Sobeys Simcoe

I bought a steak fo $12 and it was awful. Tough and tasteless. What a waste of money I will try to get a refund or replacement.

I shop a lot at Sobeys but this might change. Quality is down and too expensive. Soon as I find better place bye bye Sobey!

I was shopping at Sobeys today. I had just had a knee replacement and was using my walker. Getting to the checkout, my partner went out to the car for the bags, which we always forget. I was very sore and tired when a lovely cashier opened and took me right away, her name was Betty. Offered to help unload my cart, my partner returned with the bags, and she preceded to bag my groceries. She should be employee of the month! She is truly dedicated to customer service. Sobeys, you have a gem!

When in to do something different for fellas at work for lunch, on Friday's is a wing special and one of the fine ladies in the back offered to prepare an order at whatever time we wanted. Have to say was an excellent choice of flavours of wings that were delish! Thanks to the staff for being accommodating to our needs.keep up the good work!

Sobey's parking lot was full but the cashiers had no problems keeping up.

A very nice store where I frequently shop. They have the best bread in town.

Picked up a Balsam Fir tree for $47 (up $10 from last year). Another Fir tree Sobeys had is ($59). After checking out PC ($50) for scrawny looking trees. None at Food Basics or No Frills. The Blue Harvest tree farm on #3 (heading toward Jarvis) is $75.

Their produce section is top notch. I could not believe how ripe and fresh the vegetables and fruits were. I was very impressed. I will not pick on my husband anymore for driving the distance to shop at Sobeys. It is expensive to buy groceries these days. However when you spend your money you want the food to last. Again I was very pleased with the produce section. The big bonus was the friendly person on cash. Just makes your day better. Keep up the great job in showing human kindness and providing the best choices for your customers.

Surprisingly good selection and quality. We are down for a week from Toronto and quite impressed. Don't expect much Asian stuff, understandably.

First time into this store and I was very impressed! The store was very well organized and all the staff was friendly.

I love Sobey's its the best store near me but today I went around 6: 20 pm to the 3rd counter and the lady there saw us, ignored us and started to straighten out the money in the cash register and we even asked her if she can do this later but she acted like we weren't even there.

I just want to say thank you! I have visited other stores In town and no one wipes down their check outs or key pads like Sobeys does I feel very comfortable shopping in your store all staff is wearing some kind of face coverings and the check outs are well organized and lines move fast. You go beyond to make sure we stay safe Thank You ️

It's more convenient than superstore, no waiting in line and if so it's not a 2 hiut wait outside, especially being an independent Mom its difficult waiting for a total of 3-4 hours getting groceries so I started going to Sobeys the majority of the time I only grab a few items so.it quick and easy

They do not seem to be limiting the amount of people in the store for physical distancing. It was so crowded you couldn’t escape people anywhere. They should have about half the amount of people in the store waiting outside.

Superstore. Everyone so helpful. I couldn't reach a condiment on a shelf because it was so far at the back.
So I looked around for sone one to help me.
After looking for a moment I saw someone from the meat dept. And asked him if he could help me reach it.
He immediately came over to where my buggy was and retrieved it for me.
Smiles and apiligised that it was so far to get it.
Then he bid me "stay healthy and safe"
Then when I was paying for my groceries, the girl at the check out apoligised for the machine being wet. She just cleaned it with sanitizer. I was so unexpectedly pleased and just said thank you.
I feel that Sobeys is a great family oriented and very caringy super market!

This picture doesnt even do the size of this sandwich justice. 1 KG for $10,99. I shared it with a colleague and neither of us finished our half. Even the chicken strips and wedges for $3.99 Great value

All paper bags with no handles (which suck & cost 10 cents) good wine selection and obviously lots of food selection. There's a little pharmacy in there and a little flower area.

A beautiful clean and very large Sobey's. Large produce and bakery section. Great location if you don't need/want to drive through Simcoe. Lots of parking a there are a few other retailers in that strip mall.

Sobeys has food and we like to eat so that is good. And they have other things to, like beer and wine and cheese. Mmm cheese

Always friendly and helpful from the staff when you ask about inventory and placement of items. And if you need help packing your items, they will help.

Sobeys is expensive. The only thing I go to Sobeys for is to fill my water jug. They're better than Walmart for that because they have free lids, at Walmart you have to pay for them. Otherwise I grocery shop at Walmart because they're cheaper.

Great place, clean, friendly staff, wide selection for the store size, not the cheapest, but I like the quality. Amazing selection of grab and go lunch foods at the deli area:)

Clean store, good variety of products. Some prices are higher than they are elsewhere, but there are some really good deals too. I personally like the cheese section and the baked goods section. I also like all the pre-made sandwiches and sushi. It's quite convenient!

Quick in and out for me. I stopped coming here because their prices seem to be higher than other places.

Can you please tell your night workers to be more mindful of customers in the store. In the evening on Sun may 26 the tall worker with the motorized walkie almost ran me over with it. Had no concern or respect for me as a customer. I don't understand why you don't just make a night shift. It's very hard to shop when the workers are unloading boxs and moving skids. You probably lose a Lot of business bc of that.

I usually go to sobeys when I need something quick, or some sales. Sobeys is abit expensive for the most part. Staff there are usually pretty helpful.

Prices are kind of high compared to other stores, but go there for beer and wine now and then. Good thing is they are open 24 hours so if other stores are closed you can get groceries in middle of the night.

Usually very happy in this store, however today was odd. I was in the floral department and couldn't find anyone. I noticed a sign on the counter that said "working outside". Not a problem. I went to the casket and explained the sign and stated that I needed assistance in that department. She told me she was sorry, if they were outside, then she couldn't contact them. I would have to go outside and find the staff myself and ask them to come in.
It didn't seem right that I add the customer, should have to track down the staff simply so I could spend money in their store.

Visit was good. Most food products were expensive. The reason we went was to get cans of unflavored carbonated water but there were none, just flavored. Picked up a 2 for 1 deal in the pharmacy for probiotics! Worth the trip!

This sobeys has good produce and always has a large selection of meat. They carry a lot of things that are hard to find in other stores and have an extensive organic and health food selection. The employees are always nice and I have received exceptional service from Brenda on self check out. I come here at least once a week and have always had a good experience. Thanks for keeping up a great local grocery store!
