Sobeys Port Colborne

Purchased cannoli and a Portuguese custard tart from their bakery deli. Stale! Would have returned but live too far away…. Won’t purchase anything pre-made again.

Worst Sobeys I have ever been in. Poor produce, sad looking prepared salads, and lots of empty spaces (less than stellar inventory management). The service was craptastic as well. The store was very dated and dirty! Went here after being in Port Colborne for the morning. I will stick to my Fort Erie Sobey’s, a grocery store operated properly.

Ordered a cake from here for Easter birthday and made the order a few days vefore pickup.only to discover last minute that we are getting a cake that was nothing that we ordered. Will never order from here again. Very disappointed.

Prices are reasonable, compared to other grocery stores, and they always have everything I need. Staff is very friendly and helpful… I can’t ask for much more when I am doing my grocery shopping. Well done!

Way way overpriced. Quality does not make up for it. Produce is horrendous and never any meat in stock. Always out of chicken and ground beef. No Frills is 100 times better at half the price

The gentleman who collects the shopping carts always helps me in the parking lot and offers to put my cart away:) Thank you! The cashiers are always so kind and quick. The staff stocking the isles are always helpful when I need help finding something! Clean, great produce and friendly environment!

Was shopping in the meat department and found many rancid and discoloured products such as the ground beef, pre-made burgers and several of the pork products. Very disappointing especially considering the prices of these products.

This is a large, clean, well organized grocery store. Sobey's offers some excellent prices with good quality product. The meat department is well maintained with product and the staff are happy to serve. We have never been disappointed in the quality and service from this store.

Clean and lots to offer. Great variety of food items!
Always end up having to wait for staff to notice me at the hot food and deli counter.

A special thanks to one of the best "meat" dept people I have ever met. WTG Brian.your advice and great customer service has made me decide that your store is my "Go to place for meat". Tried one of the "pre seasoned " steaks you told me about and WOW! Best ever.keep up the great work and looking forward to trying some of your other recommendations.all the best.

My personal favourite grocery store in port.they have alot more variety than the others.they also have hot meals to go.chicken, ribs, wedges salads etc etc.they even have a little sushi bar.nothing major but California rolls etc.not the greatest but definitely edible.they have a bakery with birthday cakes and fresh baked goods as well as fresh seafood. Lobsters and all.great little grocery store in a small city like port colborne

Best grocery store experience I've had in Port Colborne. All others seem to frequently let me down. Good selection. Prices can be a little more but they are by far the best run large grocer in town. Have been very pleased all around though have yet to try meat of fish department since they are not staffed later in the day.

All elder people Sobey's they help you bag your grocery not like food basic they stare at you at throw you a few bags.

I think I saw a live chimp running up and down the aisles throwing bananas at people.but I could be wrong.
