Clean, organized Friendly cashiers. Regular prices not low, but sales usually good though, and unlike other stores, you don't always need to buy 2 of something to get a deal.

Very friendly staff! I usually go in to get lunch. Good choice of lunch items! Sandwich is good!

Basic place good slelection higher prices then most other stores for same food items.
Cakes look amazing and ready made food looks great.

First time shopping at Sobeys- now is where we will do all of our grocery shopping. Much better prices and much larger selection. Great help from butcher on different cuts of meats. Downloaded their app, and now can get special offers, and collect air miles points. Thanks to helpful staff

Served by Bella at the service counter for my groceries today. I was very pleased with her customer service She was very friendly, quick to scan and an amazing packer! Store was clean, not too busy but some empty produce shelves. I did find all that I was shopping for.

Love this store. Lots of ready and fresh to go meals and kits. Clean and large so better chance to keep a 2 M distance. Well stocked. Only Negative is that it only has 1 exit and that can get crowded at times.

New to area, i use to go to Walmart and Freshco. Saw this large grocery store nearby. I buy the typical same stuff and guess what, the same grocery cost me 60 dollars which costed me 100 dollars at Sobey. And the worst part was, the Astro yogurt 6% cost 2.77 at Walmart and 4.29 at Sobey, are they adding some protein into it or they have some special cow? So does other stuff i bought

Clean shopping area, produce fresh, well stocked, staff polite and professional, has a pharmacy and can collect airmiles. Excellent experience every time.

Never in 40 years have I ever been rejected food at a grocery store for being 5 cents short or anywhere for that matter. Unbelievable. No questions were asked jist. Sorry not enought. NEXT.

Wouldn’t sell me wine because I had an out of province ID (Quebec & I also have an identity card from BC) even tho I’m almost 30 and I have bought wine there multiple times before.

Products are always sold out for the offers they post and cashiers are not bothers or welcoming when we enquire about the offers products

All they answer is if not in aisle then sold out and we don’t know when we will stock up so no point visiting this store

I love shopping at Sobeys Kanata as the staff are friendly, there is a huge selection of products (including alcoholic beverages) and they are open late which is when I tend to shop!

People were nice, meat dept was great, I thought the produce dept was sparse, picked over and very expensive, so good and not great at the same time.

It is a nice store. I personally do not like 'compliments' products. Other than that, Sobeys is a good store:)
Additionally, the bakery products are also above average. Not the best quality you might would have had, but still ok.

This place is awesome for many reasons the people are great the service is good the food is awesome and I can buy lobster here it's a great spot to go shopping recommended for everyone

Very clean and bright store. The staff was helpful and friendly. I found all what I was looking for. The meat was quality although a bit pricey.

It was evening and the store was fully stock on a 3 day sale item that I needed thu to sat. The cashier was very helpful 2nd time there and love it.

It's unfortunate, but, I would suggest they order more of the fresh dog food (refrigerated) in beef. As, it is very popular diet for Dogs.

I go here for lunch sometimes! They have a huge selection of to go meals! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Lots of great stuff to choose from! Enjoy!

So nice to see a sobeys with stock and fresh produce. The Stittsville store has been poorly run since they being corporate run. Only complaint is cashier Aidin who had a really poor attitude serving me

Infuriated that Sobey's allows maskless customers in the store! I asked the woman why she wasn't wearing a mask and she said she can't wear one.so stay home!

I really like Costco every day except weekends. It is crazy on weekends especially so with Covid. We didn't have a choice this time and went on a Saturday. There were so many people. If you have any anxiety about covid and large crowds this is not the place for you. We went because the battery in our vehicle died and it was still under warranty. The warranty is great and the staff were fantastic. We were very happy with how easy the swap was. I'd go back no problem just at a non peak time and definitely not a weekend.

Convenient since it's right by my house and a decent beer selection. Don't actually do my groceries here on a regular basis since it's a bit pricey. But handy if I need something in a pinch.

Can't say much about Sobeys, I only go here to refill my water jugs (we have well water, wife doesn't like the taste) because it's half the price of buying already filled bottles.

Store is large and clean and organized. Staff has always been polite. Parking lot is spacious.

I grew up in the Maratimes - but this Sobeys is not like the ones back home. Selection is poor & prices are not competitive! With so many better options I'm not sure how it survives!

Nice store for groceries and everyday items. Sometimes they have some good cakes for upto 50% off!

Price is higher than other stores but the staff here is good.

The only issue for me is they don't follow the Sobeys policy which is not acceptable.
I was deceived because they said Sobeys don't accept internet coupons which is not true.
I checked Sobeys coupon policy and it is stated very clearly that Sobeys in Ontario DO TAKE internet coupons as well.
I will contact the headquarters to ask the details of coupon policy because it really confuses customers when branch store doesn't follow the policy which states on their website. (There are some rules you should read carefully)

Bit expensive but quality product. No frozen kale available limited option for frozen fruits and veggies (when compared to superstore)

Prices always higher than elsewhere. No price-matching. No longer open 24/7. Call ahead to order more than one or two small bakery items (ie, cannoli).

We shop in sobeys for decade and we enjoyed it. Lately I don't like it specially when they put the items in the bag like they don't care they put together the meat and the soap (like seriously?) where the hell is your brain? In your foot? This need to change because no one like to eat the meat taste like a soap.

Typical store with a good assortment of products. Visually appealing and generally clean. Good parking lot experience too.

We like this supermarket a lot and shop here almost entirely. It is spacious and well laid out with friendly staff. My one dislike is it is not too senior friendly with bulk purchases at significantly better prices than single units.

An excellent groceries store. And they have beer and wine. Store is very clean and well kept. Staff is super friendly and helpful

Mostly good service, as with any retail establishment there are always one or two employees that arnt in the game, good selection and fresh foods

Might seem more expensive than other places, but since they have started using paper bags and moved away from plastic, i have a new found respect.

Went in to buy flowers champlain and icecream for my anniversary. Went to the 1-6 items and met with a lady at the loto and 1 lane. Customer was in front and was quick. My turn just to check my ticket and pay for the 3 items where I was told to wait a minute.

She turned around and help 2 people and then went on to help the 3rd person witch is renting a carpet cleaner. Grabs the big book and then said I need to get in line. WTF there was no one in front when it was my turn at the side of the counter. I just left

Only come here for sales as it can be pricey compared to other choices. On the positive side, it is open till 11pm.

Not overly impressed with this location. Their produce often looks weathered and wilted. There's frequently an item or two on your list that is out of stock. I'm unsure if it's just this location or all Sobeys are like this. I prefer other shopping elsewhere for this reason.

Sobey’s has everything we need (except for orange bitters). And Elsa is an absolute Tetris master at bagging our stuff. Good show.

The prices for your fruits and vegetables are quite extorbient-and for this reason only, I don't shop here often. It is really too bad, as your fruit and veggies are always fresh and you are conveniently located.

A lot of variety. Not the cheapest but they have a lot of variety, and I even found a lot of cheeses that were made with microbial rennet (as Compared to animal rennet, I'm a vegetarian)

So far the nicest experience I've had in any of the groceries in Stittsville. Although I haven't tried the one by Hurley's

Fresh items, lots of variety, clean bright store.but I do find them more expensive than other close by grocers. I do appreciate all the healthy alternatives they have and will continue to shop here!
