It's delicious. I come here to eat there often. The service in the store is very good and very friendly.

They are very good. I used to eat here when it was open before COVID. They just recently opened back up again. They told me they were closed to update the place. Just as good as before. Staff are very nice too

The service at this restaurant is very poor, you have to wait a very long time to get your food, and the prices are ridiculously expensive, and the hygiene of their back kitchen is a concern.

No good at all, the food is tasteless, poorly prepared and extremely pricey. First time there, and the last. Dollar store food with a high tag price.

I always come for the Kyoto BBQ Ramen and I'm never disappointed. They are consistently good. I feel like their portion and service is always great. Their bubble tea is also very good!

Vulcano bbq spicy ramen is delicious if you like strong emotions, it is supremely DELICIOUS spicy, recommending 1000%

I've ordered from them many times in the past using Uber Eats. The food is always good. But this time, I wanted to highlight their exceptional service. The Uber Eats driver was taking a while to pickup my order, so the restaurant called me directly and offered to remake my order so that my noodles wouldn't be soggy but this would mean a longer wait time. I thought this was very nice of them to give me options.

My husband and I went there for take out just before close. The food - edamame, ramen, spicy chicken bento and deep fried tofu - is so tasty and authentic. The right amount of spice and flavours and the woman working was very polite, efficient, helpful and kind. Her suggestions were great and she made the experience very pleasant.will definitely be going back there again.

Food was great and many options! The popcorn chicken and crispy calamari was to die for! Hotpot was alright but overall nice little local place. Very Clean!

Meat had bones, they served us their food in takeout boxes even tho we were dining in. Wouldn't serve us a beer because "covid" even tho every other bar and restaurant are serving beer. No music, there was a dog running around when we got here. Won't be back.

I was passing through town and was really hungry and I decided to try the food from here and honestly I wasnt expecting much. I ordered the hot and spicy chicken with a jasmine fruit tea and OMG my mind was blown away. I ended up visiting this place two times again for the same order and each time it tasted the exact way! Excellent food you guys certainly know how to marry flavors very well!

Sad to give a bad review because i love the food here. I try to order on skip, i check and delivery is fine and then the restaurant cancels and changes to no delivery. This keeps happening over and over again. Very disapointing I call to ask whats going on and no one picks up and the message machine is full.

Ordered take out. Missed part of the order. When I called, owner was apologetic. Sweet potato fries were completely soggy and basically inedible. Udon was ok. Volcano beef bento was good. All in all a very disappointing experience. Maybe they're better as a dining in experience. We won't be repeat customers.

The service is abysmal; one night, I went to have dinner here (pre-covid) and we were the only people in there, apart from the booth of staff chilling, and our food took over 45 minutes.
The food is passable; the flavours are decent but they are nowhere near as complex as traditional chinese/japanese cuisine. The food will satisfy your craving though.

Had a excellent experience in this spot with my kids. The food was served fast and the service is just fantastic. Prices are convenient.

I celebrated my birthday last night in this great restaurant.happy to tell that it was a cool evening and the restaurant was surely one of the reasons for this fruitful evening. The stuff helped in a lovely style, the cooking was appetizing and my friends were extremely glad. We shall definitely visit again for more joyful events.thanks very much.

I personally love their food and bubble teas, they are very friendly and have good customer service. They serve a very tasty chicken tappanyaki bento box, as well as an Unagi Eel tappanyaki bento box that I have to say that I love. Good job guys will be going back very regularly

Honestly, I’ve tried this place and I fell in love! The food is good and fresh. They offer a verity of different flavours and things to try. Everything is so photogenic and looks and tastes amazing. I highly recommend!
Can’t wait till they open for dine in!

Normally this place is pretty good, but my last order was disappointing. The tapioca tasted old and hardened, and the Milk tea tasted off. I could only drink about a quarter of it before I began feeling nauseous. Thinking about it right now is making me nauseous. I don't think I'll ever be able to order from here again.

I celebrated my PhD today in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that we had a enjoyable evening and the venue was clearly the reason for that happy evening. The waiters cooperated in a very nice manner, the food was yummy and my buddies were very pleased. We shall surely return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

This place is worth trying. They have big portions for convenient rates. Always well kept and with fantastic mood. Will come back again.

Teahouse has amazing smoothies, I never get anything else. The environment is very relaxed and the staff are very good here. My friends have tried the food and loved it. They do a really good job with textures in their food and drinks here.

Such good food and drink! I am in awe. Only my moms food could make my nose run like this from how good it is!

A great place to hangout! They have a large variety of drinks and snacks, as well as meal items if you're looking to eat in. My friends and I personally use this as a hangout spot for board games. It's quiet, clean, and overall a great atmosphere to spend time with friends. The staff are attentive, they came over multiple times to make sure there was nothing we needed or ask if we wanted to order anything. When we weren't actively ordering more drinks, they kept us topped up with water. They provided amazing personal recommendations for their drink menu, which helped us decide as well as helped us try new things! Would definitely recommend.

I was go with my group of friends and he have to say all of us was happy with the drink, it really good but we all think the food is kinda overpriced. The store look wonderful, employees really nice and friendly, plus food and drink come out petty fast too. Over all it was a great experience, just hope you guys will reduce the price a bits

The service was friendly and there was a decent selection of items. The bubble tea we got was very tasty, would definitely recommend the Mango Green Tea with Lychee Jelly. We did find the wait time a bit long considering the place was empty, but the ambience was nice; a good place to chill with friends!

The place isn’t the best I’m not gonna lie, the drink are ok, the food is alright.but I enjoy the fact that me and my friend are left alone and can speak and stay as if it’s a hangout spot. But I wouldn’t recommend it for the drinks and food only this is just my opinion on it since I go almost every week. But Neo cafe in Toronto is 10/10 if you want great drinks and food

Staff aren’t that friendly. I walked in and wasn’t even greeted, I had to ask the person if they worked there. I came in for Bubble tea as it’s got a huge logo in the front and it was a challenge ordering. The tea I eventually got had almost no tea flavour in it, the coconut milk was sour and I felt terribly nauseous after drinking it. Some people ordered bowls of food and that looked and smelled great, but the tea at this “tea” place was disappointing.

Great place. Staff are friendly and the place is relatively clean. The walls are a little scratched/ripped, but everything else is pretty. I enjoyed their Bubble Tea, I haven't had anything else though. Will update next visit.
