We were completely impressed with the experience and service we got from Snugglers- my fiance and I ordered an Ashley sectional from them. It was difficult to move because of our limited space in the elevator in our condo (our fault, not theirs because we didn't measure the doorframe beforehand) and had to be completed in two trips- but Colton and Jack made it work. Overall a great experience!

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They were available to answer questions, but didn’t hover.
Delivery was timely and delivery people made sure everything was set up properly in the places I designated. I discovered the next day that the drawer in the desk was faulty. I e-mailed Garry and sent pictures. This was on a long weekend and when he returned from his days off he sent someone with a replacement for the drawer. I plan to purchase one or more items in the next year and will definitely return to Snugglers.

We had a great experience purchasing our sectional from Snugglers. Lots of selection and friendly/informative help at the store. Our sectional arrived in 5 weeks which was within the estimates 4-6 week window. The delivery personal were extremely kind and considerate, they had our sectional set up in minutes! The sectional feels well built and is quite comfortable.

I absolutely love my pieces. Andrea was great at helping to select the pieces and bringing my vision to life. A few pieces got scartched and damaged upon delivery and rectifying the situation and finding a solution was poorly handled by Garry (manager) and ruined what started off as a good experience. I Can't say I would come back in the future to shop if management remains unchanged. Overall, good quality furniture, the show room staff are very friendly and easy to work with but very poor service dealing with management.

After a lot of shopping around for a new dining room table and chairs I went to Snugglers Furniture. I received excellent service and design advice and was not rushed into a decision. I took samples home to see how the colours worked in my space. I was happy to be able to purchase a quality Canadian product and will definitely go back to Snugglers Furniture for any future furnishing needs.

They had exactly what we were looking for at the best price for a solid wood dining room table with 8 chairs. Very happy with that. The wearhouse, however, built the furniture for us when I asked them not to for transport reasons. The chairs were also built unevenly which resulted in wobbling.
Overall, very happy with what we found.

We recently purchased a sectional at Snugglers Furniture in Waterloo. The customer service we recieved was exceptional! The staff were very helpful and patient. They were beyond knowledgeable about their products and helped us make our final decision with ease. We love our sectional and it suits our place very nicely.

We have bought several items here. The most recent sofa & loveseat purchase was great. The sales process was smooth - they were patient while we were deciding what we wanted and then the communication about delivery was awesome (it was custom so there was a minor delay - they clearly communicated to us) and then when they came in delivery was prompt and efficient. We would highly recommend if you want quality and service at a reasonable price.

Nikki was a breathe of fresh air to deal with compared to our experience at Ashley. Down to earth, honest, upfront and zero high pressure sales tactics. Ended up with our dream dining room table set at the right price. A gem of a find this store and will be doing business with Snugglers in the future.

Sales lady was friendly, helpful and looked for the best deal for me. My new table and chairs arrived exactly when indicated and the delivery men assembled the table and removed the old furniture in lightening fast time. Thanks for a pleasant experience. Highly recommend Snugglers.

Snugglers has lots of choices, price ranges are good too. Customer service fantastic. Bought a leather swivel chair for our living room. Felt good to shop local at an independent store!

All employs were very friendly and help what we were getting. Delivery was very good and the two fellas did excellant bringing in new furnature and setting up and clean up.all in all very pleased.
