issue. My stroller would be essentially useless without their help.

This store is very well organized. I went in to look at a double stroller versus a huge wagon. Taylor was very informative and let me try both out in the store to get a handle of how it would be with a toddler and a new born. She was also very helpful with showing me how to wrap a baby in the moby wrap!
All the staff were very friendly and just overall a great experience.

Went on a busy Saturday where we wanted to start a registry and my wife and I had a lot of questions as we know nothing. There was 4 ladies working, and throughout the hour or so we were there we had a chance to talk to each of them and they answered our questions. They were all lovely and really helped us and answered all the questions we had. Each of them were very kind and so knowledgeable! Thank you Lina, Meka, Lisa and jessica! We will be back for all our baby needs soon:)

Have to say I was super impressed with this teams customer service! I went in looking for a specific item which they did not end up having in stock. However they helped me out with a special order to accommodate. Overall it was a smooth process and I will be going back!

Good luck if you run into an issue with one of their products. They offer poor or non-existent aftersales customer service.

This is the typical store who will be happy to take your cash for any of their products but when you come across a faulty unit, they will just refer you to their “policy” and ask you to deal directly with the product brand.

We spend over $1,200 on products including a Medela Freestyle Flex Electric Breast Pump which turn out to be defective and stopped working after only 2 weeks of use. We first contacted Medela customer service who, on the contrary, were very emphatic to our problem and offer many solutions, including replacing our pump with a new one. Unfortunately, Medela doesn’t have any physical store, so they need to ship you the replacement and it could take about 2-3 days.

Since my wife was going through a severe engorgement that could develop into mastitis, we needed a working pump right away. For this reason, we decided to try the store; since Medela agreed to replace the unit, the store could have easily acted as a middleman to expedite this process. Surprisingly, no one in the store showed even the slightest bit of support; no solutions were offered and not even a gesture of empathy.

Very disappointing response. There is no sense of customer service at all.

Do not recommend going to this location. Customer service is not part of their values.it's actually non existent! Wanted to buy the Bob gear stroller but wanted to try it out first as it is a $900 stroller. When called the store to see if they have one on display, I was told that they did not have one and will not assemble it for me to try it, even if I purchased it beforehand. I was advised to go to a different store who has one on display if I wanted to try it beforehand. The company definitely lost us as a customer.

Internet was down and sale associates couldn’t figure a way around it. Hand to send a pregnant lady to get cash to buy her things.
Offered them to buy online and pick up in store but the lady said that would take days to clear.

So this is customer service for snuggly bugz, instead of finding a way to work around it they take the easy way out.

Had a wonderful experience here with multiple different staff members! I had a lovely young lady walk me through a few different strollers and car seats. With my first baby on the way, I needed all the info I could get and they were able to answer all the questions I had. Didn’t have the stroller colour I wanted, but were super helpful in getting it ordered for me. I walked out feeling super relieved and like I made a great choice in both stroller and car seat! I will be back for all my baby needs! Thanks ladies:)

Came in with my wife the other day, we were running so late because we got caught in Traffic and the store was closing in 15 min. The staff were super understanding as we came to this location for specific needs and wants on products. I can’t say enough about how the staff were still soooo willing to help.

Great store! The staff were knowledgable and courteous. They did not try and scare or push us into any decision or product. I also liked the fact that it is a smaller store so i was not overwhelmed. Will definately be going back to look at their baby registry list and to create one myself.

We bought our stroller and carseat from them so far:)

This place is unreal! I have shopped here three times and I have to say, the quality is wonderful but talk about not having your act together! I ordered stuff in March and immediately got a notification that my order was cancelled due to a payment problem. I immediately contacted my credit card company and they advised that all was fine and that the payment had gone through without any hitch! So I painfully try to reach the company during a pandemic and with a grand baby due in only a few weeks, I was a little anxious! I get an email back advising that no no, all is fine! Perfect! A week later, I hear that no, in fact the item is not available and my order is now cancelled! So I regroup and try to choose another item and it eventually gets delivered! A few weeks later, I order baby clothes and everything is fine.no glitch no questions.same credit card, same delivery address (my daughter's out of province) and nooooooo issues! So I place another order in May.same address, same delivery instructions, same credit card! I get an email again that there's a problem with my card! So I again contact them, clarify and ask if my order is cancelled or if my daughter should expect delivery. I am advised that some fraud detection system isn't happy with the fact that my device shows as being in Mississauga, my shipping address in Quebec and my billing address in Etobicoke! First of all my device was not in Mississauga, secondly, I shipped to the same address twice before and then my billing address is still the same as it's always been! VERY disappointing since my daughter really had her heart set on the little shoes which I had chosen for my little grand daughter! I can't even trust that ANYTHING would work out in the future! So now. I shop elsewhere in the future! I am a HUGE online shopper and have NEVER dealt with this mayhem! Goodbye Snuggle Bugz!

Great boutique baby store, despite the small store size they have an extensive selection. There’s a variety of brands, and though they are often on the pricier side the quality here is worth it. The staff are always nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend shopping here for the little ones.

I recieved a gift from Snugglebugz for the most expensive halo Bassinet. I didn't get the gift receipt until after 30 days of its purchase. I called to ask if I could exchange it for store credit and the answer was no. After 30 days they will do nothing for you. My receipt says it was bought there and yet they would not let me return on unopened gift to exchange for other products in their store. Horrible, go to Walmart, Babies R Us or just about anywhere and they will give you store credit.

The store doesn’t have a large in-store selection of items since most are available online, but what it does have are quality items at reasonable prices. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and it’s a good place to go to pick up something last minute, since there are no line-ups to contend with. Just be sure to check online that they have what you need in store. Reserving items to be picked up in store is also extremely helpful and time-saving.

Horrible experience with Snuggle Bugs. My wife asked for a recommendation on a travel car seat and only realized after that she was sold a 30 pound model she had no chance of carrying. Tried to return it and was denied even though it was unopened. Also asked if they could do anything else for us if it couldn’t be returned and they had no interest in trying to help. I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism as they wouldn’t stand by their recommendation and just kept trying to sell me additional car seats and accessories. If you can’t trust the staff your better off buying on amazon where it’s cheaper and they have better return policy/customer service.

Went into this store ready to spend 2000 on a stroller plus carseat and not one person said hello. 3 girls working! Teach your staff customer service! Was walking around for 20 minutes and not one said a word.when women go into a store like that it's usually cause they are excited and pregnant looking to buy things. These young bratty girls you have working for you make you feel like a total inconvenience to their day. I see a lot of complaints about this.deal with the issue.it's a bad look for a company owner. If my employees weren't treating the people who pay my Bill's well they would be let go.

Great helpful and knowledgeable staff. The girls wiz open the strollers and show you how to use them. Orders come in fast, and they load it into my car!
I only wish there was a larger selection on everything in general.

I went to snuggle bugs on Monday April 8,7: 00 pm. My husband and I left after being in the store for 35 minutes and not 1 person acknowledged us the entire time. Extremely poor customer service.

Today will be my first and last experience purchasing products from Snugglebugz. I wanted to buy a babyzen yo-yo stroller. I called the Etobicoke store 12 times between 9-1130am. The phone was never answered. I then called the web contact number who had to contact the store on my behalf to get the item reserved despite the online reserve process which states you will receive an email confirmation within an hour.

When I arrived at the store there were 3 employees hanging around the checkout not assisting any customers in the store. I asked one to show me the display stroller which she did but she did not offer any product details nor seem to care in the least if I was going to buy something.

I decided to purchase the stroller despite this as I had done my own research which turned out to be a good thing since she never felt the need to mention that you actually have to buy the colour pack separately to use the stroller. I knew the store did not have the colour pack I wanted as I had previously tried to reserve it online.

I wanted to use two visa credit gift cards. I don't know if it was laziness or incompetence but she overcharged me and then told she me would refund me. I went home to use the card to purchase the colour pack and to my surprise I couldn't as the funds had not been reloaded yet. I contacted snugglebugz and they said that this could take 30 days to receive the refund. I am leaving in 10 days for a trip so I guess that means I have to pay for it out of pocket or go without the stroller.

If you want knowledgeable staff or at least staff that seem to try to help you then I suggest going to West Coast Kids. The staff at the head office that I spoke to on the phone were excellent. If only the store staff reflected that.

I am five months pregnant and was feeling overwhelmed by the amount of baby products I may need. I came to this location on Friday and was helped by Amanda who was phenomenal. She went over two of the strollers I was looking at, showed me how to use them and told me the pluses and minuses of both. She also reviewed car seats and breast pumps. I am So happy I came here and will likely be coming back to purchase my large ticket items. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. Thank you!

After spending three hours at babies r us and feeling completely defeated we went over to this store to look at other options. Nina was exceptional! She offered advice on what works and doesn't on everything from strollers to carriers to diapers because she's tried most of the products herself and was able to give these overwhelmed parents some guidance and more to think about. Thanks a bunch!

This is a store that is unfair to consumers. I went to this store on the afternoon of December 3 to buy "Body Silk Seamless Nuring Bra" for my wife. In order to prevent mistakes, I specially showed the name and picture of this product. However, after I got home, I found out that I got a wrong product "Body Silk Seamless Yoga Nuring Bra". I think there should be something wrong, so I didn't open the package and came to the store again on December 4th, less than 24 hours, hoping to help me replace it with the right product. But after the sales and the manager negotiated for 5 minutes, and they opened the package check, the manager refused to replace it for me. I can't understand, this is not my fault, it can even be said that this shop is wrong, they gave me the wrong wrong goods, let me spend time to exchange goods, they know that they will not help me replace, but still not I agree to open the package check. I don't know if this is the store's management style or the personal will of the manager and the sales, but I think this is really unreasonable and rude. Consumers are asked to stay away from this store because they will force their mistakes to the consumer and let the consumers take risks and expenses. If you must shop at this store, please be sure to check the goods they have given you because they will not be responsible for their mistakes.

Kind of inconsistent service - At times we have experienced, very good service from certain staff, at the same time when we are there on a different day we may receive bad service.when i say bad service, i mean bit of ignorance, or for example, when we asked for our first car seat for baby and having no experience in buying one before.the lady seemed to have a good knowledge about products but the attitude seemed that she didnt really care if we bought one or not. Almost giving out a vibe for "You don't look like someone who would actually spend" or "I dont care about car seats, will tell you what I know. "
