Sobeys Urban Fresh High Park

Cashier Kala is ABSOLUTELY Rude No matter the time of the day goes out of her way to be rude its disgusting. For someone who has worked with sobeys since 2006 i expect better. Not slamming my items down like chips cookies etc. This isn't a one its been for 4 months. Good store other than some attitudes.

Originally me and my family went there to get groceries when we were in Toronto back then. Until now my Dad goes to the other Sobeys on the Queensway.

Good store, good staff. BUT, someone in charge needs to tell staff members to stop wearing heavy perfume/scented lotions etc at work. I went through the cash today, and a lovely girl checked me out, but I had to hold my breath the entire time. She must have had an entire bottle on herself. Made me sick. By the time I got home shortly after my throat was itching and a migraine was kicking in. THEN I opened the paper bag to put my groceries away and the smell that was on her was INSIDE the bag and on my food. I had to repackage my vegetables and immediately throw the bag/ packaging away. You know how much perfume a person has to be covered in for the paper bag at their station to absorb the smell and follow me home to torment me?
You’re at work. No one wants to smell you. Take a break from being the main character during your shift.

Quality Häagen-Dazs ice-cream made with real vanilla bean, my favourite. Nice baked goods selection for the size of the store. Great service. Fast checkout.

They have an excellent artisan rustic box bread! Smooth in its consistency, it did not change its texture even after 3 days, it remained fresh and smooth. I will definitely repeat it.

It's agood small grocery store. I'm so glad it's available in our neighborhood actually. It has a good selection of the essentials for sure without being overwhelming.
