Absolutely disappointed with the service. They only had one staff member (a girl) available, who was busy on the phone and was talking at a loud pitch. I went there with an intent to buy a shoe but ended up returning empty hands, purely because of bad service. She had no interests in making any sales or even asking if I was looking for something!
On requesting a particular shoe size, she shouted from the billing counter that it's not available. And she was rude and loud!

I hope the management reads this review and takes appropriate actions.

Attentive staff. Had stock. Only 4 stars because this is inconsistent. My recent visit was great. Previous ones haven't always been great.

I went to look for a specific footwear by Skechers. Although, I didn't find what I was looking for, this store has a lot of brand name that I'd purchase.

The girl who was working in the store (she seemed like the only one) was sitting on the floor behind the checkout falling asleep. So beyond unprofessional considering about 20 minutes later I saw her walking around the food court looking energized. I have never seen that sort of behaviour anywhere and I'm not impressed.

Extremely disappointed in the service I received today. Came to do a return at the store. The manager “red hair” told me if I were to come at 10am today she would have been able to process the return but because I’m 5 hours late she cannot override the message. Meanwhile I called Premium outlet location the manager said it’s ridiculous they said that to you, and told me to come for the return with them instead. This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth I called customer service and she contacted Erin mills location to process the return for me. The manager was not professional at all very disappointed!

Horrible staff! Not helpful at all. Manager is horrible as well. Go to a different location!

I just visited this location today. Upon entering the store (I was the only one there), nobody greeted me or asked me for any help. The two ladies were having their own conversation. I then asked for assistance with a shoe size after which both ladies gave me an attitude and were extremely rude for the rest of my stay in the store. I was afraid to even ask for help. One of the ladies at the counter was whispering to the other one. Totally ruined my shopping experience I would not visit this location again simple due to these two unprofessional employees.

Visited this location today. Very good shoe selection however the staff was miserable. Both the ladies there would clearly have preferred to be anywhere else but that store. I was actually dreading going up to them to ask for the other shoe so I could try both. If I was not pressed for time, I would have driven to any other Soft Moc location to buy the shoe I was looking for. Will definitely not be going there again.

Elysia was very thorough and helpful. She even made sure my budget was met on the lower side, and the shoes are so comfy and will be good for long walks I go on! Rachel was also kind.

Today I felt highly disrespected at this place. I visited the store at 2pm today when I picked up a pair of shoes listed at $119 WITH A CLEAR TAG displaying this price. After checking out I noticed the cashier woman charged me $139 instead. When I returned to the store to tell that same woman about her mistake, she cut up the $119 tag in front of my face, threw it in the garbage and mentioned that they are now $139. This in my believe is an ilegal action and not very customer service appropiate. I really hope a manager takes action because this is ridiculous and disrespectful towards a client. I had no choice but to leave at that moment, however, I will return to the same store for a full refund because I wouldnt want to give my business to this type of people. Again please be careful at this place as they take every opportunity to take the extra money off you. I really couldnt believe this experience and would never expect such a thing from this organazation. 0/5 stars if that was an option

Staff was busy at the back. Was there over 30 mins for a very long wait or completely forget to get you the stuff you were asking for. At one point there were no staff on the floor at all and customers had to mend on their own. We know it is busy during the holidays but rather put little people on if you have no staff to handle it.

Griffin and Jordan have amazing service and we’re so helpful in making sure I found the right pair of shoes. I would highly recommend this location.

Called about 4 times today to see if they had a pair of UGGS i wanted to buy, they never answered not once. Making me go all the way to oakville place (sq1 didnt have my size) to purchase the UGGs i wanted, when i live 5 mins from this mall. Anyways got better service at the soft moc @ oakville place. Bad experience for a first time shopper at soft moc

Extremely blown away by the rude, deceptive and condescending behaviour of the employees working at the location. I purchased boots for my wife for Christmas and saw they were on sale at a different time. I decided to purchase online again at a sale price and return the original one. (Both shoes new never removed from the box) when I went in to complete the return after 2 hours later have never been frustrated as much as ever before in dealing with any purchase.
1 Employee declined to complete refund as both shoes were not there just the one being returned.
2 Soft moc Help desk advised for us to go back and explain that purchase is new in box and to proceed with with refund. Employee said you can return but try a different location.
3 Contacted Sof Moc Head office in the store at which point employee allegedly went to the back with my wife's phone and hung up on their own head office. The Rep called us back saying they're insure why they hung up.
4 Soft Moc head office had to get involved and it is our understanding that they had to get their district manager involved to get the store manager to issue a refund.
Long story short they told us to return to a different location, took my wife's phone, hung up on their own head office, repeatedly told that manager was in the back however confirmed with their service line that the manager was not on site. In the end their head office forced them to do a refund on a pair of shoes that were new never opened and in box with a reciept. I've never written a bad review like this but with the absolute condescension/misleading behavior of the staff it is a place to absolutely avoid. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Summer sandals beat place to shop. Great selection and price point. Great customer service. A preferred vendor I love to shop for footwear. Good quality.

Very good service. The staff really struggled to find the shoe as per my daughter’s wish and find the ways of discount as per my previous purchases from softmoc. Thank you.

They are very understaffed. I waited 10 minutes by the cash to get the attention of a sales associate and was ignored the whole time. If you are younger than 30 it’s better to stay away because they only greet and assist middle-aged people. Better off going to square one.

Please don’t shop there. They have a zero customer service. The tall lady is so rude with me. I will never shop again there. She treats us like we are begging from her. If you don’t like your job don’t do it. I think she needs training in respecting customers and people. I am very unsatisfied.

The service was excruciatingly slow. The staff were pleasant enough, but I'm not sure why it took so long to get a shoe to try on. I was so tired of waiting by the end of my visit I decided not to try on any more shoes that I liked and just left. It wasn't very busy either.

Nice products and friendly employees but this store is for short people. The largest size they carry is only a men's 12. Hope your 5' 11" or less if you want to shop here

Staff is very rude. They don’t know how to behave and answer customers questions. I left the store and got my winter boots from another store close by. Will never go to this store again.

The girl with color hair is extremely rude she has no discipline i went to buy boots she never greeted me not helpful at all she is totally unprofessional i will not go back to the store.

Went to pick out a pair of boots for my wife for Christmas. The store was not busy I brought up the boot I wanted so they could find the size I was looking for. And the sales person said that they did not make the boot I wanted in my wife's size the largest size they make was a size 7. I said that not correct your website says they carry larger he went on the website and said no see I explained that's the Australian sizing you need to look up the USA women's size he continued to argue with me so I went to another store that had the same pair and was able to by them there. Will not ever use this store again

I bought shoes, for my daughter, but it was tight after she were it once
I tried to exchange, they didn’t accept, it’s hurt for customer, they are not co operations, I felt sad
