Worst place for pick up they are so rude and never answer your calls I won’t come here anymore this place need better management

For enter/exit in this site we need to call on intercom. Everyday i come to this site for trailer drop and everyday when i use intercom for entry nobody pickup call, after 10-15 mint waiting they open door. When i need to exit from this site first of all there exit intercom does not work, somehow i manage to call they again take 10-15 mints to pick call nd open door. Because of these guys, dispatch ask us why it took so long to just drop trailer, everyday I have to explain to dispatch all of this.
SO PLEASE KINDLY DO SOMETHING ON THIS ISSUE

I work Sofina for 20yr, all supervisors and the workers we together work like family team everyone cooperate each other to achieve the goal. Since 2021yr end I took retirement. But still I wish to go back and join again with them as I lost my Sofina family members

Blessed to work at Sofina foods. I feel like I am working with my family. Sometimes we have issues because of work pressure but supervisor Majin helps a lot to tackle them and we again start working with the same enthusiasm.
