Decent grocery store in that it's typically not swarmed with people and has most grocery items. Selection isn't typically great and it can be very expensive for what you get, but it's convenient to shop here and I like that it's not very busy

Clean, good fresh selection and very helpful staff. I like the donation bags at check out, it supports our community. It's rare that I don't find what I'm looking for, they keep the shelves stocked well. Most of the checkout staff are very friendly.

Always pleasant cashiers, the best bakery, reasonably priced floral and the ready made food is always my go to.

Clean and pleasant staff make this a wonderful grocery store - layout is a bit odd, however found everything I was looking for at reasonable prices

I went into the store from a dirty job I was completing at my own place of business. I was dressed in work clothes and had some soil on them. The cashier (Yolanda) was very rude to me, made me feel absolutely horrible and degraded. Because of the arrogance of this cashier and demeaning manner in which I was treated I will no longer be a customer! I have 5 adults in my household and have spent thousands of dollars at this particular store.

The store is always clean and produce section is always nice. However, never fails, everytime I attend this store I'm either cut-off by a staff member pushing a buggy or something or ignored. I truly only attend this location when something good is on sale.

The variety of food items available here is awesome. Lamb mince in meat section, chips section are really great.

I really like the variety in Sobeys but they are way overpriced. I do shop there for vegetarian / gluten free options which are good, or their flyer specials.

So all the cleaning of the buggies have stopped. This should have and always be a daily clean. Not just because of Covid. All grocery stores should keep this process of cleaning the buggy and baskets. They are disgusting.

Very expensive and a lack of fresh product Bananas are always over ripe for instance, no great selection in seasonal fruit, take out area is ok, I enjoy the chinese food take out the best, but a lack of overall selection in most catgories, pop is great if you like coke, not much selection at all, staff is friendly however, the store looks nice but does not offer enough variety to make me shop there on a regular basis and again very weak produce section

Excellent customer service, but.they seem to rarely have root beer. Overall, your typical nice grocery store.

I was originally put off by the pricing but they have excellent selections that are organized in such a way that it is easy for the consumer to find. They also carry items that other grocery stores don't carry. Worth the pricing to me.

Some of the best bakery treats I have had! Especially the small red fluffy love bug cake that I bough this weekend.

Super friendly staff, nice clean store!

I miss the one we had Queenstown & Nash. The produce clerk was helpful but it was missing the Salad I like.

They seem to slack on checking the prices on their products. Either they mislabel them or don't know when the sale ends. You have to constantly check your receipt for refunds or price corrections.

Doreen was my cashier. She was so friendly and helpful, trying to help me locate a product in the store.

O, people, watch it what you're buying here! They are seling an expaered food such as: dreary, ice cream, meats, fish as well, they are a new store and should be high end grocery store for the price your paying. Keep your receipts, so you will be able to get your money back. Please, stay safe and don't let this store to make your family sick

People, always check your receipt when buying at this store. Multiple times there is discrepancy of their pricing on the shelf and on the register.

This store makes really good bread and has really nice meat. Only problem is the deli, they don't EVER slice my meat properly. The worst is the maple leaf wax bologna, I always ask for it sliced thick because the wax is impossible to get off the paper thin bologna but they slice it thin EVERY time. Next time I'm going to refuse it and have them cut it again.every week for the last few months and they screw it up every single time.

An employee walked in today, past all the registers, staff, and customers by the exit while ignoring all COVID guidelines.

Hamilton has entered the red zone again, owners, and your employees not even wearing one of the cheap disposable masks you sell near the entrance is just silly and unprofessional.

Very clean, great selection of products and Covid protocols in place. I'll be coming more often

Great store has alot to offer. It covers your grocery, medical and booze needs. They also have a large selection of ready made food.

Only one I've had that I found bland was the breaded orange chicken.

I personally go for the ready made sushi and sandwiches.

*Overall good choice to shop.

The best sobeys around. Lots of options for everyone's needs. Staff are great and always clean. Alcohol can be purchased at this location.

Came to buy mint Girl Guide cookies, not many left but I got some. Friendly door greeter making sure we all sanitize. Fast check out as it wasn't busy at 9am

VERY expensive, I was looking at rib eye steaks, 2 for $42, what? I almost took them back to the meat department and told them they must be priced wrong.will not be shopping there again any time soon

Very clean store, a bit hard to find the way into the parking lot. Other than that the store is well stocked and orgsnized.

Thank you Sobey’s @ this location! Staff are friendly, everybody social distances, store is clean and stocked, there are simple markers on the floors with the cash lanes to guide customers (without having to be herded and yelled at by workers) and one nice big entrance, to get in and out of with clean carts! Great setup and shopping experience!
We used be a Fortino’s shoppers but not anymore, as their entrances in and out are poorly setup and too much herding with the cash lanes! Well done Sobey’s! Woot woot!

Every time time I buy cigarettes there they give me the wrong pack. I'm never buying smokes there again.

This location was honestly the cleanest grocery store that I have ever been to. Very impressive for this neat freak. Organized by a friendly staff. I'll be returning when the need arises for sure!

Clean store. I found it to be overpriced compared to its competitors. Also not a large selection in fresh meat.

Sobeys is very clean and well organized. If l happen to forget something.very handy on my way home from work.

Constantly finding rotten produce. Mould on berries, expired milk, rotten meat. Today I bought a bag of potatoes that were soft and growing eyes. Returned them and got a bag of baby potatoes, seemed ok at the store, when I opened them at home though the same thing. I'm heading back for my third third trip today.

I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to Fortinos from now on.

My favourite grocery store. Prices are reasonable, and they always have really good produce. Staff are wonderful.

They're a little on the expensive side but they have a lot of higher end food products so it's a fair trade. In addition, they have a Dagwood Sandwich that would make its namesake proud! AND its actually a really good value. Not sure I could make it that cheap.

We went there specifically to purchase fresh lobsters today. The staff in the seafood department there are always ever so helpful. They have nice wine & beer selection available there. It's also one of the only grocery stores in the area that always seem to have an adequate number of cashiers available. And, finally, I like the fact that they've gone back to using paper bags for packing groceries.

Very clean and the staff are polite the lady cashier was amazing and the best thing they are open from 7am until 11 pm. It's about time that these store are open real late and night!

Place is beautiful.lots of choices.but when I purchase boneless/skinless chicken breasts.even if they are on special.then they should be skinless.paying for fat and extra work as I have to "trim" the meat

I'm often in the area and this grocery store is a solid one near by to visit. Their produce is always great! They have an awesome Natural Food/Healthy section I constantly peruse. This place keep cleanliness and service in mind! I highly recommend this place especially for its vegan options! There are tons!

Lots of parking and others stores in the area but very busy area and difficult location to get into and out of. I find that Sobeys uses way too much non recyclable plastics especially for there ready to eat foods.

This is a really nice updated store with friendly staff ALWAYS ready to give u a hand when you need one. I've never left this store with out exactly everything I came for. Nice to finally shop at a store that keeps their shelves stocked with tons of different selection. The hot lunch and salad/fruit bar is my Favorite thing about this particular sobeys too. Wonderful added bonus ;) I recommend this store to anyone looking for good priced quality food for their family.

Very disappointed and frustrated with the restructure of the Natural Foods department. And having the beer at the end of the section is poor.
