Picked up a few things and one was a bag of mini peppers. Cleaning them in the middle of the bag were two rotten peppers. Totally unacceptable. Happens too often for price of the produce.

It is a Sobeys. Part of the grocery industrial complex in Canada. I'm new here so I will be shopping local.

I love this store. Friendly staff and lots of food to offer. Very clean and again, a great variety of products. Even the customers seem friendly. It's never overcrowded.

Sour dough bread is always fresh and delicious. Thank you for slicing it for me. Great service and fresh products.

I’d like to premise that I stopped coming to this location years ago due to lack of inventory and expired items.
What brought me in today then you ask? Went in today after my mom encouraged me to go buy a special in their flyer. Brought it up to the counter along with several other items. Explained to the cashier after she rang it up that it should be buy one get one free. She essentially keeps ringing them in, staring at them, then staring at them again. She didn’t do anything for a while and then calls another girl who goes to the back to check. Well she doesn’t find it so she calls another girl. This girl comes and says no I don’t think it’s the right one. Then another guy comes, I literally ignored him - they were “supposed” to be getting the manager. (Can I explain this process took over 25 mins - outrageous!)
Well when the manager came I understood why it took so long to find him….
He is god awful rude. Terrible customer service at this location! They do not honour their flyer advertisements! Get new management, honour your prices, keep inventory, keep inventory that is FRESH! Is it that complicated to do this?
I will never return to this store if it is literally the last store open in a pandemic. Wait…. Now I remember why I stopped coming here!

This store is very well organized and had n problem finding what I came in for very friendly people would recommend this store absolutely

Clean store. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Easy to find product. Check out was super easy as well.

I hesitated posting this because I do like Sobeys, the staff is always friendly, but for the second time in two months, items I've purchased have been significantly expired. Cream cheese I bought on 7th excited NOV 30! And sliced cheese expired December 14th. I can understand a day or two, especially with universal staffing shortages, but not weeks. The time before was expired enough that I could taste it as soon as I had a first bite.
