I had the pleasure of being assisted by Navjot Kaur during my recent visit to the store, and I must say, her exceptional service truly made my shopping experience delightful. Navjot’s extensive knowledge of the products and her friendly demeanor made it easy for me to find the perfect pair of shoes. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my choice, and her patience and professionalism were truly commendable. Thanks to Navjot’s assistance, I left the store not only with a great pair of shoes but also with a smile. I highly recommend this store, thanks in large part to Navjot’s outstanding customer service.

Bring back the old staff that knew what they were doing. Looks like new management has taken over… as always. Can’t have anything nice in Brampton.

The pathetic customer service which I would have ever got in Canada so far. I have purchased three pair of shoes and went to return one pair after a week. I was assisted by the sale staff whom I got to know was an assistant manager. The shoes I went to return was mine and I have tried them in a store and walked in the store. If you see the floor in the store were not even having carpet. I went to exchange and the staff said they cannot refund and accept because it is dirty from bottom. They said you have worn them outside and cannot accept. I was very frustrated and said how can anyone wear them outside having tag on one shoe. The salesperson at the counter realized that they have some misunderstanding. They asked the assistant manager and she was pathetic. I even tried calling the customer manager and explained the scenario. When she had to talk with the assistant manger she went inside the warehouse and talked. The person who says she is an assistant manager was not ready to give her name to me. Finally, she wrote her name on a piece of paper and gave. Which I think is not even true. This shows she can do anything to make her shop sale go up… Even the workers who were working realize the assistant manager was wrong somewhere because they suggested me to wipe it from bottom and bring it to return.

Just been to this place, very poor service, one person at the counter at 6: 05pm, and with only two customers in the shop, she was not available to find.a size.we left the shop and went opposite to Journeys, and got an mazing service there.

I did shopping at softmoc for my 3 children from many years, I will not go to softmoc anymore. I was there today at softmoc Bramalea city Centre at 12: 05. I greeted this cashier.it was my turn and cashier checked size for me and told me wait a side.she took another customer and start chatting with her. I was totally ignored by cashier.

Very bad experience. There were two girls who were getting irritated on asking for shoe sizes. They were telling us meaning the customers to bring the show boxes back to counter after checking for the size. They were saying they won’t give more shoes if we don’t put the boxes on counter. Moreover they were blaming the company that they are not providing sufficient employees to handle so they were saying if companies doesn’t listen then they can only ask the customer to listen. One of the customer replies to that, “ so now everything comes on me and how im supposed to be blamed for this. “ Very bay if people are not willing plz don’t keep them at work.

I use to shop a lot from this location.
I order online in store shopping for me and my family.
I did online order for my daughter and got the shoe some how it didn't fit her.
Today I went to exchange but they didn't had it and when I ask them for refund the Indian lady whom I saw 1st time was so rude and unprofessional. She told me rudely that it is worn I said it didn't even fit and it's online order tag is still there she tried at home on carpet what u are talking about it's 100 percent fine.
I am so mad right now the worst customer service ever. I feel discriminated by that lady.
I will never recommend anyone to shop from this location.
Totally unethical behaviour.

Went to this location yesterday, 1st time I walked in there was one staff and very busy, I found 2 pairs of shoes I liked, waited in line, got my size tried them on. Decided to come back later store was so busy, came back 2 hours later, now 2 staff but the store is even busier. The ladies tried there best, unfortunately there was a customer who didn't sympathize and was demanding and very rude. She believed that they should continue to help her whenever she demanded. She was hysterical in the store, made such a fool of herself. The store needs to figure out the busy times and ensure it is staffed. The store was a mess inventory all behind the cash. I can see why people shop on line. Customer do need to be a little more patient.

I had a great experience visiting this store. Staff gave a proper attention and guide me the right shoes to buy. I would recommend to visit this place as I purchased my shoes at a discounted price.

Don’t waste your time here! Lazy unhelpful female staffers would not even size slippers for my 88 year old wheelchair-bound mother. Only one staff member named “Sal” eventually offered assistance. The rest of the staff giggled and gossiped among themselves offering ZERO customer service to anyone. Promote SAL and fire the rest! IT’S A WONDER IF THE STORE HAS ANY SALES AT ALL!

This place doesn't know basic requirements of good customer service. On a weekend, big queue at the POS and customer service rep was busy chit chatting with the customer. Moreover, there were other two reps just standing there and didn't bother to serve next customer. Wow, says a lot about how this store operates

Black lady working there is sooooo much rude i shopped for $300 but never going to visit this store again worst customer service

I went to the store to purchase a pair of shoes. I tried to ask this young black lady for help and she told me to go find somebody else and just take the shoes with me. So then I go to find somebody else and I find this young white lady blonde hair and glasses and she tells me I am giving her too much work by trying to get different sizes to try on. This was really awkward and definitely not a place I wanted to shop at. I needed shoes so I still went through with trying on shoes only to realize that the pair that they handed me look like they had been worn by somebody else and we're all scrapped up as if someone else had worn them. So in the end I left with no shoes. I would recommend going to another store.

I should add that when I asked for a pair of shoes they told me that I should know my size in advance so they don't have to look it up and help me with it.
