Good customer service, very patient and accommodating staff, suggests better options. I highly recommend this store at Yorkdale Mall.

Item was marked down to a sale price of 49.97. At cash, the item rang up as 99.97. The nice cashier told me she had to call corporate customer service to get me the price adjustment.
Customer service told her she would be sending the discount codes. We waited for them to send the codes and called again because it was taking a long time.
We were then told that they couldn’t honor the price and could only price adjust to 64.99.
This type of bait and switch shouldn’t be legal.
We were forced to pay the higher amount after 2 hours of waiting at the store while the cashiers argued over the phone with soft Mocs customer service.

BE AWARE OF FRAUD! - My sister went to softmoc yorkdale today to buy real birkensteins and the cashier tried to convince her to order online for her size which she was about to until she noticed the name and made in country is different.the cashiers excuse was that the barcode was the same. IT DIDNT MATTER WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DIFFERENT. Make sure NOT to order nothing from them if its not in the store! The other male cashier or manager whispers to her to make it final so she cant return it. Shame on you softmoc employees!

Staff is very helpful and didn’t get annoyed when I asked for multiple sizes! Great customer service!

It's a store that I have been shopping for for over 10 years. Staff are great, in my opinion. Prizes are reasonable, especially if y9u sign up with your email, you may most likely do get discounts from doing so. I highly recommend ️

Thank you, softMoc in yorkdale mall. OMG this shoes is beautiful and supportive for my foot. There are comfortable, I will get the white pear too.

On such a busy shopping day, I got my size and checked out in less than 10 mins! The staff here are very efficient.

Had a positive shopping experience. Staff was always willing to assist. Jennifer, in particular, was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I tried on quite a few pairs of shoes and she was upbeat throughout. Thank you Jennifer!

I didn't find what I was looking for, but a person with long hair was very helpful and patient while I was visiting.
