Sobeys Trim & Innes

Not sure how food prices can vary so much from one place to another but I decided to buy very little here on this trip and went elsewhere. Got equal quality fresh goods at another grocery store at a more reasonable price.

I am always surprised when I shop at Sobey’s. Saw this group of colourful people around Oct 31st. Great produce. Ask them to steam a lobster for you! Delicious.

Nice clean store but they don't carry as many items as they use to and the prices can be higher than other stores.

Was new to the area and decided to get some things from here. It was clean and organized, staff were very friendly and too especially the seafood girl she was very helpful

Fantastic grocery store, lots of great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. They stock all major brands. The store has a good flow with most things being easy to find.
The staff is the best part, everyone there is very helpful and friendly.

Shopping experience is nice (for a grocery store). Prices can be higher on items not on sale and the owner is Not a people person. Don't bother trying to bring any concerns to him.

Convenient location but expensive relative to other grocers. Customer service generally very good. Offers paper bags.

Very upset with my recent treatment there. Went to the customer service as i wanted to get a lotto ticket. I had three items and the cashier asked if all i had was to pay for these. I said i wanted to purchase a lotto ticket and she sighed and said she had to get all all this done pointing at the scratch tickets. I told her never mind i will go elsewhere to get a ticket, gathered my things and went to the self checkout in full view of her. She did not come over nor did she apologize as I walked out of the store right by her. I shop here all the time but am reconsidering that.

Combien de tickets se vendent avec l'option ENCORE et en plus c'est pratiquement la même prononciation. Elle avait un ton comme si elle était supérieur du fait qu'elle était unilingue anglaise. Totalement irrespectueux dans un pays bilingue et surtout dans une épicerie d'Orléans

The store is always well lit and clean. Staff are friendly and help you when asked. The location is very convenient for me. For a grocery store their beer and wine section is one of the best in the city with variety and selection. They have to compete with the LCBO next door and they do a good job.

Have more cashes open only one cashier and she was sloooowwww.thankfully someone noticed and opened another lane but there was like 7 of us in line

Going to Sobeys in Orleans reminds me of home.was my first Job back in New Glasgow Nova Scotia where i worked at the store the Sobey family shopped at.knew no other grocery store could ever be a family store like Sobeys and still see it today

Bonus points to Sobey’s Pharmacy and their vaccine booking website.
They automatically searched all locations and showed me the Trim&Innes had ONE appointment slot left. This saved me from checking each address from Kanata to Orleans manually.

Staff were friendly and informative. Very uncomfortable walking around with wet shoes n socks as parking lot flooded. Not due to store of course.

I just wanted to share what this employee did for the customers on this day. This employee was at this customers car helping with groceries and holding an umbrella to keep them dry! This was on Friday August 13th.

Superb place

I went there this week for the first to buy some grocery. It was just outstanding. Friendly staff, clean, spacious and everything you need. In all, I had a great and pleasant experience. I have no issue recommending this Sobeys.

Best grocery store I've been to in Ottawa. If it weren't so far away I would go there all the time!

Always love shopping here. I wish they would have the same selection as the Sobeys off Tenth line though. I always have to go to the other one to get gluten free Snyder's pretzels.

Always friendly and courteous, even in a lockdown. Store hours don't change everytime we change color zones (or whatever it's called these days) unlike other stores. Staff are even willing to check in the back room when asked. This review applies to both locations.

Always a good shopping experience when I do groceries here. Store is clean and well organized. Every time I have had an issue, managers have been very helpful and polite. Sobey’s is a little more expensive than other places, but I would say it’s worth it.

Management in this location is very unprofessional. Kevin has a bad temper and is unnecessarily rude

Store is nice but arrangement is a bit confusing. I spend much longer trying to find something than in the other sobeys on tenth line.

I like this Sobeys, it's really nice, they have a great selection and the staff is always very friendly. Unfortunately, it is a little more expensive than other grocery stores in the area but sometimes the convenience makes it worth it.

Best grocery store in Orleans. The produce is always fresh. There are lots of good sales. I like to get the beef tenderloins when they go on sale. The staff is always helpful and the place is always clean. Their water dispenser is great too.
