Sobeys Extra Milton

LOCATION IS WRONG ON GOOGLE. I don’t know why but it’s wrong. The location is at Bronte & LOUIS ST. LAURENT. It’s nowhere near Woodlawn /LaRose area. Overall the location looks clean but the layout doesn’t really make sense, there’s random stacks & tables of different things in random places, the flow of the store is horrible. Their hot food table is okay, salad bar is good, wraps are ok. I like that they have paper bags, employees are okay if you can find them.

Ordered another cake from the bakery for daughters bday, and it's honestly why I buy my cakes there. Amazing work/detail, and the taste is great! And 100% affordable. Thank you bakery department team!

I have now had to do a return for the 2nd time in 3 weeks from the bakery. Seems that pastries and cookies are being held for a longer period of time and are going bad sitting on the shelf and then being sold. Very disappointing, you'll loose customers to try and save a buck. This fruit tart was soggy, fruit was sour and filling was brittle/chunky.

Bought a slice of chocolate cake today. The cake base was stale and hard and frosting was fresh.disgusting.

Nice store. Too dark inside. They are facing a huge shoplifting problem and increasing the store lighting may help. The staff is not too intrusive. They need to hire security guards to deal with shoplifters.

One of the workers followed my son into the bathroom! My child is a minor. This is disgusting display of racial profiling and it needs to stop. Highly disappointed with the adult who committed this act. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will be contacting the correct authorities to discuss this matter. I don't think a grown man should be following young boys into the bathroom.

I would have given this place a 5 star but everything there is about. $50-$1.00 more expensive than No frill. I still shop here if I am in a hurry but for my bi weekly groceries I can’t afford to spend extra $50. I would rather drive 2 km further. I like that the store has everything well organized and less chaotic. I am all for a peaceful shopping experience. They have skip the line automatic carts that are fun! Their Deli items are really good, try them for lunch they are at a better cost than a restaurant. Good job in keeping the paper bags if people forget their own bags. I wish All stores do that.

WOW… I’m at a loss of words due to how EXCEPTIONAL the customer service at this location is. I was helped by an employee with the name Theo and he left an impression that I will cherish for a lifetime. I recently moved from Brampton to Milton and let me tell you; if I ever got this level of customer service in Brampton, I’d have to pinch myself. Theo, who works in HMR, was exceptional at taking his time to help answer any and all of my questions, energetic and enthusiastic with everything he knew, and outlandishly charismatic. Clearly whoever trained him did an exceptional job because it got to the point where I was surprised to find out that he was not the manager of the store because of just how much he knew and cared for his customers.
Additionally, cleanliness was NOT an issue. EVERYTHING from the Deli department to the checkout was tip-top.
Also; the pharmacist who was working at the time (an Asian lady) was extremely helpful.
Overall… the experience that I had today was enough to make me a customer for a LIFETIME. Thank you Sobeys for hiring and training such amazing, caring, and selfless people at your stores.

Very clean market. You can find everything for groceries. Ready meals available. Prices are a little higher than other grocery stores.

Sobey is always great. But this one is better than all the other Sobeys I visited. Especially cakes and pastries are must recommend from this place.

The stuff they sell is good although its overpriced everything is convenient and the store has everything you would want, some workers are annoying though and they removed the cash option for self checkout so if you dont have a card u have to wait in line in the cashier check out which takes long, i would have rated it 3.5 stars but its not an option
