The sales and service provided at the St. Laurent location were exceptional. Cheryl was asking questions about space and sizing for furniture that we had not even thought off. A small issue after delivery was resolved quickly and professionally ensuring our full satisfaction. Great team and I have referred them to others.

Awesome experience at Sofa world on St Laurent. Brandon is the rockstar of furniture! Very knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy and very kind. He gave us space when we were trying out furniture and choosing fabrics and would come to help us when he heard us asking questions about a certain piece. We went twice to make sure that these were the pieces at the best price they could offer and he guided us throughout the purchases not by being pushy or frustrated with us but by being patient and understanding. I will certainly purchase from him again. Great selection with great prices.

Great experience with Cheryl who sold me my sofa. The delivery was delayed by a few days, but they gave me plenty of notice so I could plan and called me a couple of times to confirm the drop off. The delivery itself was very smooth and the delivery team was friendly, efficient, and very competent.

We recently purchased a sectional sofa at sofa world st laurent branch and there we had the opportunity to meet the manager Cheryl who was so helpful and accomodating. Our sofa was delivered on time. Our sofa was too big to fit in our doors and the owner’s attention (Mark) was called in to help the delivery staff to put in our sofa. Mark was so friendly and very professional without him our new purchased sofa will not be able to delivered with ease. Highly recommend this sofa world to everyone!

My girlfriend and I have been searching for a sinking feeling type couch and didn’t want to spend 4 grand. We decided to check out sofa world on a Sunday last minute. Cheryl, the manager, worked with us. She’s simply amazing. She understands humans and is really patient. It took us no more than a half hour to find such an awesome couch, for much less than 4k.
