The store is expensive but we can for the pharmacy the two pharmacist ladies go above & beyond to help and make everything is right they double check each prescription

Food is tasteless and cold. No a comfortable place to seat. Compare to others Fortinos which have all the above. Won't go back

Karen, the older grey haired lady working the express cash accused me of taking a basic neo citrin box out of the lock up in the pharmacy area because the box had a little bit of damage from their merchandiser shoving it into the shelf. Offered to go back & get her a picture of the shelf it came off of with the rest of boxes. She rolled her eyes at me & “no, I’ll go look for myself! ”

Really make the customers feel welcome!

Great deals sometimes so stock up, with the scene points it's a great place for weekly groceries

Over priced and a very poor selection. Cauliflower the size of a grapefruit, for example, is 5$. This is an issue that affects people in lower socioeconomic positions. While others might gripe about cost, I'm worried about the impact this has on families in Ontario. It is fair for those who can't afford it.

Very nice store. Found what I wanted. Do not normally shop there as I find their prices a bit high.

The butcher was FANTASTIC! I wanted something for the grill and he recommended the Korean grilling steak and it was perfect. Tailor made.

Im not prone to comment except for bad or remarkable experiences. 07-17-2022. First time actually devouring your danish pastries. Usually over cooked. These were perfect. I hope this wasnt a fluke. Keep up the good baking. We also have to thank you for your meat specials. They truly are a great savings. Thank You.

I was told on the phone that
there were plenty $4.99 watermelons left, so when I arrived at Sobeys an hour later there were none left! I asked a kid in the back if there were more & he said no. I was not a happy customer!
I jokingly asked another employee passing by if I could get the huge $12.99 watermelon for $4.99 instead & without any hesitation while picking up a big heavy one, he said, 'Absolutely', put a $4.99 sticker on it & said if I have any trouble at checkout then just say Eric said it was OK.
Eric is the Assistant Manager & he even came to the check out to tell the cashier that the watermelon I was buying was marked $4.99.
Who does that these days?
NOW, that's what customer service really means & I greatly appreciated the way in which he handled this! Good service is lacking in so many businesses, so it was great that someone proved that it can still be done in a professional & courteous manner!
I can only give Eric 5 stars & a good review, but I'd rather he get a raise or a General Manager position!

Love this supermarket! They always have something that cannot be found on other places, such as pretzels ina huge plastic jar and they are very good! The cashiers and workers are very helpful!

Rude staff and awful experience. Used to loving shopping at Sobeys, however lately I had several unpleasant experience there, will never go again.

Gorgeous supermarket, especially the deli and produce area! Some tempting foods are on offer, but very pricey! Don't go when you are hungry! Not as well staffed as Fortinos but better hours, so a good option for better quality foods.

To start the staff were a little rude, you had produce that was mislabeled, and lastly you have your produce priced by the lbs but your self check out carts are priced by kg. Might want to organize your store better.

I would like to say a big thank-you to the bakery Department for making this Elvis cake for my Friends 60th birthday, it was a huge hit. Everyone at work loved it. Thanks.

It is a good store but its set up like a maze and the exit sign is burnt out so you actually have to look where to exit

Always clean and quality products.

Try the bakeries cheese buns. They make an amazing blt.

This store is immaculate, staff are exceptional. The fruit however, never measures up to LONGOS. For the prices we pay the customer, deserves better. Sorry Sobeys, you need to get schooled by the fruit guys. I've worked for both companies and Longos have this market covered.

Outstanding customer service, super friendly staff, very fresh produce, and nicely laid out! During COVID this store was the leader in preventative safety, introducing door screeners, belt sanitation well before other retailers I frequent. Dwayne runs a great store, and all of the front line workers should be commended!

This is one of the best groceries stores in Canada. Very clean and the food and groceries are high qualities and clean. Meats and fruits are always better qualities and fresh.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and is well stocked. Their salads are amazing and reasonably priced.

Their produce is fresh and every time I check out, the cashiers always have a smile on their face or is super friendly. I've never had a bad experience coming to this location. The employees i've interacted with were always helpful.

The store is well laid out and is clean and modern. They have great cheese and beer and wine selection. I do find produce pricey but enjoy finding meat bargains with usually a supply of "Enjoy Today" products substantially discounted.

Produce is well arranged and fresh. The hot food section has great selection but faves tend to sell out pretty fast. Clean and organized store with a decent health food section. One of the best grocery stores in the area.

One of my favourite grocery stores. It's beautifully laid out, everything is fresh and there is a boutique market feeling about it. During COVID, all protocols are in place and the cashiers clean the food belt after every customer

What a first experience shot here. The staff are very friendly. I went to purchase wine and when I saw the pre made food, I had to get some.
I purchased dinner but since I only had two hands with two bottles of wine, the woman behind the counter came around to help me carry the food to a cashier.
Now that is service, I'll be come here from now on.

Sobeys is my favorite grocery store. But please give normal plastic bags. Those paperbags are the worst. I am ok paying for them.

Fabulous grocery shopping experience here. A large, bright store with lots of selection, great produce, fabulous bakery. It's well staffed with friendly people. The prices are a touch high.but when all other areas are way beyond status quo.you don't really mind so much.

Store is always clean, and staff friendly. Greeted at the door. Cashier always wishes me a good day. But, the sale stock is horrible! Consistently horrible! I realize flyers are printed/conceived well in the future. All the more reason to have sale items in stock! Second time no advertised 6 packs of Diet Pepsi, or ham. There are other grocery stores that have what they advertise, or at least give a rain check! Not a fan.

This is always a clean, well laid out store. They recently adjusted their hours from open 24 hours to 8am-10pm. These are great extended hours, especially on a weekend. However, I've seen zero price adjustments downward to compensate for the elimination of the midnight shift. They're still one of the most expensive grocers, but it's a price you pay for convenience.

Today the overall instock levels were disappointing. Typically the I stock is much better at this location

This store has really good prices in the meat section. I needed a question answered and the woman that works in the meat department, she was busy and she stopped and took the time to answer my question and even brought me to the area that sold the product I needed Its so nice to get an employee that is not irritated because I needed a question answered.

Good location lots of parking available. This store is well organized and stocked. They usually always have advertised flyer items available. It is a clean store with friendly employees. The fresh baked, in store products, selection can sometimes be limited depending of the time is day you are shopping.

Overall a clean and tidy store. Good selection of Natural Health products. I always found the hot Noodle bar had incontinence hours. Other than that good experiences.

Never disappointed. I do self checkout, always someone to help you if you need it. Always has sale items in stock. Friendly staff and clean. Great beer and wine selection.

I was not made to feel welcome as I waited in the entrance way was told by two employees that I should not be there as they were not yet open 2 minutes to 7 am. Once in I was treated ok. Makes me think that perhaps I should take my weekly trade elsewhere.

The people who work their are great.
Unfortunate a company that charges more and has them do more (they pack away your items so nicely) and still only pay minimum wage, shameful.

Good store. If you think its expensive then go shop at a dumpy no frills. This is a nice store, quality food. I would give it a 5 star but not enough cashiers, it was slow
