I ONLY WENT FOR AVOCADO'S EVERY SINGLE ONE EVEN IN NET PACKAGE WAS SO SOFT NOT ONE WAS GOOD FEB 1ST 2024

Customer care is at downfall rather they are getting strict and rude to customers. Return policy is out of question as they are not sure what they have to do. Customer care even during Covid and after that is not well maintained. Labels and marking about basic information is not available. Staff to help around is not available. Have to ask from staff at fromt desk if there is anything you want or if you have any query. Sometimes they keep you rotating between counters. Most of the counters remain close.

Expensive. Fresh groceries. Must include Indian groceries. As the nearby community is from subcontinent

I realised I need to visit Sobeys more often. They have British food (steak and kendey pie, Cornish pasties, etc) and some Dutch foods like liquorice and almond cookies.

Honestly the cleanest and freshest grocery store in all of suaga. They carry different products that you cant find elsewhere, esp when it comes to meat cuts, international snacks, and grain/gluten free options! Also bought presprouted herbes from their new greenhouse! Theyve been growing like crazy, so we bought more kinds! Def need more cashiers tho. Also the lady who worked the deli today is a true angel!

This store is very well laid out and the staff are helpful and friendly. The ONLY drawback is that the signs which list what is in the aisle are not the same on each side. Half of the aisle info is at one end and totally DIFFERENT items are listed on an info board, waaaay down at the other end. It is difficult to read the sign at the opposite end, and the items listed on the opposite side of the sign, cannot be read at all, until one is right underneath it and can then view what is posted on the opposite side! ‍️

Great place to go.really great place for all kinds of people. Not like those other grocery stores I went to and got treated like garbage.

A really nice and clean grocery store. I was able to find everything that I needed. The prices are decent. The only thing that I didn't like was that other customers are not considerate of your space and will totally ignore social distancing.

Terrible experience, be prepared for EXTREMELY SLOW LINEUPS. The management that decided to have only one cashier working around 5pm are real geniuses (sarcasm). The other lane was the express lane, so naturally most people were stuck in the normal lane with only 1 cashier working. She was doing the best she could. You'd think a higher end grocery store like Sobeys would provide a better customer experience and not penny pinch, especially considering they have done well for themselves during the pandemic, but nope. Also there return policy is asinine, no returns even if the product is defected which is what I was told.

This store is great! It’s clean, the employees are kind and the stock is usually pretty good. The only problem is they do not sell any halal products at all.

Prices at this store are outrageous. More expensive than any other grocery store including loblaws and fortinos, and they do not have fresh products or good service. I once saw a family size box of cookies on sale for cheaper than regular size and thought it was a normal sale. After I got home and already ate some, I realized the cookies had experience over a month ago.they are selling their customers expired food and trying to trick them like they are doing something good like putting an item on sale. Sobeys doesn’t really care about their customers, all they care about is making money. Every time I go here they only have one cashier on even if it is the busiest time of day. Even if they see there is a huge line, they make their customers wait instead of putting another cashier on. I’m always waiting at least 10 minutes at the check out line. Regular items that I can usually find as low as $1.50-$2 like my sons minigo’s are almost $4 at sobeys. I would recommend sobeys as a last choice resort, and I only go here for emergencies at it is 1 minute from my house.

Nice grocery store in a very quiet area not very very busy all the times that I've been they also have a hot table prepared daily

Good quality vegetables and nice flowering sections here. It may seem costly as compare to other grocery stores. But, I prefer shopping here, because of good quality fruits and vegetables.

Not bad. Had to wait a while to get pricing on 2 beef patties that were displayed, they did try and look through their pricing book.
It took too long so I had to leave without the burgers I came in for.

Great option to larger supermarkets and there's no wait even in these difficult times. Just wish the pricing was better on everyday staples.

Was a Good experience. Lots of cashiers open. I found it a little bit overpriced but still you can find good deals!

LOng line-ups that made the experience not enjoyable. Worst thing is that I didn't find what I came here for.

The ticket price is always different than the register price. Then they argue saying you are wrong. When you are actually correct they do not honour the ticket price. Happens everytime! I have officially decided to go to Longo's for good. Good job Sobeys on losing my business along with my family.

Worst customer service you'll have. Also the prices are the highest I have seen (overall) besides Lablaw's.

Convenient local grocery store. Pricier on most items, but I'll pay the extra dollar to save myself another trip to the Loblaws or Longo's. Clean and very sanitary during COVID.

Such friendly staff, especially the lady in the sandwich prep area. The Turkey cheese croissant was greatly appreciated.

No cake flour! Disappointed! I know that they used to sell cake flour, but I can no longer find it. Although, this is most likely because of the pandemic so I cannot blame them. Still, I want to be able to purchase a normal product that is normally available for sale.

My immediate concern -social distancing they are NOT paying attention to the front entrance!
The manager and her employee were side by side and telling people to pass them as they stood there? What? NO! NO! What does 2 metres look like? 6 inches? They had one cashier on at 8: 30 am -staff stand in the aisles as they stock shelves. How is this safe?

Clean, no lines, everything available except lysol products but that is expected. Good quality.

Store manager & 3 female employees were huddled in a close knit group right at the storefront the busiest location of the store. Zero social distancing. Expired pre packaged goods on sale. Blood on shelves under pre packaged refrigerated meat. Meat counter closed lights turned off. 2 Grocery carts including prepackaged meats & ice cream sitting in isles warming gently. Used to be my local /neighbourhood go to grocery store. Sadly above practices now seem to be the acceptable norm.
Respectfully advise Sobey's Executives retrain your staff at this location, starting with your management team, prioritizing food handling safety protocols as #1.

Called Roger the manager to find out if they had flower and he was extremely accommodating. Even recommended I call back in a couple of hours to check with him and gave me his name. Very professional and very much appreciated!

Very good Sobeys. Always has items on sale in stock and where they really shine is during major holidays. The registers all have cashier's and the store manager stays in front to ensure everything is smooth and efficient.

Their bagels are also excellent

I order their pot pies regularly. I find their managers quite helpful. There are some gems in store that I tend not to see elsewhere, but otherwise prices are about average. Remember to bring your bags!

This is our corner grocery store- we go here a few times a week. They have excellent service and many of the cashiers are very friendly and kind. The staff are diverse, welcoming and I love how they welcome the special needs community. Like any grocery store you may encounter busy lines here and there, but a lovely group of people work there that contribute to the community and positive vibes.

I really like the selection offered at this Sobeys. I usually go to the one in Milton but because of the lightlife sale, I ventured off to this location since my location had none left. I did notice that the selection was slightly different and noticed that they had lots of local products being displayed on the shelves, which is great for local companies. They also have a large section of kombuchas and gut health drinks as well as their dairy free section was larger than the one in Milton.

Their Meat Manager (Raheeb) should not be let alone managing the floor. The supervisors in this store.they're amazing. But Mr. Raheeb needs to go for a managerial course specially on customer relations or learn from the supervisors on how to deal with customers if he would like to grow in the business.

I like the place, its clean, organized and i love their pastry. Also they have a huge variety of Italian cheeses and delicious foods.

They don't apply correct cost of groceries with discounts at the counter. You need to specifically check and inform them which is a pain.

Little more than other grocery shops but sometimes they do have offers on selected products.
Anyway clean place for peace of mind

For the prices I expect better service. I never find cream in the refrigerator case always have to ask. Today I was trying to ask someone who was walking past he walked right past me at that point I realized he was wearing earbuds what a joke

Brought 5 items, 2 of them were overcharged comparing with label. Is this way store making profit? Do you want to go public on CBC?

Didn't find the product I was looking for - took 5 employees to help me and get the answer - then no Ciabatta bread and the tomatoes selection look like winter produce. We are in the middle of the summer; produces should be bright and fresh. Staff are slow and comes with an attitude - stick to Longo's down the street.

Not a bad place to go to if Walmart closes. A bit over priced and they don't price match so don't bother waving your phone in their face or asking if they price math because they'll yeet your phone out the store.

Higher prices than Metro. Decent selection of cheese. Bread selection so so. Produce section a bit 'not so fresh' or low stock, especially organics. Especially for the price! Flower section a bit sparse. Seems like every other time I go home and check the receipt I realize that I overpaid once again, even more so when the sale price advertised doesn't register in the system. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice. Bottom line you pay for the 24hr convenience, since the quality and selection of foodstuff doesn't justify the premium. The store is pretty big and has a good layout and organization. Well defined whole foods and organic foods areas.

Always enjoy shopping here.people are very helpful and great deals.this is the only place we shop even though is a closer place to us. Keep up the good work
