I was helped out by Mansoor Ahmed, I came in with my friend who was wheelchair bound and my aunt. He helped us by finding the right size and giving us exceptional customer service experience. Not to sound silly but I'm glad there are people like him on this planet to help humanity out. Thank you so much.

Not sure about all the previous bad reviews but recently visiting and making exchange also wants in coming back as workers and trained management/supervisor were all 5 star rating with polite and also great customer care along with welcoming attitudes. Great selection of footwear also.

A big beautiful store to bad the staff sucks! Staff sitting on floor displays too busy talking to each other to help out other than the one girl who was helping me and 2 other customers while the other 2 ladies were to busy chatting! There were piles of napkins under display shoes and garbage on displays! The store was absolutely full of dust and I was told that all crocs are universal and that they did not have crocs just for women! The girl who cashed me out was just plain rude and had a major chip on her shoulders! This is a store that I will surely never return to again! I will continue making my purchases at Dufferin mall or now on bloom street only! What a shame soft moc that all your stores do not hold the same standards throughout

Went in the check on the status of my order and no one paid any attention to me I stood at the checkout counter for a while before the girl behind it actually spoke to me and when she did she was rude, short with her words and the worst attitude ever! The other employees in the store were pretending to look busy even though the store was full of customers. Also love how their price is $5 more expensive than everywhere else but they were the only company with the size I needed.

I was planning to buy a pair of Vans shoes before I even go to the store. So when I enter to the store, I picked up the shoe and tried to ask someone could help me to get my size. However, no one was there I can ask to. So I went all the way inside till the counter.
Due to my English level, instead of ask them size 8, i asked "Hi, do you have number 8 for this? " There were two black girls (I didn't get the names) standing behind the counter, and laughing. I thought they might talking with each other, so I asked second time. They laughed even more, and one of them was saying oh so funny. I realized they were laughing at me. I asked them what was the funny? One of them said: "What did you say? " Yes, they were pretending they didn't get what I said, and thinner girl laughed again, and said oh my god, this is so ewww.
I don't know what is the reason they should laugh at my poor English level, but I know since they are standing there, working there, they shouldn't have had that kinds of sarcastic, non respectful, discriminatory behaviour.
After that, I was waiting for a while to get my size, but after a few minutes, still no one. So I left.
Around 8p.m i went back to the store before I leave the mall because I wanted to get over with this problem. I didn't want to leave there with any bad feelings. There were a man (he said he is the manager) and another lady. Unlike those two girls they were much more polite and friendly. They told me they will contact me back second day, after they talk with those two girls. But today May. 6, I have been waiting for the whole day, didn't get any call or messages.
Being in Canada, I felt this insult for the first time. No one deserves this much treatment, especially from a customer's perspective. Being ridiculed and ruthlessly despised by others for language errors, is totally unacceptable and shameful.

Haven't felt disrespected by a retail store in a while. One of the girls at the counter was extremely rude and the employees overall just seem lazy and not interested in being there. Such a bad vibe.

Very rude customer service from Rachel at this store, would not recommend and will not return here.

Great selection of shoes but i have to agree with the rest of the comments here.this location has the worst customer service.they dont engage with customers at all.as a matter fact its like theyre ignoring you. A bunch of young girls just yapping away about their day and when you approach to cash out its like youre interrupting them.just my experienceience.hope it improves

I had a great experience in the store. The employees were very patient with us and the kids and we were able to find them the right sized boots. I would definitely recommend shipping here if you need winter boots for kids. They have a very large selection and you will not be disappointed.

So, tell me more about how your mission statement is aligned to how you treat your customers that are seeking solution to a problem initiated because you don't have an item in stock?
VERY UNFAIR TREATMENT TO A CUSTOMER THAT FIRST: DECIDED TO GO TO YOUR STORE INSTEAD GOING TO THE COMPETITION; SECOND: ALL WANTED WAS AN EXCHANGE OF SIZES WHICH YOU DON'T HAVE; THIRD: ALSO DON'T RETURN THE CUSTOMER MONEY TO GO PURCHASE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Feeling very frustrated.

Cashier girls are extremely disrespectful, arrogant, and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Wish there was an option for zero stars because this is ridiculous.

One of the worst retail stores I’ve dealt with, I’ve experienced them doing something very unethical and illegal. In Canada a store must honour an advertised price which they refused to do so.

I had picked out a pair of shoes and asked for a size.m, when I tried them on and I liked them I went to pay and was charged 149.99 but the advertised price was 129.99. When I went to show them the shoes they had already removed the price tag when I gave it to them but the plastic tag was there and the paper price tag with the price was on the floor.

I spoke to the store manager, Yvonne and she was beyond useless and has 0 customer service. She refused to fix the situation insinuating that I was lying. And even when I called customer support line they said the store decision was final. This is illegal and I will make sure everyone is aware of this store actions and make sure no one goes through this again.

Good selection but the service was bad! Waited for shoes after having to go to cash register in my socks and then watched her just stand there and not get them and talk with her friends. Then finally someone else came to help me and they said to try different store in the mall to get them! Not even recommended there own website! Be careful of service here

Wide selection at reasonable prices.

The staff are very nice and helpful, but you can't help but feel it is very disorganized in the backroom, as it can take more than 10 mins for one pair of shoes to be brought out.

This waiting time is more a fault of management as they likely aren't utilizing their wonderful staff people to make sure inventory is better organized in a way that they can get to everything more quickly, and for this the store loses a star.

3 stars for the staff.

Normally where I get most of my good footwear worth splurging on yourself good shoes, boots mean nice comfy shoes

A large SoftMoc location, with a good selection and helpful friendly staff.

Love that its close to, The Bay end of the mall, so I don't have to walk far thru the mall to get to it.

Best of all you can have shoes delivered from online to syore for free, making it very convienent.

Only two staff when there were like 20 customers in store. Seriously under staffed, and they didn’t seems to care.

I always buy my shoes from here but last two times received worst customer service. They need to hire better people. Products are awesome but sales reps are least bothered about you.
